I had some questions about my laptop, Jared paeth went above and beyond explained everything and even showed me what I needed to do on my laptop. Didnt charge me a dollar this man deserves a raise, I would recommend him for any computer questions/problems you have.
When checking out I was trying to buy a MASSIVE floor mat($65+) for an office chair and the cashier at the service desk REFUSED to help me unless I went through the entire line baracade. So alone I carried a 35lbs+ mat through a unnecessary line baracade all so that I would be forced to use the out door rather than simply going out the in door.
They are amazing. The staff will really do what they can to help. I had some charity posters to print and had a wonderful time with Gary, I even found out he can sing lol. And as I was checking out to leave Tony started a conversation more then just hello how was your visit today. I really felt very welcomed there.

Jason in computer tech was excellent. My vista laptop had been infected with a serious virus and all I wanted back was my pictures and music. Jason called me the next day and offered a couple different options and price points. I choose one and he saved my photos and music while offering great advice on how to avoid the same issues with my current laptop. Thanks again, great experience.
The print center staff here was absolutely phenomenal. I called in advance to see if I could get some business cards printed in a few hours before leaving for a conference, and Tony was extremely helpful! He asked my name, looked for it when my cards came in to make sure he received them online, and got everything done in under 2 hours. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend the print department here to others!
Returned a computer we bought. The tech and manager did everything they could to make us happy despite being really busy. Ill not shop a different staples in lansing. Awesomely happy!
The customer service here in the printing department was awful. I had went here to have my seating chart printed for my wedding, I was advised this would be a very quick process and could pick it up in a couple days. I went in on a Monday and we decided to pick it up on Wednesday. The next day I received a phone call and they advised me they ran out of the laminate to complete the poster but a shipment would come in and theyd have it done by the end of the week. Since my wedding was coming up on Saturday I was very nervous about it not being completed in time. I called them back on Thursday and asked if they had any updates for me as I wanted to be able to pick it up the following day. I was advised the shipment still was not in and that they would have it done by Friday evening.I ended up then calling a different Staples to see if they could complete the poster instead, they called the original store to ask if they could send over the file they received from us however they claimed they did not have anything under our names at the store. Finally we ended up just having it printed at a different Staples.When I called on Friday to the original store and advised them to cancel our original request I was advised they had my poster there and it had been completed for two days. He said they were just waiting for me to come pick it up. When I asked the employee I spoke with why I had been advised the previous day that it had not been done and wouldnt be until Friday evening he just said he had no idea because he wasnt working the previous day. I did not receive an apology or anything.I advise everyone to avoid using this Staples for any printing needs!
Jared helped me buy a printer i didnt even know i needed. i was going in there just to buy a cheapo printer and he convinced me to buy one of the more expensive name brand ones with the 4 year protection plan. i am so happy that i did because this printer is amazing and now i have no worries about it breaking (because i print ALOT). he has really helped me start my new business . thanks for the full staple experience jared !

Im inclined to agree with other rankings. I called this store, to check if they had the Nexus 7 in stock. The number immediately directed me to an automated system. I selected to option for speaking to an associate, and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes. Thats understandable enough, if there were a bunch of customers. (It was right around lunch time). However, when the phone was finally picked up, it was set right back down. No hello. No assistance. I could clearly hear the phone being picked up, then hung up. I... Im honestly left speechless at the rudeness of this.
I would have given a lower rating if it was possible. They are ignorant of what their own equipment does. They do not listen to customers. They have a whopping 1 self serve copier to boot. Save gas money and go Anywhere! else!

If your order is guaranteed by a certain time, expect them to not have it done until the next day. The staff is entirely unhelpful. If its time for their lunch break, dont expect that theyll help you at all.I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Ive never walked into a store to complete an exchange, not a return, with the intent of buying more product and have the store manager decline such. I had the original receipt, product in perfect condition un touched in original wrapper from Staples themselves, my credit card purchased on, etc. I was told that this particular product, which I had purchased multiple times had already been returned. I could only laugh: if it had already been returned, how would I have it still in my hand with my original receipt and same credit card on file with me??(HELLO, it is the same SKU for every same product in the store. So, if you return a few and keep all the others purchased then some have been returned, not all. There is no way to tell someone that they then had specifically returned any specific one back or not, WTH?)The one cashier couldnt even be allowed to do an exchange, the other clerk insinuated that I could have stolen the product and walked back in with such and the store manager is the one that wouldnt approve even the exchange at this branch.My gosh, dont raise your voice and still there is no customer service at any place around or businesses even willing to follow their own policy, clearly annotated on the back of their own receipt.
I really get annoyed when I try to patronize brick and mortar stores, then find out they no longer stock what I need. They had neither product I went to buy. The answer I always get: You can buy it online at our site.Soon, the stores will be closed, employees laid off and we will buy stuff from distribution warehouses in other States.

Worst customer service ever. I went in to pring one copy of a document. She programmed it, then went on to help 4 other customers before going to grab my one copy then ringing me up. I spent 20min waiting for a $0.15 copy. The managers were more concerned with customers who had just walked up rather than helping the ones that had been standing there forever. Shame on your Mellissa.
They replaced their 3 self serve machines with one broken one. So there is no self serve anymore.

Called for a quote, waited a long period of time on hold, employee that finally answered was rude, short and apparently provided the wrong price point. I received a quote the next day, after I was told it was be processed within 4 hours of being received, that was more than double! Sadly disappointed with the service I received and will be utilizing a different print facility.
