What a great team! These guys genuinely care about doing things correctly and taking care of the people that walk in their door. Wish I could say Ive been going here for 12 years but thought Id save money by going to another network. What a nightmare these past 6 months have been. After all the hidden fees with the other company, I ended up spending $5 less a month for a phone with little to no service. THANK YOU DAVE for setting me back up. This man made sure my new phone was 100% set up and that I had no more questions before I left the store. He even gave me his business card to call if I have future questions. Great customer service!
I needed to upgrade my iPhone because my old phone was losing battery life. I tried doing this through the Verizon website and found that to be pretty frustrating so I decided to go to my local Verizon store for help. This ended up being one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. Jason was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I got my new phone in a jiffy with all the stuff from my old phone carried over to it seamlessly. He also went the extra mile to show me some of the new features on the phone. Very nice experience. I realize Verizons demographic is intentionally elitist, but $50-60 for a screen protector? No other options? Thats the case here.Whats worse is how the associate dismissed me with a word the instant it became clear I wasnt interested. Theres courtesy, and theres curt; he was the latter.I might suffer this nonsense if the cell service was functional, but calls dont even register half the time when Im at home (in a supposedly good coverage area). Cant wait for my contract to expire.
Jason was amazing. I went in with my IPhone 11, (it wouldn’t connect to calls) thinking I was going to have to pay more then it’s worth to get it fixed. I walked out with the new 13 pro AND my bill is now less monthly then it was 😳

I had an excellent experience when going in to trade in my old iPhone 8+ for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was helped by Dom and she was very professional and friendly the entire time and answered any questions I had about the new phone. She helped me find the best deals for me, including a new phone case, screen protector and the fastest charging port available. As far as the phone itself, it’s awesome. Going from and 8 to a 12 I was a bit nervous about how many changes I’d have to adjust to but it’s really pretty simple and straight forward. The set up took me maybe 2 minutes, it feels very smooth and runs way faster than my old phone. Verizon time and time again impresses me. 100% recommend!

Just had a simple fix with my tempered glass on my iPhone 12 and Dom took care of me with no issues. Always a pleasure working with her, as I have before in the past. Also helped me get my phone paired with my Apple Watch within a matter a minutes and was very knowledgeable of how to take care of the issue. Would definitely recommend Dom again!

EXCELLENT service & attentiveness! The entire staff was equally helpful & pleasant - even entertaining our Daughter in between customers! David was not only very personable & overall a joy to be around, but he went above & beyond in all his duties. He explained everything extremely well, personally brought accessories & the like to us to chose from, wasnt deterred when my old phone didnt swap over certain things ( ex. Websites I had pulled up on my chrome app, etc. ), instead, he took screenshots for me, as time consuming as that was & went in the back more than necessary to double check on particular things like the colors available of my new phone. He was quick but incredibly efficient, overly patient & made the process much more enjoyable than at any other carrier weve been to ( which is all major carriers ). I went to this store after looking at the positive reviews and having been very satisfied with the service in the past. Went in on a Sunday to see what kind of deals we’re available. Was told I, my daughter and my husband would receive $440.00 off both iPhones and $300.00 of his android as long as we were back by the following Saturday. An appointment was made for Thursday, I had my screen fixed to the tune of $85.00 as was required by the service rep to take my trade in my daughter drove an hour to get her new phone with case and screen protector in hand and when we sat down to start the transfer the manger Jason, whom we bought all of our phones from in the past, said that “deal” was no longer available. When we respectfully expressed both our dismay and our disappointment in the situation he told us to leave. No apology, no reaching out to the company, no making it right. There are deals all over the television about trading in iPhones to Verizon and yet when we acted in good faith we were treated absolutely horribly and then summarily dismissed. No responsibility taken, no attempt to fix the problem. I recommend avoiding this store at all costs. He kept repeating I’m out money on this too. We set aside time and money not to mention fixing a phone for no good reason except at his instruction and then were told to get out because we weren’t helping his profit margins.
It was a classic Monday, I was so disappointed at the way a near by phone store handled (or not) my phone issue especially since they were the ones who sold it to me! Whatever happened to customer service! I was encouraged by my husband to go to Verizon to see if something else could be done and. not only did this great sales associate named Dave fix what the other phone store who sold me the phone could not, he was a awesome person and not a pushy sales person!I I decided to cancel my service with the other phone store and purchased one from Verizon, my phone was not the most expensive one but I left the Verizon phone store feeling like I mattered! Thans Dave, thank you Verizon!

I popped in and spoke to Jason, who immediately helped me choose a phone that would meet my needs without breaking the budget. He was extremely helpful and efficiently transferred my data to the new phone and shortly I was on my way, connectivity ensured. I highly recommend Verizon, which excels in customer service!
I had a wonderful experience working with Jason at the Edgewood Verizon. My existing phone completely shut down and I was able to make a same day appointment and get a replacement set up within the hour. All three of the staff members that were there were working diligently to keep the store clean and respect social distancing with their customers - I was the only customer in the store during my visit. Very impressed with the level of service and knowledge at this store - best experience Ive had with Verizon to date!
