When I went to place an order for the new iPhone &Apple Watch I had very great customer service ..I got and email and voice massage from Brandon saying that the phone was delivered October 25 which is correct since I also got the confirmation . Now today October 26 called the store and my husband also stopped by the store and they say they have no phone !!! Great so they can’t give me no answer but that there is no phone !!! No help no answers !!!!I recommend anyone that they just have it delivered to your home instead of the store !

Brandon was exceptionally knowledgeable about iPhones (even though he is an Android user)!He was able to solve a dedupe problem that has plagued me for possibly half the time I have owned iPhones! 👍🏻Even multiple Geniuses at multiple Apple stores in various states were unable to solve this system problem.He patiently helped me with other breakthrus that my teenage kids (plural) were unable to master (not to throw them under the bus)—Find My Airpods.Passwords were another problem he so graciously assisted with alacrity.He also knew when things could NOT be done so we saved time not trying to do the truly impossible.For about four hours he has demonstrated that he is a fountain of expertise. Cornucopia! Verizon should retain him!

I would stear clear. They have a very high turnover of employees because they keep such a low staff. They expect 1 employee to do the job of 4. While customers recieve great service due to false promises to employees. You can receive the same service quicker elsewhere. Read through the reviews you will see a lot of different names and a lot of there by themselves.

My phone died over the weekend and I came into the store on Sunday afternoon and the store manager was the only one there to take care of me. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful and got me a new phone with no hesitation. I will surely go back and get all of my products with her.

I went there yesterday to port my phone back to Verizon from Spectrum. There were unexpected issues but Shay stayed on task for me for 2 hoursI had to go back today because of an apparent glitch with Spectrum not porting my # back to Verizon. Worst service, In the store says that is open until 7, I went 2 times, on Saturday and Tuesday at 6:15 and was closed, I called today to know if is open and the working time, the guy answer me at 7, and I tried to be sure because my previous days experience and the guy yelled me but today is a new day

I just edited this review because I felt like it was wrong to put the persons name I do not want to get anybody in trouble. everybody is struggling right now. I left work early to get to Verizon before 5:00. I got there at 4:50. I had some basic questions and wanted a new phone. She said you realize we are about to close dont you in a very sarcastic tone. Then she said very sarcastically do you even have Verizon, I see a Spectrum bill in your hand. I was there to change my spectrum phone to my Verizon account as I already have 5 cell phones with my small business. I wasnt sure if you can port a landline to a cell phone with Verizon. I was basically there to ask a simple question and if there was time to get a new phone for that phone number. I was not given the opportunity to ask my simple question and go from there.

At the end of September my phone was stolen. I went the the Verizon retailer (Russell Cellular) in Lake Mary to purchase an IPhone SE to tie me over until the iphone 12s came out. The rep that sold me the phone, named Shahd K (who claimed to be the store manager), assured me that I would have no problem trading in this phone when the new one came out. I went to a different store to pre-order the iphone 12 pro and attempted to trade in the iphone SE that I had previously paid for (in full) in the store, to which the rep that was helping me informed me that I could not trade it in because the device was locked because of some sort or fraud activity on another persons account. Yet I have all receipts and bank statements saying I paid it in full. (Please feel free to pull video from the store when I purchased it on 10/27/2020 at 1:55pm). You will see that she was extremely busy that day as well and clearly understaffed.The rep that ordered me the iPhone 12 pro has looked into it with me over the last week. Verizon customer service has no ability to get this resolved after many hours on the phone and speaking with countless reps in all departments. After calling Russell Cellular customer service they informed me that I was required to go back to the original location to have the issue resolved.My other rep that has been helping me actually went into the Russell Cellular for me to see if he could get it resolved. Shahd refused to help him whatsoever and was extremely rude to him stating that he should know better, and that it was his fault (which makes absolutely no sense).I am not sure if Shahd was just trying to hit numbers at the end of the month or was just busy and made a mistake, but I am extremely disappointed with the way that this situation has been handled. Unless something is resolved will not be returning to do business with this company again and will be sure to let everyone I know to stay away as well. I am now out $570 from Shahd’s mistake, my previous iPhone 7 that was stolen before and countless hours of time trying to figure out how this all happened. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me to help get this issue resolved.

Shay was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother had come in a few days prior trying to retrieve contacts and photos from her old phone to her new phone. She was told to retrieve her gmail login and password and that it would be able to back up. My mom isn’t knowledgeable on new technology, so when I accompanied her to the store after retrieving her gmail, we were treated very poorly. We were asked what we needed by shay and told her that we needed help backing up my mom’s phone. They had other customers and we had no problem waiting. But instead shay proceeded to patronize us in front of all of the other customers yelling across the store saying that she can’t do anything because my mom didn’t back up the old phone to her gmail. Again, my mom doesn’t even know what a back up is or how to do that. Shay was so rude and did not even try to help us, nor approach us as we only made it to the entrance before she began to yell from the other side of the store despite us trying to ask for help on what we can do next to fix our phone situation. I called the store to tell her that I did not appreciate her service and explain that my mom just needed help, and she began interrupting me and saying that we didn’t want to wait while she had other customers, said “I’m not dealing with this”, and hung up. Again, we didn’t even make it past the door and she is the one who proceeded asking what we needed and yelling that she can’t help us. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and it’s sad because my whole family uses this service. To be treated this way is absurd, and I would highly NOT recommend to go to this location on S Sun Drive in lake Mary. The other customers in the store were even shocked and clearly uncomfortable in seeing that the lady helping them was behaving this way. Absolutely terrible service, and this woman’s name is Shay

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in at the end of January and bought a new phone with a BOGO special. I have never receive the BOGO credit, even after speaking to four different people. Just called to follow up and spoke to a very rude individual. I asked tk speak to a supervisor and was told that they dont have a supervisor, manager, nor do they have an owner that i can speak to. I am being charged way too much and no one will help me. I was assured by a supervisor a few weeks ago that they had fixed everything and that I would receive a credit. No credit, nothing is fixed!

Outstanding service. I stopped in because I needed a new phone. I already pretty much knew what I wanted but Danielle made some suggestions that that might save me some money. Her suggestions were based on what I told her I was looking for in a phone. I ended up with the iPhone 8 and it has been great. Mostly because she copied over all of my apps - all of the data came too. This was a vastly improved experience from when I purchased my 5c. She also linked the wireless headset I purchased to the phone and explained how to use it. After I confirmed that my apps and contact lists etc had been copied over successfully she cleared everything off my old phone so that I could trade it in saving me even more money on this transaction. The only thing I needed to do when I got my phone home was to log into some of my apps. I was dreading having to switch phones but it turned out to be relatively quick and painless.

Jesse was great! He answered all our questions, never pressured us & made sure we got the best deal possible on our new phones. Everyone at this location is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. And we didn’t have to wait!

Anthony was absolutely the most professional Verizon salesperson I have ever dealt with. He started our conversation with our interests first and foremost and continued that approach throughout. I knowingly bought 2 phones I wasn’t really ready to buy just yet - Anthony took that good of care of us and was attentive to us (all the while directing other customers as they came in) so much so that I just wanted to buy from him. This guy will go very far in life. Whether it is with Verizon or not, Anthony will always be successful at whatever he pursues. His relational/conversational approach combined with a quick grasp of product knowledge are his keys to opening the doors of his future.

Incomparable representatives provide the best client support, Even anticipating my wants and needs before I know them and being prepared to exceed my expectations over the last few years. Anthony T. Rocks! I came in to purchase a replacement battery for my old Note 4. I had no intentions of purchasing a new phone. Anthony took his time and explained that its time to let it go. The battery would die at about the 20% level daily. While I wasnt completely happy about it at the time, I am ecstatic three weeks later. I love my Note 8. He did not give me a hard sale. Everything he told me made sense. And I really gave him a hard time resisting. He was knowledgeable and set up my new phone quickly. Usually when you go somewhere for cell phone related things they are always trying to upsell you and convince you why you should spend more money... Sold me a defective Sony open box tablet and wouldnt replace it with a new one. (I would have paid the difference) Very unprofessional. I had the product for 35 days, but I didnt open it and use it for 25 days. Was still in the box. Product wouldnt even charge. I would have thought they would stand behind there merchandise. When I went to return it, (just wanted it replaced) the product was listed under another persons name. Scary
