I watched my phone get run over by several cars before I could get it out of the street. My screen was smashed to smithereens but it still lit up. Jeremy at the front desk helped me get checked in for my appointment and Nathan fixed my phone super fast. I can’t believe it still works!! They did a great job!

I came to this location the day before. the guy told me they can fix my phone. I came back the next day and some young kid just instantly took my phone and said we dont work on those here I asked why he wouldnt give me a reason and said we just dont. Samsung scheduled in warranty repair at this location. Received ticket number through Samsung tech support and drove to this location at my scheduled time for repair. Person being the desk asked if it was in warranty repair and said sorry we cant do it as our system has been down for three weeks for Samsung warranty repairs. . . Three week with no ETA on when they will be back up? Make sure to call ahead of time to see if their Samsung system ever gets back online. What a waste of time.

Nathan and Donovan were super efficient and friendly. I came in hysterics as most of us do when our phones crash. All my phone needed was a restart apparently but I was so upset I couldn’t get that to work properly because it was stuck in Guided Access mode. Anyway they restarted it and voila, they didn’t even charge me!!! Although I was willing to pay $50 to get it fixed. Anyway I’ll be going to them for future issues. They were friendly and not offended at my anxious tone which I disappeared when they did their magic. Thanks so much Nathan!

If I could give this business ZERO stars I would. Late October I go in to have to screen fixed in my iPhone 7 and the kid helping me tells me I have a 90 day warranty if anything happens to their work in the mean time. Sprint finally sends me a new iPhone to upgrade to yesterday. While I’m on the phone with sprint on my iPhone 7, the screen pops off randomly by itself and cracks. Really? I go in to the repair store and explain what happened to the manager. He said he was refusing to nlet me use the warranty on my screen and that the damage was new and not covered under my warranty. Hello? Are you not listening to me? He also said I’d have to buy a new screen with a discount. What a rip off. I called my credit card company and filed fraudulent charges. I scheduled an appt for a date and time to replace the battery on an s6. The web site specifically had a selection on the menu for the s6 and I selected battery replacement. I drove all the way there on my date and time. The tech was not very friendly. He just handed me the phone back and said they dont work on those. Not at all apologetic. There just was not a whole lot of customer service involved. And I was the first appt of the day! I would hate to see them at the end of a long day.

Personally I would like to thank Jeremy for his time and service. We had some bumps along the road being that my phone was the international version. (I didnt know buying it off Amazon) but eventually he did right by me and was able to completely fix the situation. It started with a cracked screen but not fixable due to it being international. I was completely upset and literally didnt have anywhere to go to fix it. Due to the nature of our situation Jeremy was able to help me beyond customer service. He treated me like family and Im thankful for him as well as James and Lucas. This is the first time I was scammed on my computer. It scared me so badly I immediately took my computer to the experts. They made me feel at ease right away. After leaving, they sent a track showing what was going on and how far along the repair was. They got it fixed sooner AND cheaper than promised. Those are promises that I really like!!

Tldr: after three visits and being told that a repair would be done, the owner refused to fix my phone. Also had no idea about how to fix the phone. Went to the Orlando iFixYouri and had the screen and speaker repair done in two hours for the same quoted price.The first time I came in, I was under the impression that my phone would be a special case due to it being a Sony phone. Though their website offers repairs on Sony phones at this location.The first visit was greeted by two younger guys that had never seen a Sony phone, but after some conversation, a tech in the back offered to do the repair as long as I purchased the parts because they didnt have them on hand. No warranty which is understandable.The second visit, close to the holidays, I was greeted by a different guy (later claimed to own the store) and was told that I didnt have all the correct components. After some conversation, I cleared the air about actually having the correct parts. I was told it would be a week so they could research and repair the phone. I was actually fine with that, just had to grab a back up phone.The third visit, I came in fully ready to drop off the phone. Same guy that claimed he owns the store, straight up refused saying that we dont service Sony Xperia phones here and I know more than my technicians when I reminded him that they would attempt to fix the phone. Then he tried to say (again) that I needed the outer cover for a screen repair. Which again, I explained that is not in the process of repairing this screen.Im glad I only wasted 5-10 minutes per visit of my time there. Went to the store iFixYouri in Orlando and with my parts that I bought, they not just fixed the phone for the same price, but did it in two hours.I worked in retail and now in healthcare. Its okay to admit that you dont know something. The moment you start making claims that youre better than your staff and start rambling off about something you know nothing about is really poor leadership.

My phone wasn’t charging and I was hoping that it wouldn’t cost much to fix, I took my iPhone in and was helped by Jeremy!! He took my phone and cleaned out the charging port. Purchased a screen protector as an added protection along with getting my screen fixed. Was not informed by salesmen that this ubreakifix uses inferior products instead of apple certified parts. Phone did not survive a 2 foot fall from the couch only two weeks after purchase. 90 day warranty does not cover any faulty parts or provisions from lack of quality. Went to discuss dissatisfaction over quality and performance in person at store and was not even deemed important enough for the manager to come out from his office to meet and speak with me. Sales representative offered to fix at half cost. So $200 to get a screen fixed that cannot survive a 2 foot fall with a otterbox case and an additional $100 to cover their inferior product or work! Do not purchase from this location.

Literally went in less than a week ago and got a brand new screen and tempered glass (which was not sealed properly) and it didn’t drop and it cracked through the poorly placed tempered glass to my brand new screen. They said best they could do was 20 bucks off. Don’t waste your money. Very poor customer service.

I went here for a charging issue on my iPhone SE. Jeremy over here did a good job of taking me through the problem that actually seemed to be a serious one to me but was actually pocket lint within the lightning port. They replaced the screen on my phone, 235 dollars, and it failed 10 days later! They dont/wont honor the warranty (90 days hassle free) they used to sell me the new screen in the first place. If you choose to use with these guys be aware they wont stand behind their work.

With a 5 year old in my house, I think weve broken every smart device weve ever owned. Every time a screen breaks, I drive up to Lake Mary where I know they will do the best job in fixing my device! UBreakIFix in Lake Mary does an amazing job of repairing glass on any phone or tablet. They are thorough and timely with the best customer service. They charge reasonable rates for the professional work that they do. I highly recommend them if you need to fix your phone!

They do good work, Ill give them that but I can only give them 3 stars at this location because of the customer service. The staff blatantly tried to upcharge me on 2 different occasions. I brought my phone in because of a cracked LCD screen and discussed prices and time frame with the consultant working there. He quoted me one price and a 3 to 5 days shipping time just for the part to come in and a base price for install. This is my everyday cell phone so I didnt really have three to five days to wait. I decided to go out and buy the part myself and have them install it. I ended up finding a part for half the price he quoted me but unfortunately it was for a newer version of my phone so they couldnt install it. When I asked the guy for a price quote and turnaround time frame for ordering the correct part he quoted me a price that was $50 more than the price of the screen even though it would be for an older model, which didnt make sense. I again went out and ordered the part myself and when I brought it in for them to install, the consultant (different guy this time) recognized that I had been in earlier in the week and tried to charge me an additional $50 than what was originally quoted to install. When I told him that was not what I was told would be charged, he quickly asked me what the other guy quoted and started to back track. Im sorry but Im not going to be taken advantage of. Inconsistent pricing policies does not breed repeat customers. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THEM.

I had used this company years ago for a cell phone repair, the Orlando location was amazing. The lack of professionalism and customer service, at the Lake Mary location is unbelievable. I dropped my laptop off on a Wednesday, Thursday I am told they can save my data, to bring them an external hard drive. I run out and buy a $70 external drive and give it to them, 2 days pass with no call. I call on Saturday and now the story is they cant save the data, they can only reset the laptop back to original factory settings. I told them to go ahead and do that. Sunday, I swing by to see if it is done, and they tell me it is not, and should be ready soon. They assure me they will call when it is ready. I wait until Wednesday (one week after I first brought it in) and call to check on the status. The response is that it was ready 2 days before (on Monday). I asked the person why I was not called, no answer. Then I finally pick it up on Wednesday to find they lost/stole my power cord. Please do yourself a huge favor, dont use this location, unless you want to be mistreated and ripped off. These stores are individually owned, and I guess the end product is only as good as the ownership and management. Clearly both are rated as poor by me.

This was my 1st experience with ubreakifix, I really have 2 ratings. #1 they diagnosed the problem of why my phone was splitting open and fixed the battery for a fair price, so that was 5 star. But in the process of putting my phone back together they managed to break my fingerprint reader (which was working fine even when the phone was split). I was told at the counter (as I picked up my phone and noticed the fingerprint no longer worked) that I could pay additionally to get a new fingerprint reader (no accountability). So for that Id say 1 Star. A 3 star average, at least I can use my phone, and a broken fingerprint reader is not as bad as the original issue of a splitting phone.RE: Response from owner, I updated the review to be more clear. When I picked up the phone, I was told that the (now broken fingerprint reader) was my issue. I will call to verify if this is changed. I dont think if the fingerprint reader worked before replacing the battery and then didnt work after that it should be my issue to pay forRE: Response from owner 2,I called the customer support # and ubreakifix ended up repairing my fingerprint scanner for free. My phone now works like new again, and I have adjusted the review to 5 stars.

Incompetent staff. Dropped off my phone for a simple broken screen and was told it’d be ready within the hour without any issues. Came back to a non-salvageable phone with a screen that wouldn’t even turn on. Staff was completely unapologetic and said it was beyond repair when dropped off. Then why take it? What a mistake! Phone was in better shape before I brought it in. They break and now I pay.

I wasnt upset with them I was just very upset since I use my phone for my business and have a very busy life with two kids. This made me get a little emotional. Jason heard this from the back and came to help. He promised to take care of my issue personally and was sorry I was having a bad day. He said he cant guarantee a speedy repair if any but I had came to the right place. He called me in what it seemed just a couple hours with a happy guess what!? He got my phone working again and even gave me a 10% discount because I was having such a rough time. My I-phone is a 6S, so I know its been around for a while and unfortunately, it stopped charging. I assumed the charging port needed to be replaced so I stopped in and spoke with Jeremy. Jeremy was very professional and he said he would check it out and the port may just be blocked. Maybe three minutes later he presented my phone to me, told me the port was simply blocked and he cleaned it. He then charged it and told me there was no fee. I went in expecting to spend $100.00, I came out a customer for life!

While they did repair my screen on my Samsung S8+ I was amazed that it took two days to do. I dropped my phone off Wednesday morning as they opened at 10:00 a.m. and I was in a rush because I work on the road and had to be on the other side of clermonte. After I had dropped the phone off I realized that I was never asked for an alternate number. I never really gave it a second thought, thinking that I was told that it would certainly be done by the 6 to 7 p.m. pick up time I gave them. I decided to call in around 5 to check to see if my phone was done and the first response I got was we have been trying to contact you They were calling the cell phone they had in their possession to inform me that the screen they had in stock didnt fit my phone properly and that they had put a new one on order and it would be there at 11 a.m. the following morning and my phone was assured to be ready to go by 1 p.m. Today I called in at right around 1 to check on the progress because I was going to pick it up along my route home at 3:30-4:00 and was informed that the part had come in and the tech would be working on my phone first and it would be ready to go around 3:30. At this point Im at a loss for words with this situation but ya know things happen traffic happens deliveries are late I get it. I arrive promptly at 3:30 this afternoon and Im greeted by the manager who informs me the delivery had just come in and they had not had a chance to install the screen yet. I was told point blank that I could wait for another hour or come back but there was nothing that they could do to speed up the process at this point. The process should have been sped up far before this point. This is the Second time that I have gotten this kind of quality service out of this location the first time they called me 3 hours after I dropped my s7 edge off, to tell me that they didnt have my screen in stock for my color or carrier that they had screens in stock for their carriers use and could replace the screen with a silver color instead of black if I wanted to continue to use my insurance or pay for the same color... I took it to a different location. I had hoped that they had changed their ways 3 years later but just as bad as before. I will never Return and I suggest you stray far away from this location

My laptop was coming apart in the back since the screws had come off from the bottom. I took it in thinking it was a simple fix and it is hard to find the screws but it turns out it had damaged a piece within the computer and it prevented it from starting again. There was no way I would have been able to figure that out for myself. They were able to fix it though. Mike was the one who helped me at the front desk. He was friendly and helpful. There were some other employees who called me at least a couple times to let me know what was wrong and give me a timeline on when they were getting parts, etc. Everything went smooth with them so I dont have anything bad to say about them. It is nice when everything seems to go as it should. That is not the experience that seems a wide spread as I think it should be. They earned a 5 star rating from me.

James was kind enough to not just replace my charging port but try to clean it better than I had, and saved me from my own mistake. I will be bringing anything I need repaired here next time.

The store staff was really great and helpful. i put my phone there to check on software problems and it turns out it just needed a charge. they did not charge me for bogus fixes, they just told me to plug it in a good charger. they did not charge me at all.

These guys were great! In an incredibly unfortunate moment, I had dropped my Note III and the front screen pretty much shattered. I had a friend who recommended uBreakiFix since they fixed her iPhone screen. Long story short, I gave them a shot and they were really professional and had my screen replaced in an hour. Not only that, but they discounted a nuglass case for my Note since I had it repaired.I wholeheartedly recommend these guys! Professional and efficient, and cool guys as well!

STAY AWAY! Took my iPhone X in for a cracked screen. They installed aftermarket screen that they say is made by same company as Apple... BS... different color LCD, poor visibility in sun, and oh the facial recognition is abysmal. Dropped phone off for another screen to be installed- put on my Old cracked screen- complete waste of time. No empathy for time wasted by the staff. Jason would do well in understanding customer service skills... STAY AWAY!!!

They cant fix anything been there two times with two different tablets ....THEY CANT FIX TERRIBLE COMPANY. WOULD NOT GO THERE,,,!!!!!!!!!!

Touch on my phone didnt work properly on my screen repair. This shouldve been covered under warranty but unfortunately (and perhaps because of the bad part) the screen cracked almost immediately after I got it, even though it was under tempered glass. I went to a different UBreakIFix location and they offered me a discount if I had their store do the repair instead of going somewhere else. Unbeknownst to me however, this store charges $20 more for the exact same repair, meaning I actually paid more for a repair that I was promised a discount on. Customer service was rude and unhelpful at every step. If you choose to go to UBreakiFix, make sure you extensively test your device and call different stores for pricing. My suggestion however would be to steer clear.

I have an iPhone 7 and I got my screen replaced a while back and they told me my home button doesn’t work anymore because of the old screen. But I just got my screen replaced from somewhere else today and that technician asked me if my home button worked and I said no it hasn’t since I got my screen fixed the first time. And he said that it wasn’t from my screen cracking. That it was a technician error and crushed my connecter. He even showed me. So that means the technician at ubreakifix crushed my home button, didn’t fix it. Didnt tell me. And still charged me full price. So that’s pretty messed up and it’s EXPENSIVE to get my home button fixed BECAUSE a technician broke it!!!!! Horrible.

These folks are great!!! Had trouble with android phone and they were able to identify the problem right away. They even offered advice to keep it from happening again. I would go to them again and I highly recommend them.
