I needed a battery change for a Movado watch. They dont do the service there so needs to be sent out. No biggie. I also brought a ring that was purchased from jewelers row. And wanted to sell. But buy another piece instead. I had my papers with. Ring is appraised at 5200. They said i would be lucky if i got 500. What an insult! My ring was bigger and had more diamonds then the one my son brought from tgem for 2200. Never going back

I have come to this location 2x and each time they were not helpful. They send out this advertisement flyer saying we buy gold,silver etc. But as soon as you get there they dont take the time to look at your items carefully the pick thru your stuff and then say ILL give you $20 no sir you will not. I figured to give them the second chance and they failed at that attempt as well! 🤔🤔

Recently visited a Pandora in Las Vegas and unfortunately upon coming home realized my bracelet was just too big.
