I know absolutely nothing about make up and the girls working we’re so helpful and friendly. I wish I knew their names so i could give them a shout out. Every single thing they recommended I love! Definitely will be going back. Thank you for all your help!!

This is quickly becoming my favorite Sephora. Diana is incredible! She is always so friendly and helpful. She genuinely treats you like youre her best friend. I would come back to this Sephora simply for Diana. This location also seems to be the first to get new products, which I love! They have a great selection of products for a smaller store and have the top items. Its always clean and never crowded.

Sooo, the Sephora in Eastwood was a bad experience for me, as it’s filled with ladies that give you fake smiles when you look at them. You know the “I’m not a racist” smile? That’s the one. I decided to go to another Sephora, and I have to say that the service at this location in jcpenny is so much more welcoming and an overall better environment.Shout out to my girl Dee, because not only did she take the time to help me claim the Sephora coupon that started this, but she also taught me a bunch of makeup hacks and gave me free samples. As someone who only wears drug store makeup, these free samples made my life. But really, Diana made my day and I would go back and buy one of those $30 concealers just because homegirl is the paragon of excellent customer service.

The store is clean, and the staff was very friendly. Its easy to get to through jcpenney. The aisles are a little tight, but it wasnt crowded when I was there, so it wasnt an issue. Checkout was very expedient.
