I was told over the phone that they had The specific item I was looking for in stock and drove over 45 minutes each way just to figure out that they did not actually have it in stock and the information that I was given on the phone was indeed a lie

I loved rite aid because they have what I want and need everytime I go to this rite aid

I went to get my sick dads medicine. To drive to the store to realize they close at 5 in the pharmacy but yet didnt tell customers. They crossed 6 oclock out and put a 5. Hopefully today they are open until 5 site says 6.

It’s always well stocked, clean, tidy, and the staff is usually quite friendly. I was complemented for my crocs once but couldn’t tell if it was sarcasm or genuine. The prices seem higher than average. Even though the cashier told me otherwise, there is a Redbox outside. There’s nothing really bad about this pharmacy but nothing really noteworthy either. It’s a convenient stop for me so I’ll keep coming here.

Its a good store.
