I was looking for a tire store that could replace a damaged tire on my work truck. I called around to several places, no one had the size in stock. I contacted this store, they had the right size. I couldnt believe how quickly I was in and out of there. Fastest service Ive ever had at a tire store. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I would give more stars but google only goes to five!

Brian hooked me up with a Saturday appointment so I wouldnt have to miss work and had my truck windows fixed. We had problems reaching are Car Shield insurance on Saturday and he worked with us on how to get reimbursed. Now I dont have to worry about snow in my truck this winter Thanks guys.

I took my car there to get my starter fix when I picked my car up it was trying to conk out at the stop light and my brakes were dragging. Its worse after they said they fixed it. Someone messed with my radio bass and my clock. I would recommend to shop around

I took the 4 kids out for a little shopping when I noticed a flapping noise coming from the front tire. I stopped at Valvoline and they noticed a bolt stuck in the tire and referred me to Firestone. I called ahead to tell them I was coming and Brian said he’d get it done but it would take an hour or two. The mall was across the street so I said okay. We walked to the mall to pass the time and 1.5 hours later Brian called up and said the car was ready and that he’d come pick me up! Thank goodness for his extra kindness and the customer service at Firestone cause it was raining outside! Thank you so much for helping us out today, it was much appreciated!!!

I went there because my heat wasnt working; ended up being my water pump. All the staff were really great and helpful. Dean and Kirk worked on my car. They both did an amazing job. Highy recommend this place! Will be returning in the future. The prices are good too! They also have a financing credit card so if you cant wait till payday that helps out. This is a very honest and reliable shop. You cant beat it!

I recently brought my Lincoln truck here for wheel bearings, ball joints, a control arm, etc. Im from out of town and was worried about finding a good repair shop in an unfamiliar area. I must say I definitely brought it to the right place! They did a fantastic job! They were timely, thorough, and efficient. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable including having the ability to explain things in laymans terms so the customer has a sound understanding which means a lot! They got the work done much faster than expected, took the time to go over everything with me, and when I drove off my truck felt brand new! So thankful and highly recommend! Whenever I come back in town I feel comfortable knowing I have a great repair shop in my corner! Thanks guys! Especially the Manager he was exceptional!

Brought my car in for a loud squealing noise i thought was a failing alternator. As it was being checked out, a worried woman was concerned about her battery. They checked it out and told her it was fine. Just drive it around for 30 minutes. To get it fully charged. They were even going to lend her their jump start pack. Cost to her...$0.My issue was some obstruction in my wheel that they cleared. No failing alternator. Cost to me...$0.Im grateful for an honest team here. Cost of an honest car doctor and peace of mind...priceless.Patronize this place with all your needs.

These guys are simply the best. They were so nice and bent over backwards to help me all for only $10 in profit.I went to a used dealership down the street expecting to find a pre inspected vehicle only to discover that I was misled and it wasnt pretty inspected. There was fresh oil underneath and I didnt feel comfortable buying it. Because it was a fairly inexpensive used vehicle, thats why they didnt inspect it, but I was still nervous to purchase without an inspection. The manager was totally cool with me bringing it to a nearby shop for a pre-purchase inspection, and I saw Firestone just down the street. I called them explaining my situation, and I was told that they could get it in in about 2 hours. I just went right over there with the vehicle and let them have it in case they could get to it early oh, and they did. They knocked it out in an hour from the time I arrived and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. Ive had good experiences at all three Firestone locations I have visited over the years in different cities, and this one was no different. Thanks to Firestone, I felt comfortable purchasing the car and wanted to give a shout out to the guys at this location for how awesome they were.

They didnt work on my car, but my boyfriend and I were walking to Autozone in the rain and they let us sit and wait in the lobby while the autozone delivery driver brought my new battery. So nice!!!

Went in for a front end alignment and tires rotated and balanced. Very reasonable price and not far off on time estimated it would take. Truck drives 100x better than before. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Tire service was fine went to do a tire rotation and one of the Lugnuts is completely rounded off from them spinning the impact on the Lugnuts called and talked to the sales guy and he was absolutely no help at all told me I had to go buy a tool to get it off never even offered to have me come in so they could take a look at it very disappointed and very bad customer service

I had called Firestone 30 minutes before closing time in dire need of getting a new tire. I was driving on a tire that was basically blown out with 2 of my children in the car. The manager said that considering my situation, and that I had to make it all of the way home to Hastings, he would definitely get it taken care of for me. The minute I got there they were on it and changing my tire. They were kind, considerate, and super fast! I’m so thankful considering every single place to get a new tire was either closed or booked for the evening. Thanks so much Firestone for your amazing dedicated to helpfulness and extreme understanding. I will definitely be back.

Great experience at this shop. Manager took time to explain in detail all of the work that needed doing, and had my car back to me in no time. While sitting in the lobby I overheard the manager and a technician discuss how to get the best deal for a customer - they called the customer and told her to wait one day for her repair as new coupons would be coming out to save her a great deal of money. Seems like they actually care about the customer and are honest mechanics. Will be going here again.

Ran over a nail heading back to Indiana and they guys (Trevor? and Dakota) took absolute care of our tire and got us back on the road safe and sound! Highly recommend this shop!!

Highly disappointed. Set an appointment, then when I brought my vehicle in they tell me they might be able to squeeze me in for an inspection but they didnt have my appointment on their schedule.I have brought all my vehicles to them and they have done right until now. Now the trust is broken and I will never ever do business with them again.

We got a flat tire on a Saturday night with no spare. Once we were towed to Firestone, we left the car overnight until it opened at 8 AM on Sunday. We showed up as soon as they opened and the workers were very friendly. They made accommodations so that they could help us get back on the road to go home. It was inexpensive and they worked quickly. The job was finished before 9 AM. I would recommend to everyone needing repair on their car.

So far Ive had 4 very positive experiences with Firestone Auto in Delta Township. Theyve treated me and my girlfriend excellent And giving us fair pricing. I highly recommend working with Eric in the other guys.

I was visiting from Atlanta and these guys showed the best customer service I have experienced getting an oil change. Gabe went above and beyond to make sure that the proper information was sent to Enterprise, so that I could service the rental car I have with them! Allen and Gabes kindness (and call back when it was cleared for an oil change) were the reason I chose to come back. I am so glad I did. When I got back, they didnt even question me when I handed over the keys (they remembered me), the car was ready in no time, and Randy checked me out. Randy was able to take care of everything all while teaching his staff, taking care of the front end simultaneously, and making sure I was a happy customer! Went in on busy afternoon right before holiday with nail in my new Firestone tire. They time for the repair while I waited and found a small screw in tire as well I did t know was there. Im writing this review because I recently had a great experience there. I had a blown tire and needed to get the tire replaced. So I had dropped it off at the delta township location to get it fixed. I had hazard coverage on the tire so the cost to repair the tire was nothing which was great. The surprising part was I didnt get there till a half hour after it closed but I had told the service man that I was on my way so he waited till I got there. I have been to a lot of different mechanics and shops over the years but the customer service at Firestone has always been consistently great.

Used their online system to schedule new tires for my 10 year-old car, having been quoted $300 for the parts & labor. When I arrived, a tech told me they didnt have the tires, and that what they did have would run me 70% more, but they had the ability to do it for only 50% more than what I wanted to spend.I declined, and took my car to Budget Tire a few days later, who Id had previous good service from, but hadnt had room for me the first day. They also didnt have the tires I initially ordered when I arrived. However, they gave me options - they could order them and I could come back, or, seeing that I had an older vehicle and didnt want to put too much money into it, they had a similar brand with a 10k mile less warranty that they could sell me for $260 instead. Night & day difference between bait & switch treatment, and thoughtful service.

Great customer service!

Went in for a tire rim leak. They fixed it in an hour and also rotated my tires. They did a full check up to see what else i might need, i only took them up on the tire rotation but it was helpful to know the rest. Helpful and friendly staff.Edit: The next day, my husband was changing my oil and found they left my coolant cap open and battery not fully reconnected after all of their checks.While the checks were nice, they could have caused larger issues if my husband hadnt re-checked everything.

The service that I received was impeccable and although I will probably never use this location as I am from out of state they treated me like I was their best customer.Thank you for a great ending of a bad day.

10/10 would recommend to anybody. Definitely know how to communicate a justified reason for vehicle repair recommendations. Felt that anything that was mentioned to me had a properly explained reason as to why it was recommended. I have a lifetime alignment package and would definitely say that is the best bang for your buck, as I frequently get my vehicle aligned. Great technicians as well, Steve is hands down the best automotive technician I have had the pleasure of letting work on my vehicle.

Firestone is handy because they rotate tires and do oil changes. However they could be cheaper (abt $100 for both services) and the mechanics dont pay attention to detail. For example i always ask they reset my service interval alert. They always forget. Least time i was there they couldnt tell me for sure off my tires were rotated. For the money i exhort more. Im exploring Goodyear or Sears.

Tori and Allen were great! They were able to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I 100% recommend doing the $10 safety check/complete vehicle inspection.

Purchased three sets of truck tires, a set of car tires, and lifetime alignment for all of my vehicles through this store. Im happy with the results. Most of the time my vehicles were worked on without an appointment but were done before the estimated wait. The guys there do quality work and advise you on repairs that should be done. Took my vehicle in due to a leak in the steering rack. Was called back later that day with a quote of 750$. Was promised that tires would be rotated at NC. Even stated on receipt the tires were rotated but they werent. They called back the following morning and informed me that since they had to fix the steering I would need a front end alignment at a additional cost of 69$. I guess they forgot to inform me of that charge the night before. After arguing with a couple different people and threatening to call the manager they finally agreed to the original estimate of 750$ with the alignment included. I doubt if that was even done. Ill push my car home before I take it back there. Theyre just one of those businesses that are in it for the money. Too bad there isnt a negative star. At last but not least. All of the sudden the drivers side tire where the leak was is now leaking air itself. How strange....

I came in for a inspection to get a quote. I knew my brakes were bad but didnt know if just the brakes that needing replacement or something more. I drove there no problem and safely, brakes worked. They told me not to drive my car because its not safe and offered to tow it for me.... Got the tow and had it towed to another car mechanic. Turns out they damaged my break line. They are not honest and Im very upset. They just wanted to take my money when I made it known I only could afford a inspection at the time. I will not ever go back to Firestone again

Im sorry it took me so long to leave a review. These guys were really helpful, especially with all that Midas messed up. They helped fix their mistake so we could drive our car again and even gave us records on what was messed up and why. Thanks and sorry again about how long it took to post but been busy fighting Midas.

I took my car to Firestone because they were open on Saturdays and my car had died on a Saturday. Tyler said the car would be done on Monday, but they exceeded my expectations by getting it done the next day! When my brake warning light came on during the snowstorm a couple of weeks ago (again, on a Saturday afternoon), James had me bring the car in to see what was going on, and got it sorted out in short order, and we set an appointment to deal with the real issue. Again, service was quick and courteous, and the car was ready before the promised time. Im very happy with their work. Thanks, guys!Update, 2019. Just had more mechanical issues with my car (hey, getting older has that effect on all of us), and the good folks at Firestone came through like superheroes. Fast, efficient, reliable, and kind. Was on my way up north and got a flat. Went to Goodyear across the street first and they were NOT as friendly or helpful. I went to Firestone and the representative was very nice and came out to the car to look at the flat. They had everything fixed and done in 1.5 hours which is what their estimate was. Price was very reasonable as well.

I recommend you to do the live time Alignment Service when them if you are planning to on your vehicle for long time. I think theyre service and maintenance check better than other brands. Sometime you get good deal for Firestone Tires and bridges Bridgestone from them.

Car was taken back an hour after scheduled appointment time. Took 3 hours for oil change and alignment. My heat shield just magically came loose after taking it there. And they said my suspension needed work and I had just got the suspension done 2 months prior. I love the firestone brand but definitely not this location!

I dont think I will go anywhere else ever again; these guys gave me the best treatment and price of anywhere I have ever gone in 15 yrs of driving. They didnt treat me like a dumb little girl which was an added bonus.

Mixed results here, the technicians seemed to do fine but some of the front office staff are poor at working with the customers. Several times they have told me when someone would be available to look at my vehicle and it has taken up to days after their initial estimate. Front office staff never offers me any alternatives to solve a problem. The answer i seem to get is the rest of the place does what they do, when there were less expensive alternatives to a repair costing 4 figures on a very old vehicle, no one even mentioned them. They have told me I could wait for the vehicle on a day when no technicians able to inspect the vehicle were around. I had a good experience here once and two bad experiences in terms of the time needed to do a repair or in terms of not having any idea when they might be able to obtain the replacement part. I told them I never have that problem if I call for the part but the front office staff was unwilling to even estimate the time they would make me wait while they said they would be waiting for the part. My best advice is use them only as a last resort.

Mounted tires I bought at Tire Rack. Had appointment, but still took over 2 hours. Seems like a good job. Balance seems good.

If there was an option to leave them 0 Stars, I would. Suffice it to say this particular store has forever ruined any chance of trust when speaking to a mechanic. Due to their ineptness my family could have lost their lives. As it was they cost us thousands of dollars. If youre thinking of going to this location, please consider this as some heartfelt advice. Find someplace else to go.

I ad a pretty good experience at this location. They helped to identify several problems as well spotted a worn tire that was very dangerous to drive on. When I need to I plan on coming back for a new set of tires at a later time

Wooooooooooo these guys are helpful and prices are great.. i called around to get prices and these guys beat them all. Found a couple things that needed attention and called me with the things they saw and told me if they could wait or not

I have gone here in the past and had both positive and negative experiences but the last few times have been nothing but disappointment. They replaced my brakes and sent me down the road with them not installed properly and making noise. When I immediately turned around and went back to have them check it I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half while they tried to figure out what was wrong and worked on other vehicles. They then decided to take it for an extra long test drive just to make sure, while I continued waiting. This coupled with my last experience with them, sending me down the road with a split in the sidewall of my tire that exposed the chords and telling me not to worry about it, has effectively sealed the deal that I will not be going back. I was willing to give them a second chance because they are usually good with their customer service, but safety really should be a priority I believe.

I brought my vehicle in for service check and was given recommendations. Which I had them perform all their recommrndations which were minor. Unbeknownst to me, that I wouldnt be able to drive my vehicle again they ruined it and wont take ownership of the damage they caused and now the service manager no longer works there that I was in contact about my vehicle. Mind you, Ive been a longtime customer up until now. When I called the store they forwarded the situation up the chain. First to Illinois and then to Nashville Tennessee and not once have I been able to speak to a live person. Im so disappointed. Now my Cadillac Escalade needs a new engine. Horrible people

Woke up to a flat tire on New Years Day. Called Firestone and not only were they open, they squeezed me in on a busy day. I was so thankful for the kindness of the staff, giving me peace of mind to start off the new year.

Definitely will never go back. I got a flat on 127 Sunday and had to buy 2 new tires. They were pushy on trying to sell certain tires. Ober priced. Took over an hour and a half to mount and balance 2 tires. Didnt balance them correctly. When I it back to have the balancing issue fixed, they told me I would have to wait another hour and a half to fix their screw up. They told me there wasnt any damage done to the rim when my tire blew. The place I took them to to have rebalance showed me there was in fact damage.

I had some work done on my vehicle. The sales Representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and was compedetivly priced. I highly recommend this Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Just had our tires replaced yesterday, and we were driving today making a turn and an entire wheel wouldnt turn! Someone made a mistake, causing us to be blocking an entire road for an hour waiting for a tow truck in the freezing cold since the car was undrivable and in the middle of the road. Then, we had to wait once again for hours at the shop for them to fix their mistake. When you make a mistake like this, you make your customer a priority instead of fixing multiple cars before them - we do have things to do as we werent planning to yet again be at Firestone. Summary of all of my visits: overpriced, they make you wait hours even when you have an appointment, and now this! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Engine light appeared always got my service here, auto zone diagnosed the problem replaced gas cap for 13.oo firestone sold me the cap in 2017 it cracked in several places showed it to them was met by a snotty man didnt offer me replacement or apology wont get service from me second time firestone has wrongly serviced my truck response from mgmt invalid email go figure
