Haven’t had a haircut in 3 years and was nervous to get my hair cut short again, but Destiny did an AMAZING job transforming my dead mess of hair into the beautiful short do on the right! Not to mention the beautiful lightening job.Definitely recommend to anyone interested in an amazing haircut experience.

Made an appointment last minute online because my regular stylist cancelled. I went to the salon located in the Lansing mall. I have previously highlighted hair that needed touch up and gray coverage . I brought a photo for reference. The stylist kept asking me what to do ( as far as color choices, warm/cool) I explained many times what look I was going for. In the end I ended up with mousey brown hair with a toner over the top. There is NO blond. I kept asking when she would add the blond and she said she couldnt today as they closed at 6(it was a sunday). So she ended up drying my hair and stood next to me awkwardly, until I said does this mean your done? And she said yea. I will NEVER go back there - I should have known better .
