Nice family run business. I called at 9:00am and Jacob was at my house and halfway done with the job before lunchtime. He was friendly and professional. He assessed my situation and gave me different options to consider. The lifetime warranty on parts and labor just made sense so not only did we have the broken springs repaired, we also elected to do the full replacement of all moving parts. (Springs, cables, rollers, etc). I will be recommending them to friends and family for future service. Thank you Accent Garage Door!

Accent replaced my old door with a brand new insulated door, and were able to do it quickly. Other companies couldnt get a new door for another 4 months. Install looks very nice and was expertly installed.

Brandon is top notch! I called late and he had me send him photos of my garage door so he knew what he was dealing with and prepared for his visit. He fit me into his schedule 2 days later. Prompt, friendly, and professional. Had me up and running quickly and I even asked him to make sure his card was left at the opener because I would definitely call again.

Brandon was an amazing technician. He got both of our garage doors working again by replacing the units and rebuilding the doors. He knew exactly what was wrong with them after a few minutes and remained professional when explaining the problems and possible solutions. The cost came out to be just what he said at the beginning. It was a Saturday and he did 6 hours of work in about 5, and was nothing but nice the whole time. I also had just called that morning, so they were very quick to come out and take a look. Brandon was honest and had lots of experience. I don’t anticipate needing to call any time soon, but if I do I will surely call Accent Garage. They also have a warranty to cover parts and labor if I do have problems, so I can have peace of mind. Glad I called.

Excellent experience with Accent Garage door!I originally had a box store install equipment. Huge mistake. Box stores dont know or care what they do to your house.Communication was great. Good explanation of what needed to be done and what could wait. The work was completed on time. No messing around, got the job done efficiently. I highly recommend. Theyre professionals!

So very satisfied with their prompt service and friendliness. I called for a free quote on Tuesday, they scheduled for Thursday. I was looking to have my existing doors and openers replaced, as one was broken and all was ancient. Stroke of scheduling luck, I was able to have my two openers and doors installed the following Monday. I did not feel any pressure from any of the employees I spoke with. Brandon was great at explaining options to me and I felt very comfortable with the decision I made. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs garage door service.

Our garage door spring broke last night and this morning we called to see how long an appointment will take (the place that installed our garage door said Monday earliest - which in this cold is a bit tough to wait a weekend). We called around 8 a.m. and they came out around noon - which was in the expected timeframe of 11am-3pm. Jacob was very friendly and explained everything well when had questions for him and even taught some tips to maintain. He estimated install time to be about 1 hour which indeed was the timeframe he finished - he actually finished before the hour estimate, but with clean up and payment it was around 1 hour. Great service and pleasant experience. Definitely will recommend and call if issues! Thank you for your great and fast service!

Garage door torsion springs decided to break in one of the coldest evenings of the year. Called accent garage door. Prompt response and came within half an hour. Made recommendations to our garage doors and basically did a rebuilt in one night in the dead of winter. Backed by their lifetime warranty, I am rest assured that my garage door is now safe for my family. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had accent garage door replace the spring on my door today. I called Sunday (yesterday) and they had a real person answer the phone. He was knowledgeable about the issue I had and seemed to be experienced in the repair so I went with him and scheduled the repair. He phone quotes 499 for the repair and charged 425 plus tax. He also found a badly worn part that I wasn’t aware of and saved me a service call later. I had him inspect my other door and he very honestly told me it seemed ok. Accent garage door has earned my business and I am confident after my experience that they will earn yours too. I’m a small business owner and understand how important honest reviews are. The quality of work that I see and the honest pricing has made me a happy customer.

Once this company get your money they are done with you, they do not honor your warrany and get mad even after I agreed to pay the $120 then he added that it might cost more. He did not even look at the door.This company install my door a few years ago. I just called them out today and the guy accused me of lying that it just happen to stop working. He said that he cannot believe that I have that much stuff in my garage that something must have been in the way of the door. I told him that if anything is in the way of the door it will not close but go back up. He also told me that it would not be covered by the warranty. I agreed to the $120 price, then he stated that it could be more. He did not try to inspect the door, but the fact that he called me a lie I called the company an requested that before insulting me and saying he will be back out after I move my things. Which is ok, but the angry attitude and accusing me of lying makes me never want to deal with this company warrany or not. Bad customer service. I will try and call another company. The man that answered the phone when I called to request a different service person, could not speak for laughing at me. What an idiot. I called discount doors and they repaired my door without any parts. Just put my door back on track. Discount door did not get angry, but was very polite, cheaper too. They was in and out in 10 minutes. Accent door have no good service unless they taken your money! I refused to talk to you idiots again. You nor your people moved anything at my house. If you knew what you was talking about. All I needed was to put my garage back on track. Your person did not stay at my house 2 minutes before he got mad and started aurging with me about why it is off the track. Yall are unprofessional idiots. I called Discount door who came and repaired my door in less than 10 minutes. Maybe you only treat a Black woman like you did me. I was called a liar, No one moved any thing for me, as a matter of fact the tech left because I had a small tool box near the door, said he would back the next day. If you had read my review, you would know that it should have been a warrany fixed not an install. Get your fact straight.

Needed a repair on my garage opener. They were able to set a appointment the next morning. Turned out my opener was to old to repair and needed to be replaced. Of course I expected that they would at least need to return. To my surprise the repair technician had a fully stocked truck and I had a new opener within a couple of hours. Our door broke a spring and we couldnt get our cars out of the garage. This at 6:30 on a weeknight. I googled for a repair service and these folks offered after hour emergency service so I gave them a call. Snowy, slick roads and all, they were there in an hour, replaced the spring so we could lift the door and came back the next day to finish up. Nice guys, prompt, did good work, I recommend them!

No good. My garage came off track and needed to be balanced and re-tensioned properly. The repairman told me I would need an all new system and quoted me over $600 which was false because it was not broken, I believe he did not know how to fix it so told me this. He also charged me for replacing hinges which I did not ask for. Found another company in town to fix it for $90 in less than an hour.

I had an excellent experience with Accent Garage Door. Joshua responded quickly to a search I did with Angies List (they had excellent reviews there, too). I explained what I needed (spring broke on one of my doors). He was able to come out the next day. He showed up when he said he would, calling about 10 minutes before he arrived. He got right to work, inspected everything, made a few recommendations, and finished the job (replacing the springs on all three doors of my 30 year old doors at my request). It took about 90 minutes, and everything was done exactly as I hoped. Outstanding experience. Highly recommend.

I manage rental properties and have used Accent Door many times...excellent/quick service.

Not a good experience. Our garage door was off on either side by a couple inches. It was not like that when the technician started working on the door. We believe it was not tensioned properly. The repairman also told us that we should probably replace our opener as well as it was old and needed the chain tension fixed and that it probably didn’t have a way to do that. He quoted us 399.00 installed for a new one. Well it did have a way to fix the tension and the opener works better than ever. I would definitely look elsewhere for garage door repairs.

THE MOST HORRIBLE company Ive EVER dealt with. They dont care about their customers at all and are EXTREMELY RUDE! Judge for yourself: I had an appointment scheduled 3pm-5pm on Friday. I called at 4:30pm to confirm and was told that technician will come as scheduled. At 5:10pm I called again to check what is going on, was told that their technician is too busy, that they have the right to choose who they WANT (!) to serve, TO STOP WHINING(!) and to call another company (not much choice on Friday evening)! If you you have problems, NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!! BTW their 24/7 Emergency Service advertisement is a complete lie. They simply dont pick up the phone.
