Stay away from here. All they do is lie and manipulate. Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Dropped vehicle off to have windows tinted before they even opened. Talked them a couple times during the day to see if they had an approximate completion time. Was told the first time I talked to them that it was taking them longer than expected and that it would be a little while still, that was at 11 am. Called again around 3 and was told that he would check on it and get back to me. Never called me back. Called again before 4 and was told it would be after 6! So I borrowed a car to get home from work and drove by their store to find my car out back untouched! I understand things taking longer than expected, but dont lie about it.

I went to this shop to get a quote on speakers for my F150 and also inquire about having a radio installed in the future for my Infiniti G35 Coupe. Shop did not seem too interested in looking or discussing options for my G35 Coupe. They did have options for truck speakers but normal lead time for installation is at least a week. I went to a shop in Jackson and got speakers the very next day. Pricing is good, Im guessing they have too much business to provide timely service. I think that also played a factor on the lack of interest regarding the radio installation on my G35 Coupe. At the end of the day they didnt seemed interested in my business but that is a luxury you can have when your business is doing well. Wont bode well for them when the market slows down if they are as disinterested as they were with me.

Stopped in to see if they could help me get my amp/sub to work and the man that helped me was so nice. Even though he wasnt able to help me out today, ill be coming back soon to get the work done i need

I went in to have a tough to find, expensive stereo installed. They killed my stereo with a dvd still in it from my testing it out the box, blamed me and said it never worked ( fun fact: Im a pretty well known mech/tech/etc. And the only reasons I went there was to shop local, and avoid spending extra shipping and testing time working on this in the soon to be cold-cold. Anyone whos done this work knows finding the right modules for steering can be tough without an inventory.) So after they blew some fuses in my car, I had to replace the fuses blown, an reinstall my old factory back-in and after some lite foot work the company I bought the stereo from gave me my money back. Nothing lost but trust and time really.I read in the comments someone mentioned their lack of interest and being REally busy. Very true! Ill add down hill pros.However!....If God said Ill flood the earth if you dont give them another chance. After a-lot of praying and surfing Im still looking for another place to install my boats radio. Dont feel bad if they do the same kinda mess to you. Youve now been warned.PS: sometimes you shouldnt have gone there. #whenshoppinglocalgoeswrong.

I had $1400 to spend on stereo equipment, stopped in for an inquiry. Ended up getting a rude attitude with unhelpful knowledge and zero callback regarding my appointment. Seems like an odd way of running a business with that poor of communication, came off as a stressed out struggling relic of an operation. Good luck. I spent my money two days later at another business that was happy to take my money and did a superior job. Thank god for our free market society.

Got a new Sony stereo and 4 speakers. They sound great, price is right, and the service was excellent. They didnt try to sell me on expensive touch screen stuff I didnt want but they got me the sound quality I cared about. Ill be going back for the subs. Thanks guys!

This place was awesome! I wanted tint on my car and I inquired with a few other places but Electronic Outlet seemed to be the best. I called and set an appointment and dropped my car off. They finished the tint in a timely fashion, which I was very impressed with. The tint is beautiful and was clearly done with care. They gave me a great deal, and were very kind and professional. I highly recommend this place for any tinting you want done.

We went to buy a stereo the man who i believe name is John was very short with us, rude and rushing us. I felt it was we was bring racially profiled as gre was rude to the other black man ahead of us. Needless to say we took our business to ABC Warehouse and saved over 100 dollars. So i guess thanks for being rude and saving money. ABC Warehouse gladly got us together.

A friend told me about this place almost 15 years ago. He had multiple cars tinted here.I got mine done here.Over time I noticed a relatively small problem, but a problem.I showed it to someone, they saw it and quickly and politely replaced all of it with new tint!Ive been here multiple times, and I recommend them to friends and family.Keep up the great work!

Had my windows tinted today and am very happy with the job that was done. Professional and courteous staff, fairly priced, quality work and quick service. Ill be back to have a remote starter installed before next winter.

I called the store and they had the best prices in the area with solid reviews. The manager did inform me I would be looking at about $300 out the door for a remote start with a 1 mile range. I was estatic! So my appointment arrives and I unfortunately could not get what was promised and I would need to pay more too. Granted, Vince was able to give me a small discount and I was able to leave in about 2.5 hours. The waiting room is very low key (does have coffee and magazines though) if you end up waiting around. I am happy thus far with my remote start. Knowledgeable employees.

This place is embarrassing. All of the reviews that I have been able to find about this place instill zero confidence in their abilities, however I felt there was no way it could be this bad, considering the place has been in business as long as it has. I was wrong. This place is so very awful. Walking in you are met with decor that was dated looking in the 80s, and some equipment that was cutting edge in the 90s (SERIOUSLY).I decided early on this was not a place that I felt would take pride in working on my car, as there was no pride in their own SHOWroom, but I entertained myself by chatting up the far too arrogant and proud owner. His car stereo knowledge was non-existent, as is his class. He trys to fast talk you like hes an expert on the subject, and its clear he is not. No other customers came in while I was there, but a few called, and boy did they get treated to some of the same patronizing customer service I did.I have not been able to locate a shop in the area that instills any confidence, but this one really alienated this knowledgeable customer. I would say dont go here, but it seems Im like 40 years too late.

Rip off. Had $60 car stereo wired up connection (not installed) and it stopped the next day. Apparently a wrong wire was cut, smh, then wanted $35 charge for next day to fix what they messed up. Poor service, they should make right what they messed up and not charge extra, hustlers.

I’ll start by saying that by no means am I somebody who likes leaving small businesses negative reviews. At this point though, I feel like I’d be letting people continue to get overcharged if I didn’t say something about my experience at this business. The first time that I went here, I was looking for a set of 4” car speakers. I called ahead of time to verify they had something that would work for me, and they said that they did in fact have kicker speakers in the correct size. To make sure i knew what I was getting, I looked at kickers website and looked up the part number and price along with specs and reviews. When I got to electronic outlet, the speakers that they were trying to sell me were not the same as I saw online. I looked up the part number of what they were selling me only to find out that it was 2 models ago. They were selling me speakers that came out in the mid 2000’s. The craziest part is that they were trying to sell me these discontinued speakers for $89 when the brand new model, with better specs, has an MSRP of $49. I asked them why they were selling me discontinued products at over MSRP and I was assured that they were the current model and they they just got them in. Lying to a customer to try to cover up your price gouging is not good business practice. Unfortunately the story doesn’t end here. When decided to give them another shot, I experienced the exact same situation. I was looking for an add on piece for my Sirius XM module and when I called ahead of time they confirmed that they had one in stock. Best Buy also had them on hand for $18.99 (MSRP) but I like to support small business so I figured it would be better to buy from this shop. When getting there, I was dumbfounded to see that their exact same unit had a price tag on it of $49.99. When asking why theirs is 3 times the price of everyone else, they said that’s what they’ve always sold them for and had no issue with letting me walk out the door when I said I would get it cheaper elsewhere. Please people, if you shop here, check pricing! I understand there is a price to pay to support a brick and motor store, but charging substantially more than what a manufacturer sets the price is just unacceptable. I can certainly say that I won’t be back after getting the same experience two times. UPDATE: My review of this company is based solely on my personal experience with your employees. Telling people to disregard my review because I own another shop does not change the fact that my review is 100% honest and that my interactions with your company were worse than any other business I’ve ever been to. Are you insinuating that you lied to me and tried to charge me substantially over retail pricing solely because of who I am? I can assure that I do not discriminate against anyone who walks in my door. If I did, I would certainly expect a 1 star review from them.

Owner was helpful when i first walked in but when i wanted him to match the price of the exact same items he wouldnt do it and even pushed me aside with other customers. Spent 45 minutes waiting to hear him say no. If you meet the owner dont expect much because he will rip you off on parts and give you a hassle with installation. VERY poor store and unprofessional owner of a company. 0/10 wouldnt recommend ANYONE!!!

These guys know what theyre doing! I just came in today because after my buddy and I transferred and bootleg installed my Kenwood headpiece from my old car into my new one, and my subwoofers would only work for the radio, not my USB or Aux cord. I called them and they got me in within an hour, and they fixed everything that was wrong with it in under an hour. I am from Metro Detroit area and go to school up here and they did it for much cheaper than the quotes that I was getting from places down there. Kudos to them!

Took the wifes car here for tint to surprise her, the car was scratched, her antenna was in the back seat broke and the tint was bubbled horrible. I called to tell them and when he told me i dont need the antenna with the after market radio i just hung up. I cant stand ignort people like them.

This place is terrible. The shop is filthy and when I called back to have all of the bubbles taken out, I was told I was seeing things...
