Billy and Charlies shop was great. Great service, fixed my car very quickly when I was in a time-constrained situation. 10/10 would recommend!More details: All of a sudden, my mazda 3 wasnt keeping the engine turning, two days before I was planning on taking it and moving across the country. Desperate, I called over 10 mechanics in town to see if any of them could see my car, and about every single one told me they couldnt even look at it until the following week. Bill & Charlies told me theyd the earliest they could look at it was the next day, but they actually found the issue that same day and had it fixed later the next day. I cant thank them enough for getting it up and running again, they really saved my week and my move!
Can be more accommodating. But does good work.
I had been using this auto shop for over 6 years. And I am never going back again. The only reason I had been using this shop even tho it’s not cheaper than other auto shops, was honesty. And now it’s gone.I noticed really bad sound on my car. So I did the diagnosis here paid 45$+. They said the sound is coming from the engine room, transmission, and they cannot fix it so I must go to the Audi dealer. So I went to the dealer, and they said even tho I did the diagnosis they still need to do the diagnosis again to fix any issues. So I paid extra 180$+ for the diagnosis and the dealer said transmission is absolutely fine and sound is coming from the wheel bearing, both front driver side and passenger side. And the mechanic there is specifically dealing with Audi only for over 30 years and they are 100% sure it is the wheel bearing issues, and they even said they don’t even know how an auto shop can miss the sound coming from the wheel bearing, it is too obvious. So I called the auto shop again, dealer said they are absolutely sure it is the wheel bearing issue, and the auto shop still said they are certain it’s transmission, and if I wanna fix the wheel bearings there, it’s gonna be 1100$+. Since the dealer said it’s wheel bearing issue, I went to Belle Tire since they diagnose any wheel-tire related issue for free. And they said the exact same thing as the dealer. So I called the auto shop again, are you gonna deduct any labor fee for my loss due to your “false diagnosis”, and they refused and they never admit that they were wrong. So I just fixed the wheel bearings from Belle Tire and it was even 300$ cheaper. Now the sound is completely gone. So yes, they “false diagnosed and never admit it”
Dont know yet with work but theyre getting my truck in and out so thus far a A+
They are the friendliest garage i have ever worked with. they fit us in based on our schedule and had the work done same day so that we could get back on the road! highly recommend!
I had a screw in my tire, called up Greg and asked if he could plug the tire. He told me to come in an hour later. I show up and he is busy on another vehicle but drops that to repair my tire. Mind you I was expecting a plug the goes through the tread and was surprised when he took the tire off the rim and patched it from the inside.Fast, always courteous and because I had gotten the tires from him, he fixed it for free. For all your automotive needs, give Greg a call, he will not disappoint you, he is my go to guy and I highly reccomend Bill and Charlies.
Edit in response: No. My review is exactly accurate and exactly as it happened. My windshield was replaced out of pocket by me *and then I was partially reimbursed later by the interlock company after I discussed my issue with them, *not* by Bill and Charlies*. Bill and Charlies did nothing but deny. The crack in the passenger side of the window was mentioned in the review and has nothing whatsoever to do with the crack caused by B&C. I also did *not* demand 100% as the owner states, but whats a little lie when youre a shady auto mechanic. Note that every response to negative reviews is Nuh-uh! Not our fault! After seeing their BS in reply to me, I wouldnt give them the benefit of the doubt for any of the other negative reviews either...Broke my windshield, denied responsibility. There was no chip or crack in this location before pulling in to the bay. The car was returned to me less than an hour later with a 10 diameter internal impact mark in the area where they were working and they didnt say a word. Blamed it on temperature change from pulling in to the garage (it was 40 degrees outside) due to a previous chip (there were a few old chips, all professionally filled, and none in this location). This is, of course, complete bull. The funny thing is that the other side of the windshield (not in my field of view) had a crack from getting bumped by a kayak a few days earlier so the windshield would have needed to be replaced eventually anyway. I intended to put this off while I set aside money for it. I wouldnt have felt right demanding payment for the full windshield by Bill and Charlies. Now its shattered right in front of my face and I have to fix it immediately. I would have been happy with an apology and a discount on glass repair. Instead I got a lot of denial while being treated like I was in the wrong. Now I have to waste my time writing reviews, putting Broken windshield compliments of Bill and Charlies Automotive signs in my car and considering small claims. It seems to me that losing a single customer will cost Bill and Charlies more than the $100 or so to fix their mistake. I know that my friends, family, and I will never go back as well as any one else who might listen to me. It really just doesnt make sense.Edit: The day after Bill and Charlies broke my windshield the trim piece on the drivers side fell off into my steering wheel while I was making a left turn. Of the three push-inn fasteners on the piece one was missing and the middle one was bent to the side and cracking (see pictures). I guess at BandCs the MO must be if at first it doesnt fit, break it and deny responsibilityNot What I am looking for in a mechanic.
Bill and Charlie came with a recommendation from a friend in the Lansing area, as we live 100s of miles from E. Lansing. My sons car was not starring in the cold weather, for several days. They said to have it towed to them and they would look at it. Their diagnostic evaluation, after they apparently could not get it started was: the battery was dead, the car need new spark plugs and an air filter. The cost would be $1600....I am not a mechanic but this seem a bit astronomical. Recommended to my son to go and get a battery and try that first. He went to the car with a friend, they jumped it and the car started up! Nothing added to the car! I am truly appalled at this situation. How could a mechanic not get it started. They totally attempted to take advantage of a college student. All I can say is I hope when you need a service, possible medical, that is not your forte, you are treated with respect and offered the correct prices for the correct service.Shameful.
Been my go to garage for about 3 years now. I drive a Jeep, Cobalt and and an Avalon and they have always beat the competitors quotes and delivered a professional service. Keep up the good work guys!
Had engine problems with my Volvo when driving back home from Detroit over the holidays (ignition coil failed on the highway). Called B&C Auto and they got my car in the shop the very next business day (Jan 2). They were able to diagnose and fix not just that issue but handle two other maintenance issues (air filter and brakes/rotors) all in one day. I had my car back later that afternoon and it was running smoothly. :)
This place provides excellent service. So much so that you may be wowed by how unusual it is to receive such good service. Sometimes we forget how good service can make us feel, but this place will remind you!I recently switched cars (got a Volvo) and was looking for new mechanic, since previously I was going to the dealership for repairs. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a go after reading the positive reviews. I have been there twice now.Everyone at the shop I have interacted with, Gerard, James, and two other mechanics were all very pleasant and seemed to be enjoying their day...even a random customer chimed in to tell me how great the place is. The services I have had done were done quickly and at a competitive price. I felt that I was treated fairly and that they went the extra mile for me.Other perks...I was able to get a ride to and from work. Also, they have a rewards program that allows you to get future discounts
You know how you often feel vulnerable at a mechanic shop? I dont get that here. I always feel like Bill and Charlies is dealing fairly with me, and giving me sound advice, great service and a fair price. Theyve always dealt squarely with me and treated me like family. Wouldnt go anywhere else. No regrets!
We have had two great experiences with Bill and Charlies. In the first instance, they replaced a tire without trying to make us buy a set of two or four when it wasnt necessary. The second time, they were able to reset my dashboard and didnt charge us a fee. These guys are honest and its been a better experience than any other place weve taken our Subaru. Everyone in service was helpful, informative, and very nice. As a woman, I also appreciate that no one seems to speak down to me, as has been my experience at other car service shops. If we could give them 6 stars, we would. Go here.
Lost a lifetime customer. My phone call ended with the owner YELLING at me over asking questions about a concern with my car that appeared after receiving an oil change. Previously had nothing but good things to say about bill and Charlies but their Poor customer service when dealt with an issue was a true sign of poor integrity and dishonesty. As you can tell with the owners response, if you ever have doubt or concern this will be their reaction.I was also quoted 200$ cheaper through a dealership for the exact work.
Definitely by far the friendliest auto shop I have been to. The customer service was outstanding from the first phone till the time I picked my car up. It didn’t take them long at all and even though my parts I need repair were expensive, I thought the labor cost was priced well. This will be my new go to auto place!
They went out of their way to find a less expensive way to fix my car. Thinking they would have to remove the transmission to get to a sensor that needed to be replace, they did lengthy research into how to complete the fix without the labor of removing trans. They found a way, and completed the fix for a third of the price they estimated.I was amazed and so grateful that they put so much effort into finding a way to charge me less for the fix. And they did a fantastic job completing the repair and getting my car back to me quickly. Highly recommended.
Went to many shops in the Lansing area for 5 years we lived there and Bill and Charlies was the best. Honest, kind and helpful folks.
Botches every job every time.EDIT: Reply to response below1. This is an anonymous account used for privacy of personal information when writing reviews.2. I had my car into B&Cs for a few repair jobs that took almost a month to complete and cost me close to $2000. One of these jobs was done incorrectly twice. These mistakes were confirmed by a mechanic friend of mine, a mechanic at an oil change shop, as well as the dealership. When I had it back in to have the mistake corrected the first time, I requested they clean up the result of the mistake, but they seemed very inconvenienced by this request and obviously did not do it. Additionally, when I picked up the car the first time, I had to turn around almost immediately and have a terrible grinding noise corrected. A day or two after this correction, and while on a trip out of town, I had to stop at a garage because the lug nuts were loose and seemed to not have been torqued on properly. During this month of dealing with B&Cs, I found the customer service very poor - I was made to feel like an inconvenience and when they did take my calls, they never had a straight answer for me about what was happening or when my car would be finished. They had no remorse for the mistakes they kept making, nor for the stress I was under due to not having a car for a month. I am still traumatized by this experience.
Bill & Charlies have been nursing a long line of our cars for nearly thirty years. A few were purchased new, but most started out as second hand cars so had some baggage to be dealt with. Work is always done well at a fair (but not inexpensive) price. I used to do some work on my cars, but eventually decided it was best left in their hands.
Get your battery posts cleaned for $52.00! My experience would have been more positive if the front desk guy hadnt been so unpleasant. I took a Subaru Forester in for a suspected wheel bearing noise and an oil leak. They replaced a rear bearing and diagnosed the leak as a power steering leak. An alignment was also performed. I noticed the steering wheel was off center while driving home that evening, most likely an oversight during the alignment. I called Orion about it thinking they would be apologetic and tell me to bring it back to have it looked at. Instead, he quoted me the price of an alignment and said I could schedule a time to bring it in. When I said I thought it was related to the alignment, there was a lot of back and forth, after which he finally agreed that there should be no charge to look at it. When I brought it in, he again asked about what I may have hit to put it out of alignment, then presented me with their standard form where you agree to a minimum $99.00 charge. Since this was a matter of simply rechecking their work, I asked if I could cross out the $99.00 charge, and Orion said no. At that point I left with the car still uncorrected. I took it to another shop, where they confirmed that the alignment was in spec, just the steering wheel hadnt been centered. They also said it was the engine oil that was leaking, not the steering rack. I paid for the second alignment check myself. This brought into question the $875 rack they wanted to sell me, which was part of a $3,435 list of needs and recommendations. That list also included a recommendation to have the battery posts cleaned for $52.00. I think anyone seeking service and value cant do any worse going somewhere else.
Of all the auto shops Ive been to, this one takes the cake. I brought my car in 10 minutes to close and they got it checked in and inside almost instantly. Then before I knew it the next day, my car was ready to go and they gave me a list of all the work theyd recommend. Not to mention these were some of the friendliest workers Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with. You could truly tell they love what they do. TL:DR 10/10, would recommend
On my most recent visit, Bill & Charlies inspected and replaced my brake pads - which were still under warranty - for free. I wasnt even aware that they were worn out, so I hadnt even thought to ask them to look! I am so grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust. I have never felt taken advantage of by these guys!
Bill & Charlies Automotive has Repaired my Cars for years . I went in today had my Car repaired it drives great now, Thank You for making my car drive worthy .
A few years back, traveling from south east mi to west mi, mycara gas tank sprung a leak. these guys got me in and out the same day. great staff, drove me into town to eat and relax while they did their stuff. if i lived in the area, this would be my go-to mechanic.
I have had several visits to B &Ds over the years. Its like going to family to get my car fixed. Honest and good natured and no extra soap. The new facilities on Lake Lansing Road are definitely promising.
Best Volvo repair shop in the Lansing area. Pricing is fair, quotes are trustworthy, and staff always gives a detailed and easy to understand explanation of work. Pretty much all you could ask for in a repair shop.
I wish I discovered these guys sooner. They do GREAT work and the customer service is great. Since switching to them I have saved a lot of time and money and everybody that I have sent to them has thanked me. They work on my saab and VW and now I am taking our company vehicles there which are mostly GMC and Chevy trucks. I highly recommend them and it is very nice to be able to actually trust your mechanic to not rip you off and keep my kids safe!!! Thank you for everything you do for my job and family Bill and Charlies!
Bill and Charlies Automotive did an excellent job of getting my car back into shape and operational in short order. I am very please with their work.Joseph Warren
These guys fixed my rear axel after an accident at a great price and even worked with me flexibly on scheduling. Did a super quick job for me! They even offered to drive me to work if they arent done in time! Great service and great prices!
I recently moved to the area and worried about leaving my long time auto repair folks. My local gas station repair center recommend Bill & Charlie for my 06 Volvo S60, I am so glad they did so. My first contact was professional and flexible about scheduling AND they offer rides when it is necessary to leave your car. My former repair folks also offered this super valuable service. The major repair, timing belt replacement and new front break pads was done with quality in a timely manner. Im so glad I found them.
Driving a 20+ yr old vehicle, I rely on Bill and Charlies for repair and maintenance to assure that its safe and reliable. They consistently provide top notch service. Typically, the cost for repairs is usually less than the estimate.which is always a pleasant surprise. I have found the office staff to be extremely accommodating in scheduling appointments and keeping me informed of any issues that arise during servicing.
Love them. The guys are amazing. Took my car in and had my daughter with me. Instead of me waiting, they gave me a ride back home and ofered to pick me up when rhe car was done. Price was fair and the work was done and done correct. I had no problem. They will definitely be my main auto mechanics.
Am a long-time customer from back when Bill was the owner, around 1980 & multiple vehicles ago. I’ll share two instances that stick with me of outstanding quality service & just plain old fashioned niceness. In mid-80’s was very proud owner of ’86 Vette I’d just gotten out of the fleet. Loaded to the gills and a real head turning bright red. Had begun to have intermittent issue of vehicle not starting. Did some research, on my own after a few times of no-start, talking to a factory Driveability instructor for GM. Possible issue seemed to indicate security system problem. On a sweltering 85 degree Friday afternoon was heading down to metro Detroit for a blowout wedding & reception. Came out of house dressed in a 3-piece, got in car & again, wouldn’t start. Went back in & called Bill explaining my predicament. We’d been talking back & forth about this issue for awhile now & he said he thought he knew what might be the root problem. About 20 minutes later he arrives, & asks me to show him how I turned key when starting the vehicle without actually touching & turning the key. I showed him. He asked me to try turning key by grasping ears on ignition lock, not the key itself, when starting vehicle. I did & it started right up. He’d done some research too & problem was due to micro chip in key shaft rocking when key is grasped instead of ears of ignition lock causing misread of code to security computer.Had a project I wanted done in 2015 on my ’07 F350 CCDRW diesel; installation of a GearVendors Under/Over Drive. Spoke with Greg the owner & one of his mechanics, explaining what I wanted. They’d never done this before but the said they’re game if I can get all the parts lined up & driveshaft shortened. It took a bit longer than we thought as we had a couple clearance issues but got it completed. Everyone, including Greg, helped out a bit on this project.I’ve always felt very comfortable recommending Bill & Charlies Auto Repair to my friends & people I meet for one very simple reason. I knew that they would be well looked after & their vehicle taken care of. I’ve never had to worry about getting a phone call from someone later with gripe about doing business with Bill & Charlies.
Bill and Charlies is great. Im a single woman and they have never tried to pull anything over on me. Just great work and great customer service. I had to take my car in for a bunch of repairs (2008 Suzuki, old lady needs some TLC these days), and the repairs were pretty pricey. Girad helped me prioritize the most important ones and cut me some breaks to keep the price as low as possible! Definitely recommend these guys!
Bill & Charlies takes good care of both our Honda and our Lexus. From basic oil changes, to new tires, brakes, and other more involved repairs, they are straight forward, trustworthy and do good work. And because we bought our new tires there, they now rotate the tires for free. Another nice perk is their rewards program; we get coupons good for discounts at our next service. If you need a ride to work while they work on your car they will drop you off and pick you up which makes car repair less of a headache. At my last oil change they even replaced a burned out brake light for free (just paid the $7 for the bulb). Id recommend Bill & Charlies to anyone.
This is a group of good, honest people that do good auto work. We have been taking our cars there for many years now. They are highly experienced mechanics that will be fair and treat you well. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of auto work.
Ive taken 2 vehicles here and had 2 good outcomes. Prices are very fair and the work is reliable. Highly recommend Bill & Charlies.
My car was a mess. All electrical functions were gone. My engine A frame was not supporting my engine and the engine supports were not stabilizing my engine. Bill & Charlies was able to do a two day job in less time and got me on the road, so I could go and help my daughter out of State. I took the trip with confidence in their work. Thank you!
Bill & Charlies is the only place I take my car!! They always do a great job!Theyre thorough and trustworthy. If they make a mistake, they own it and give you a discount on your next visit or not charge you at all. Ive been a regular customer since 2000.
Was interested in a used car from a previous owner. Took it here for an evaluation, they scoured every inch and gave an honest assessment of what it would need - a power steering pump, new tires, and in 20k more miles a new timing belt. On their recommendation, I got the car, and it has been driving like a charm. Came here for the repairs. When the steering wheel was still making a squeaky noise, they checked it out and replaced it again for free.As with other car shops, they had many opportunities to abuse my lack of car knowledge for a few hundred extra bucks. Instead, they have done only necessary repairs, for a modest price, and are forthcoming about the state of the vehicle. I feel confident when I deal with them, because they rely on customer service rather than dishonesty and extortion to get their business. Also, free Tootsie Pops :)Recommended.
I took my car in for a power steering pump. I called several parts stores and discovered the pump costs between $65 and $70. After having the car towed to Bill & Charlies Automotive Repair, I was told I needed a power steering pump(which is what I told them). They told me the pump would cost $353 and labor!! I asked for a total amount and I was quoted between $600 and $700. The car is a 1992 Oldsmobile !! I was charged $53 to be told I needed a pump!! Something I diagnosed !! I had the car towed to another shop and had it fixed for $290. DO NOT go to Bill & Charlies Automotive Repair !!
I cant say enough good things about Bill & Charlies! We brought our Volvo in for a routine oil change the day before we were leaving to go on a cross country trip and they found a loose ball joint. Because we were leaving the next night they sent someone to Troy, Michigan to pick up the part they needed to fix the car. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the work as well as the helpfulness of the staff!! We will continue to use Bill & Charlies as long as we live in Lansing!
Wow. Just go somewhere else! I had to pay twice as much to fix the damage they did. Gave them so many chances to right their wrongs only to be verbally assulted. I took my car to several other mechanics after this and we all got a good laugh. Not worth what I paid for it though.
I had the best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic shop here. Highly recommend. They worked with me and my budget so I was safe back on the road in No time.
Had our vehicle checked by a competitor first (on a Thursday), big estimate for repairs so we took the vehicle home and parked it. I called 20+ places the next day (Friday), getting quotes for comparison, because it was a larger job, most places (incl Bill and Charlies) had to call me back. They did call back, and amazed me with their price, bottom, basic quote was less than $400 (compared to $1400-2200+ other places said). Guy and I talked, explained I would have my husband call back to confirm. Husband called when he got home from work, went over competitor quote while on the phone with B&C Auto repair (This is for head gaskets, they included this, did you?), he made the appointment to drop off next business day (Monday; today). Took the vehicle there today and paid almost $100 to have them diagnose it. It was exactly what I told them on the phone - head gasket (remember I had the quote in front of me from competitor). Their response, on the phone *I* said valve gasket. Do not argue with a customer. I called many places Friday, I knew what I was getting a quote for. My husband called on Friday also to verify the quote was for head gasket, even went over the competitor quote and was assured, yup, same thing, so he made the appointment. After dropping the car off today, the quote was over $2k for basic stuff. No thanks, and very unhappy about having us drive an overheating car to their shop for the problem I and my husband told them of on different phone calls when making an appointment for the car, to have the estimate come back more than FIVE times (5x!!) as much as price over the phone. The people need to *listen* to their customers and double check themselves. We were now out an extra $100 bc they could not honor the quote over the phone, or even get anywhere near the competitor quote. Drove the car out of their lot and into their competitor where the repair is being done.
My college aged son broke down on the side of 69 on his way to visit his brother in Grand Rapids. I called a couple other places who said they would try to get him in. When I called Bill & Charlies and spoke with Greg he assured me that they would look at the truck as soon as it got there. They recommended a towing company and allowed me to have the towing billed to their account so I only had to pay one bill! My son broke down at around 12:30p. After calling around and being towed, the technician at Bill and Charlies were looking at the vehicle by just before 3p. I had a quoted repair and price by 4:30p and my son was back on the road by 6:30p. Weekend saved! On top of all this, they patiently dealt with an over protective mom and dropped my son off at a nearby mall where he was able to get something to eat and see a movie to pass the time. I wish I lived closer as they would always get my business!
Good prices good people very knowledgeable Ill be back
I am student at Michigan State University, and being far away from home with car trouble was a tough situation already. After the usual dooms day of fixes that were recommended for my car, they agreed to just replace my alternator as I wanted. They also said that my belts needed to be replaced as well, which I agreed to. I also made sure that they provided me with my belts that needed replacing. When I picked up my car the belts I received not only had minimum wear, but they in fact looked brand new. I am just trying to get my way through school, and felt that I was taken advantage of as a student and with no where else to go. Car is working now, but recommend proceeding with caution. I will not be bringing my car here again.
Friendly and honest service without the sales push of many other repair shops in town. Topped off with a bag of microwave popcorn left for you in the vehicle when you come to pick it up!
I wont be back, have taken two cars there for oil changes, the second one only because of the coupon. On both cars they told me the batteries were bad, when had tested elsewhere they tested great. Tried to sell me an overpriced battery. Wanted way too much money to do control arms on my wifes escape, ended up having it done for almost half of what they quoted, and the cherry on top is when they suggested an automatic transmission flush on my car, told me it was needed.......I drive a stick.Stay away from these guys.
Greg is great! Second generation LOCAL service. He will make things right with your car, domestic or import (specialty).
Great people and very knowledgeable. Specialist in Volvos.
The only mechanic shop I will take my vehicles to! Great work
Very nice
Do NOT take your car here! They quote $100 or more more then what Crippen will charge you and Crippen is a dealership. Got my oil change here and they messed up my sensor tried get get me to pay $500 for it. Plus they quoted me almost $200 more then what I was quoted at Crippen for an O2 Sensor replacement. They are not good or trustworthy here.
I could hear some faint road noise in my 2007 Ford Edge, and after reading the Google reviews for Bill and Charlies, decided to give them a try. I requested an appointment through their website, and was contacted within an hour. The next morning I dropped off my car with them (they offered to give me a ride, but I already had one arranged). After they took a look at it, Gerard called me in the afternoon and mentioned the road noise was coming from a bad wheel bearing (which is what I suspected, based on some information I had read in a Ford Edge forum), and he also mentioned the tires were in bad shape and recommended that I replace them. I wasnt expecting to replace the tires, so that caught me by surprise, but I trusted their assessment and went with Gerards recommendation of 4 new Cooper Discoverer SRX tires (with a $70 mail-in rebate, that they said they would mail in for me). I had also requested an oil change. Gerard said they would do their best to get everything done that day, and about an hour before they closed, they called to let me know the car was ready (they again offered a ride, but I didnt need it). I got to their shop shortly before they closed and was really happy when I took it for a spin. I was actually thinking about taking it out on the expressway before going home, just because it was like driving a new car!
They take great care of my senior car, over 300,000 miles, keep it going safely on and on!
Great alternative to the dealer and they know their Volvos!
Took my vehicle in to service one problem and they solved another problem for $200 that had been bothering me for over two years ( a problem that Ford service couldnt solve for a minimun of $400). Bill & Charlies know their Cars. Thanks guys!
Greatest guys, best place, trust your Volvo in these guys.
Trusted because they continue to prove trustworthy.
I came here to change my timing belt. They offered 900 dollars, but I got it fixed at muffler man at 560.They charge me 95 dollars just for inspection. If you want to be hacked, come here.
Great service! They specialize in Volvos but work on anything.
I brought my audi a4 in for an estimate because i thought there was an issue in the turbo. I was told the tranny was gone and was given an estimate of 4,000 for a rebuilt and 8,000 for a new... after deciding to bring it back to the dealership turns out not the transmission at all! Get a second opinion!
I have a prescheduled calibration for my ignition interlock device and 2/5 times they havent has the gas required to calibrate causing me to have to drive to Jackson for a 10 minute service
Expensive and not always 100% on their mechanics but they are kind, courteous, offer rides, and great if you have foreign vehicles with the extra cash for their work.
Good place
They r good
Great sevice
A fair deal
