At first I didn’t have have a good impression of this location. Called they were rude, went in a last year, seemed rude but being in this industry I understand you just have bad days so I gave them a change. I went in because I had a stroke in may and can’t do my hair. Needed a new look to make my self feel good for my birthday the next day and I think my stylist did the job. Cut is fantastic and altho I was shocked that my hair color wasn’t exactly what I wanted but not ugly it was descent and I liked it. Being a hair stylist I should have been more clear but I put it all in her hands cause well she’s a professional. I have no complaints. She was sweet and sympathetic and well, did great! Thank you for making my birthday special and making me feel beautiful!

Got brows done. I cant remember my stylists name, but she had blue hair. She did an amazing job. Been getting my brows done for 18 years now, I have to say, I think she did the best job ever!

Came in late on Sunday, just before close, for two childrens cuts. We were promptly seated and asked what style we wanted. I was confused on what i was asking for and they helped me in deciding. Definitely happy with level of service, would definitely return.

I got my hair colored a darker purple, waited 4 or so days to wash it when I did it washed out, turns out they used the wrong dye. Never going again, paid way to much money for them to use the wrong kind of dye.

Great place to get your hair cut. Most the ladies have been there awhile. But Im learning to wait for certain ones so I dont get the lady with a rude attitude/ multi colored hair/ and breathe that smelled like a butane lighter.

Very rude and gave me an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. She didnt want to color my long hair. Dont do hair then lazy person! Will NEVER go back and dont recommend ANYONE go here especially if you have long hair and want color.

HORRIBLE service. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed, was told there was no one to do them for 20 minutes, even with two other ladies standing around. No problem, I went and ran some errands and came back approx 25 mins later. They acted like they didn’t even RECOGNIZE me from earlier and told me it’d be a wait. What kind of business are you running here, do you want to perform services or not? Why do you have ladies working there who aren’t even trained on simple waxing? I’m driving up to the holt location from now on.

If you ever want the best service and hair cut you need to either come here or to her other shop in Holt. She hires only the best people and you will be very happy with the results. My wife and I have our hair cut here for years. My wife also has had her hair colored for years with great results.

They have great stylists and their tanning is cheap with new, hot bulbs.

Closed and was rude about a tanning package that was bought week before closing and was never told they where closing.

Not impressed. You cant make an appointment, so you have to be a walk-in. When you walk in, they have a page & a half long waiting list that you have to put your name on. Never got a call, of course!!!

Was very upset called that morning to setup an appointment for hair cut and color, was told anytime after 3pm and when I showed up at 445pm they told me no they were closing early and were closing permanently on the next day.

My cousin got an amazing haircut and got it fast from Erica!

Not sure if the girl that cut my kids hair was new or not but she did horrible. My daughters bangs are completely ruined and she laughed when she messed them up.

Been coming here for a couple of years. We came in and the younger girl was rude. But the other two were very nice.

Went in to have my eyebrows waxed. The girl told me it was going to be 20 minutes. She had terrible customer service. Her tone of voice sounded rude. Made no eye contact when she told me she would be with me soon. Didnt even know she was talking to me. Made no eye contact when she called me to the back. Overall not happy with her demeaner at all. I barely have eyebrows. Very thin. She showed me when she was done and I took a quick glance. Seemed cleaned so I paid and left. Got home and realized she way over waxed them. She took my right one way too far in from the corner. Left one is almost as bad. Im going to have to draw them in in the corners until the hair grows out. Very disappointed.

After regular visits for over a year, i might be done. They are often rude and spend their time complaining aloud about work & other clients. The cuts are inconsistent - sometimes good, but just as often they are not. But the thing that is currently under my skin is that the last time i was there, after another bad cut that i didnt complain about, they wanted me to write my phone number on the top of their copy of my credit card receipt, despite never having any issue with my payments ever in all the time ive been there. If that number winds up on a robocall list, i will be livid!One more thing, as its been bugging me for awhile... a pro-tip of sorts: the open-ceiling look only works well if you dust up there. Seriously - look up when youre there. Pretty gross, eh?

The staff is usually awkward. They always seem to talk mad trash about each other, AND customers that had just left. I get it, you cut hair. Got nothing to talk about. Maybe speak trash about customers when there arent any getting their childs haircut.

Then yesterday, Sunday Aug. 5th go over at 9 said open at noon and I checked online and said noon to 5 and went back and nope they were closed! How can you run a business like this?! Well, since our favorite hairdresser from BoR.... moved to this FS I decided to go for it. I used a hairdresser named Melyssa and she was FANTASTIC! Great service....Great price....Nice environment and exactly what I wanted....She also was not pushy about selling product. Although, I really liked the product she used and bought the Spray Conditioner and Hairspray. Why not? I saved a bundle on the perm! Thanks M.Sincerely, AH

Mgr Christy, RUDE! Its a busy day today at Fantastic Sams. Its to bad shes not happier about it. Refused to bleach hair before applying POP color... time 3:30, because they were too busy. She also turned 2 other people away. Maybe she wants to get out BEFORE 5. Mgr just stated she was supposed to go to the state fair today. Maybe thats her problem. Currently, 2 others waiting. I always buy my hair products from FS. I will not be doing that anymore. We will be using another salon from now on. Christy, I hope you do make it to the state fair and step in poo! You ruined my daughters back to school hair experience!

I was pleased with my cut and the young lady who cut it was nice and professional.

Christy is rude rude rude and unprofessional. I called to say Im on my way; yes it was on a Saturday like 415 but I had to wait until my bf got home from work because I had a 7th month old.
