Pricey, not a huge fan of the way some of their staff approaches customers. Some do alright. It’s nice to have help offered but sometimes you can just tell they are wanting you to buy something even if it doesn’t help you.Clean store and respectful employees for the most part. Good place to go if you have any questions about your tech.

As far as best buys go, this place is feeling the brick and mortar online pinch like lots of others, but the staff here have always been helpful and kind. Its easy to let the drudgery of retail turn a person, Im happy to see the staff here seem uncommonly immune to the wear of the retail grind.Absolutely recommend this location for any best buy needs.

Less than thrilled… I looked around for a while. Someone finally asked me if I was looking for something specific. I said, yes, I’m looking for a power cable for my guitar amp. I didn’t know exactly what it was called but I said I knew that they were sometimes used on computers. This guy said nope, we wouldn’t have anything like that and recommended that I go to a music shop. The fact that he kinda blew of the request made me think he either didn’t know what he was talking about or he just didn’t feel like trying to help me, I kept browsing cause I thought it seemed crazy that they wouldn’t have this cord that’s fairly standard on a lot of monitors or charging cables. I ended up finding it less than 10 minutes later and it worked on my amp… I guess I could see how it might be a confusing request being that Best Buy isn’t a Music Store, but it really rubbed me the wrong way that the guy didn’t even try to help me and didn’t even fully hear me before me saying they didn’t have it. Guy should maybe find a job outside of customer service.

I stressed when the Wi-Fi icon and Network adapter were gone from my old faithful desktop 3n1 computer. I called You Break I Fix and was told it couldnt be repaired. Then I called The Geek Squad at Best Buy! They said bring it on in. I was there approximately 35 minutes and Josh had that thing up and running. I am so thankful! Excellent customer service and expert knowledge of technology.

Made an appointment for car stereo installation here by telephone at this store. Came in the day of, they didnt have me in system. I have no idea what happened. No other options were given but to make another appointment, which next available was 3 weeks out. Aaron G. & Frostie( store Manager) was not able to resolved the issue that was on there end. Not my fault. Poor customer service, I do not recommend this store.

No body wanted to help w cash purchase of computer. Was sold a refurbished open box deal and it clearly stated in the comments that the testing failed. I tried to return it and they said because its the electronics and its an open box deal it was as is well nobody even looked and seen that the comment tag until I got it home in like really looked it over and tried to hook it up that the testing failed they have geek squad on premises there why do they sell me that now Im out 500 bucks

Dont believe what you see online or what they tell you in the store. Went to buy a chromebook for my son for his school work. The internet said pickup today. I get there and the gentleman helping me says yep we have 63. He finds out all 63 are. But we can have 1 delivered to you at your house tomorrow. Mind you this is Wednesday. So Im expecting tomorrow being Thursday. Well it showed up on Saturday. By that time I just returned it because my son needed it before then. I had to go somewhere else and buy 1.

Three stars for the help I received in the tv section. That guy very helpful with information on rokus. 5 out of 5.Waited in line for help with a cell phone. While I waited 15 mins, someone else walked up to counter and clerk asked them if they wanted help and would acknowledge my presence. For cell phones, just go to the providers store. T mobile in the mall was great. 0 out of 5 stars.Avg 3 out of 5.

Curb side pick up was a breeze! Ordered a gift for my wife and was able to pick it up within 30 minutes. When I got to the store to pick it up. I waited less than 5 minutes. I have been shopping this store for years. I have always been able to count on the staffs knowledge and great customer service!!

The staff is nice, but the same 3 people would EXCESSIVELY ask if we neded anything to the point of feeling smothered, it was quite irritating. Youd think after the 2nd or 3rd time of being asked and telling them No thank you, were just browsing. Theyd stop asking, but no. They continously approach you and wont leave you alone. It was a bit much.

The store is overall very nice. Sales staff are friendly, but constantly being asked if we needed help kinda got annoying.We went in looking for 2 Nintendo Switch games and some accessories. We found the games and most accessories we wanted, but most of the shelves were empty, which was kinda disappointing. The cashier at checkout was really nice.I also asked Geek Squad a question about fixing my tablet, which would end up being cheaper to buy a new one instead of having them reset mine.In the end, prices are kinda high (not unexpected being a big box retailer), but still a happy returning customer!

We love best buy, however tonight was one of the worst experiences customer service wise we have ever had there. My husbands galaxy watch stopped working, and we had previously purchased a warranty. The first customer service guy was not the friendliest, but he did return the watch then told us to go select another watch and bring it back to the counter. We go to select a watch and they are locked, so my husband had to find an associate to assist us. The gentleman who came over was very rude, he answered my husbands questions but he was very short and not customer friendly at all. After we had the watch selected he took it back to the service desk and continued with his rude behavior and sold us the 2 year warranty. His customer service was HORRIBLE,. If you dont like your job find a new one, if your having a bad day help someone else and your day will get better, hoping the next time we go to best buy they represent the art of customer service better its sad in todays world where kindness is needed that customer service is at an all time low.

Helped a coworker pick up a washer and dryer here. They loaded them up for him and were very nice guys. The chick inside came off as a little rude though. I ended up calling my friend from inside as he waited outside (he forgot a mask) because I felt uncomfortable. At first, she made me feel like I was going to steal someones appliances. So I verified his phone number with her and she eased up. Could have gone a lot better. I myself dont shop here because I think its too expensive but I probably would if it was a nice experience and she kinda ruined that for me.

Customer service employee on May 9th at 3PM is not informed on BestBuy policies of returns and told me my $30 BestBuy rewards points would be gone if I made a return without an exchange. He suggested to call the 1800 number, which I did and he was incorrect the $30 was going to be returned to me in BestBuy reward points. Waste of a call into the 1800 number 🥱🥱🥱

I had purchased a cell phone from online and was having difficulty during the pick up process. Something was not activating right and now allowing me to move forward with my pick up. Kendra in the mobile department was very patient and helped me for 2 hours in contact with best buy and Verizon trying to resolve the issue. She did eventually get the issue resolved and was patient, kind and pleasant to work with. I greatly appreciated her time and efforts to help me! Customer service is key!

I purchased a way-to-big for my car special fresh out the factory TV and their associate Michael spent nearly half an hour helping us get it into the car. He was extraordinarily helpful and they were able to get my TV in stock on like 2 days notice. They’ve treated me very well in coronavirus with no contact pickups and mask wearing as well.

Place looked very empty and picked through. I actually asked if they where going out of business? Meanwhile you go in and there is one person ringing people up. Im Second in line and it takes 10 minutes to track a person down for the customer infront of me to accommodate the TV theyre purchasing. 10 employees doing nothing at all, 4 or 5 at the entrance counter alone. For some reason they cant open the normal checkout lanes up. Between the empty shelves and 1 checkout with more than enough staff to run 5 stores! I am no longer shopping at this Bestbuy!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a sound bar on Bestbuy.com that was open box. The condition stated “excellent” and that there were no missing accessories. When I went to set it up, I realized that it was missing the power cord and the optical cable. I thought, no big deal, I’ll just return it to the store and they will give me the missing accessories. That is NOT what happened. The customer service cashier said he could not help me and that I would have to get on Google to replace the missing equipment. I asked to speak to a manager (Justin at the Lansing, MI location). Justin told me the same thing. I asked him if they stand by their products and he replied, “well you didn’t buy it at this store, you purchased it online”. WHAT!!!??? I asked why that would make a difference considering it is all affiliated to the same corporation. He still insisted that there was nothing he could do for me. I told him I wanted a refund then. He told me he wouldn’t give me a refund either because there are missing parts. ARE YOU JOKING???!!! I have never had such horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy anything online or in a Best Buy store again. They must be so desperate for managers that they are pulling stock boys out of the warehouse to manage their stores!!

My wife went into this store to buy a particular printer. She checked online before we drove to the store to make sure they had one, which indicated they did have one. When she got to the store the salesperson said they didn’t have any. She mentioned that online it shows they do have one and he said that they do that just to draw people into the store and that it’s not always accurate. The salesperson checked his computer to see if the Meridian Twp Store had one and it indicated there was one there. My wife asked the salesperson to call over there to make sure they actually had the printer in stock and if they would put a hold on it and he didn’t want to make the call because they never answer the phone and it was too much hassle. From the parking lot of the West Lansing store my wife tried to call the Meridian Twp store to check stock herself and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. We are now driving half an hour back home to order it off of Amazon, which I hate doing, but with customer service like what Best Buy offered today you can understand why.

Worst customer service ever! They never have products in store which is pathetic. They take 3 weeks to ship. I’ll be buying online elsewhere. Products damaged! They delivered after many weeks and forgot another order of mine. I can see why brick and mortar companies are going out of business, service and lack of care to customers are declining. Management needs more training. Never again will buy from Best Buy nor would I recommend. Over priced as well, I found the same product for $200 less than what Best Buy is selling for. This place is ridiculous.
