We recently purchased a mid century modern home with an amazingly preserved original wood garage door. A-1 went out of their way to refurbish and make sure that it worked like new. Their pricing was affordable and their warranty is outstanding. A year later I had an unrelated issue and they stood by their lifetime guarantee. I cannot recommend enough. It was amazing. Tim showed up for a small job and just saw things wrong. It was 100° and super hot, but he press through for hours. I have used this company two times before and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this company because it’s honest value and great customer service.

Came early in their time window. Craig was knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. He worked quickly and everything was top qualityI was impressed and would choose A1 Garage for all of my garage door needs.

Tim did a great good. Good service but I think it was little over price. I told Tim that I could have brought a new door at lowes or home depot for 800 and it comes with the installation kits. The service costed me $1077.00 But it is what it is. I dont know how much the springs, brackets, and cable costs but I guess was all in labor.

Have used for both repair to older garage door/opener and replacement. Prices are very reasonable, service is great and hardware installed is excellent. Service personnel are polite and efficient. Will contact for future needs and recommend to others.

I had my garage door opener break and I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out they called me back the next day and informed me they could come sooner which was amazing! They sent out the technician Craig and he was amazing, was seriously so friendly and personable and installed my new opener in such a timely manner I highly recommend!!!

The spring broke on our garage door. Called A1, after having them install our garage door opener last year. Amazingly fast service. Less than 3 hours after calling, our garage door is repaired. Cole was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. A great experience and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend their services!

Appreciated the quick service, and the tech was competent. They overcharge for service. I have a single spring door and he wanted to install two. We are selling soon so he agreed to put one spring in. I cannot believe it cost over $600 to replace a single spring in a residential garage door. I had no choice because the door wouldnt open and we needed to get cars out. Based on that I am very hesitant to recommend them.

My technician Lou was amazing! Lou made the experience as smooth as possible. I was getting a set of springs and roller replaced. A1 has a great 5 year warranty on the set I purchased and all was installed within 45 minutes. With the great pricing and excellent customer service I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Craig came out today to give me an estimate on a garage door replacement. He was able to do a temporary fix in the meantime to stabilize and support my current damaged garage door panel, as it was on verge of giving out. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and most importantly, he did not pressure me into buying anything right away or try to sell me anything unnecessary.

People were friendly. I told them over the phone I needed my garage door torsion spring and cables adjusted and was told it was not a problem. Their technician showed up at my house and refused to adjust them stating they do not adjust doors they did not install. Someone lied to me and I was stuck with a visit charge and they did not even fix what I called them out to fix

Excellent service throughout the process - making the appointment, staying in touch letting us know when the technician was coming! The technician came to the door with a huge smile. Had new opener installed. Never did work like I thought it should. They came out 2 more times. Office said since it was past the 30 day labor warranty I maybe would have to pay for their labor plus a 25 dollar trip charge. In fairness to them I paid neither.I still am not satisfied with the product. Next time I will use Overhead Door.

I called A1 and they came out within an hour and replaced my outdated, broken garage door opener with a new one.Lou was fabulous! Craig was top tier in his knowledge and customer service. He replaced my broken horizontal torsion spring quickly and pointed out other issues.

Over priced by a couple hundred dollars but was in a bind and had to have it fixed. Service man was good at his job.

I had A1 come service an old keypad on our garage door that was not working. On his inspection he noticed dents on the track and gaps in the weather strip at the bottom of door. He fixed those for us as well. Very reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be using them in the future and refer them to family and friends

I paid $1100 for a spring repair. I was only given one option. I was emailed a sketchy looking receipt. The technician requested cash. Silly me, I paid cash. I have tried to contact the company and was hung up on.

Lou installed a new garage door opening system today. As on a previous visit by him a few years ago to do the same on another door I was very happy with his work. The staff who came to replace the garage door was nice. The staff in the office also was nice. Although my friends told me the cost is higher than other stores but I kind of like the quality of the service.

Lou M did a tune up on my garage doors a month ago. We were considering replacing the motors on our old garage. I followed up and Lou replaced the motors on our garage. For just over $1000 and a couple of hours we got 2 new garage motors that work great. In addition Lou was a classy gentleman who represented A1 in perfect fashion. Thanks A1!

Arrived on time. Friendly service, excellent job, door was repaired quickly!

Brandon was courteous and professional, however, 1st it was a broken pin and spring $672, then I needed 2 plates $80, then another part $128, then one more. The total to fix it was close to $980 when my quote was $672 and it took about 7 hours. Last year I had new cables put on and a new garage door opener, they used old 20 plus year old original fasteners which were bent damaged and rusty to put on the new cables, which couldnt have been safe. Disappointed
