I was looking to replace my two garage doors and openers. Scott came by for the estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable during the visit and he answered all of my questions. He suggested that we go with the foam-insulated doors to help retain heat for our two bedrooms directly above the garage. I was not sure I wanted to spend the extra money so he sent me quotes for two different options the next morning. We ultimately decided to go with the polyurethane (foam) insulation as it wasnt much more expensive than the other option. Everything I purchased was actually ready a week after I placed my order. Scott and Brad completed the replacement/installation in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up before they left. We are extremely satisfied with our new doors and our experience with Ingstrup!!!

Replaced my garage door spring almost a year ago now and still zero issues with it. Great customer service and prices. It took about 7 weeks and a couple calls to get me my invoice for the job, which was a little odd, but other than that they did an awesome job.

Got 2 quotes for a new garage door. First place only offered 1 color (white) which would not match our house. Ingstrup came out, comparable door was about $400 less than the first place and they offered a variety of colors to match our house. Super easy to deal with. The installation of my garage door opener was perfect. I was told they would be to my home between 11am - 1pm. They were there at 11:45. I would call that punctual which I appreciate. Chuck & Keegan were my installers and they introduced themselves and explained in detail on the work they were about to do and quickly got started. It was about 1 hour for them to build, install, and thoroughly go over the features and safety components of the opener. WOW!!! it was obvious that this company was the one to choose. during the initial inspection of my garage door, they installed a piece of steel to make it safe to open the garage door until I made my decision. Once i reached out to them for installation, they were at my door within hours and were amazing, they installed my door, provided instructions on how to take proper care and even swept up afterwards.I would recommend them as they went above and beyond at every interaction and were so polite and thoughtful.thanks again!

I called Ingstrup this morning after a cable on our garage door broke late yesterday and scheduled an appointment as early as I could leave work. Their service man arrived early, finished the repair more quickly and at a lower cost than I expected. The door is balanced perfectly and I know that well call them the next time our garage door needs repair.

Chuck was on time and did a great job. Upon arrival he confirmed the issues and my expectations and explained what he would be doing. Upon completion, he demonstrated what had been done and made sure he addressed any questions and concerns.I called around 9:30 am and had a working garage door by 4:30 pm the same day! We called Ingstrup on a Saturday morning when the spring on our garage door broke and our cars were stuck inside. They were not only a company who answered their phone on a Saturday morning, but they were able send someone out within 2 to 4 hours. Bill was here was within 2 hours and quickly replaced both springs, only one had broke, but to be safe we replaced both. Highly recommend this company did a great job! Would definitely use them again!

This company is nothing but money grabbing! We were trying to get quotes for our garage door, and because we went with another company they are trying to charge us $95.00 because they didnt get our message about canceling the appointment to come to give us a quote. I am in the process of contacting legal council, to confirm that this is legal. DONT call them unless you are sure you want their services, because if you call, you will be charged!!!!!! They are the WORSE!! wouldnt recommend them to anyone for ANYTHING!!!

Installation went good works well.only problem is it leaks water from one end to the other.Not something you would expect.I contacted owner about said problemand they changed the door seal on the bottom.next rain same problem. I text a pic to Eric, he called me.I explained my dissatisfaction about the leak and asked what can be done to solve the problem.His response was, (Nothing) and hung up on me.Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this man or his business.
