This place is amazing! I just moved to the Lansing area and was having trouble finding a reliable mechanic. I went to one other place and they wanted to charge me double what Westside Car Care wanted to charge. The staff is super friendly and took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and even showed me with my old parts! I will be going here for all future car concerns and would highly recommend!

I wouldnt have anyone else but Troy and his crew work on our cars. They are trustworthy, honest, dependable and forthright on anything thats been needed on our cars. He also sold one of our cars to another client who was looking. Highly recommend them.

Honest. Excellent Workmanship. Troy and his staff take the time to show you exactly what is wrong with your car, show what a new part looks like compared to a worn one, and explain exactly how everything is supposed to work. On a few occasions, Troy has called and asked me to come back down to the shop to show me whats going on with one of my vehicles. Some places would just call with a new estimate and you have to take it on faith. Not with Westside. Troy stands by his work. He can, because he is just that good.Yes, Troy only uses quality parts. So you could go somewhere else and save a few dollars, but you will just be back there again to replace that cheap part later.Recently, my daughter came home for Christmas from out of state and casually mentioned her brake fluid was leaking. Troy got her car in immediately and found some pretty serious problems that should never occur on a car that new. His care for her safety meant everything to us. He was very busy, but made sure she had a safe car for her long drive back.Simply put, I trust Westside completely.
