This is a older store, everything could be updated BUT most importantly the clerks there are very efficient and knowledgeable. I ordered a random 3 button lock opener with a red button to blow the horn for a 2006 E350 cargo van. Figured it was discontinued or would take a long time to order. I called Monday 6/8 @ 4pm...they had it before opening on 6/9. So it was VERY good service, and the staff very nice!Anyway, I dont care how old the store is if I get prompt, friendly service and accuracy on my parts!

Not very extensive hours (closed on Sundays and early on Saturdays), but help is friendly and fairly knowledgeable.

They would receive zero stars if I it were possible. Terrible part store. Bought pads, rotors, and a new caliper. The guy took all my information for warrenty and signed me up for their rewards program. He told me I was all set and I could return the core and receive my refund whenever and at any store. I tried to return my old caliper, at the same store, to get refunded my $50 core charge. They wouldnt do it without a receipt or box. So I told them to look up my warranty information that the employee took from me when I purchased to parts. They have no record of me in the system and will not do anything about my money. These people are thieves. Ill go to Advance Auto or Auto Zone next time. Ive returned many parts and cores without any question or hassle and they havent EVER forgotten to log my information for warranties either.
