Had just purchased a boat and on my return trip home the trailer tire blew out. Called several others who wouldn’t or couldn’t help me and was referred to E & L from another tow provider. They answered the phone right away and dispatched my call. Driver called me and said he could be there in 15-20 minutes and was right on time. Had my tire changed and me back on the road quickly and cost was very reasonable. Thank you E & L for the great service!

Mike was THE nicest & efficient tow truck driver I’ve ever had the pleasure of riding with. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and took good care of of my little Chevy Spark. I never hope for an accident or breakdown, but if I ever do again I will definitely call Mike at E & L!!

They called an hour before the time to make sure I was going to be there with the car ( HOW NICE FOR THAT CALL!!!). The arriving time was right on time as expected for the noon pick up. The man that I rode with all the way to Bay City was very nice . Holding conversations with me to make the ride smoother . These guys are a great company used them twice for long towing and they also towed my trailer behind the flatbed. Saved me on a holiday weekend while I was heading home to St. Clair County. They will be the only company Ill call when I am out in their neck of the woods.

Great experience! My elderly Father and I broke down mid December around 6pm. Phone dispatcher was pleasant and professional. He had a truck to our location sooner than we expected. The driver that did the tow was a true professional. Will was a super nice guy, had my Dads truck loaded and us in a warm cab within minutes. It was obvious Will knew what he was doing and liked his job. He treated all equipment with care and made the job look easy. He dropped my Dads truck off at his chosen repair shop and even took us a few miles to where my truck was so we werent stranded. Not sure how things could have went better. We will certainly use E&L Towing again. Thank you for providing great customer service, your staff is excellent!

Car went in to a ditch, after midnight. It was not going to be an easy one to get out. Dispatcher is very polite. Response time was great. Technician very skillfully got it out. I was impressed. I felt very taken care of and would highly suggest E&L. I would say this is a company with passion to serve and integrity. Don’t hesitate to us them.

Fast and reliable service.

Was transporting my car down to Florida with a car transporter with the icy snowy roads I wasn’t able to load the car and wasn’t able to get the car back to my drive. I called E&L and they immediately sent a flat bed truck out to help me take it to a safe location. They knew how to hook the tow arm up on the Ferrari which I had no idea and was very careful and conscious of the ground clearance. Then they don’t over charge you for what you drive, the price was very, very reasonable, a lot lower than I expected.

I absolutely appreciate E&L Towing they are always very respectful, courteous, honest, and their service time after you call in is very quick. They are wonderful and have been a lifesaver more than once. They were fast and very helpful! Originally the bill was suppose to be covered by the dealer but Milnes Chev would not cover so E&L told me to try my car insurance.. They even told me about a possible service bulletin on the engine of my car

My vehicle broke down on the road, called for a tow. They were there very fast. Had driver take it to their place to look at it (after service hrs) was able to check it out next morning had it fixed and back in my possession by 3! Reasonable pricing and honest! Will definitely return for auto repairs in future.

I called and needed a tow, they told me 45 min to an hour and they showed up in about 20 min. The guy who towed us was named Phil. He did an excellent job and was very friendly and fast and I really appreciated his help. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a tow!

These guys legit sent my sisters car out without putting her heat shield up for her muffler then said accidents happen okay? Then TO TOP THE ICING they told my sister to take it back in on Monday AGAIN to get it fixed when it was already in there for something they messed up in the first place. Not to mention but my sisters car has also been up there all week. I Personally wouldnt recommend someone like THAT to work on my vehicles.

They are not open on the weekend.Which can be a huge inconvenience for some when they do impounds..and people need things in the vehicle. Or want to get it their car out as fast as possible it avoid additional charges.

I was on the side of road for over 4 hrs dealing with AAA and 3 tow trucks later they sent one but because I am an Expeditions driver with a longer van and had a small load AAA was giving me a hard time and that call used up my 3 free tows. So when I went looking and called E&L not only did they come out with in 30 minutes but took me to a hotel, it was after 2am, but got my van repaired and back to me that same day!! Thank you so very much!!! And Thank You to the tow truck guy for taking me to the hotel and to the 2 guys who brought my van to me at the hotel when ready. You all made me feel like I was a VIP Customer! !

Great People to work with. This is not the first time I have used them. I called to set up a future tow (next day), they scheduled it and took care of it for me. I had called three others in the Flint Area... we dont schedule that far in advance. What!? I should have called E&L first, but I was thinking that it was not in their service area. Broke down along I-69. Was just passing through, so I wasn’t really sure where I was. Roadside assistance dispatched E&L, and everything went wonderfully. Really nice people! While I hope I never need a tow truck in the Lapeer area (or anywhere else) again, if I do, you can bet they’ll be the first ones I call!

My son got our truck and trailer stuck in mud on the side of the I69. I called E&L just before 1am and the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and reassuring and got help on the way without any fuss at all. The truck was at the site in less than 15 minutes and he was safely back on the road shortly after that. I would highly recommend this service as I found them not only professional, prompt, and reasonably priced, but they also seem to be genuinely nice, caring people. As a mother it was a relief knowing my son was in good hands.

Don Was fantastic to work with, kept me informed and had our best interest in mind. He worked hard to find a good used transmission for my sons Mini Cooper and sent two back because they werent as advertised. Once we found the right transmission it was installed quickly and correctly. I would definitely recommend E&L Service to friends and family!

Had the wheel bearings go out on my travel trailer on I-69 east of Dort Highway called E&L within 30 minutes they had a flatbed there to pick it up and delivered to my house in less than an hour great service great company would highly recommend for any of your Towing needs

My 95 Saturn had no reverse, and after replacing the valve body, no change appeared. I took it to Ron to look at it. He loaned me their Aztec so we could get around while the car was at his shop. After a couple of days, Ron told me that in order to fix the car he would have to replace/rebuild the transmission, but since it would cost more than the car was worth he didnt recommend it. You dont find too many auto repair shops that will do what E & L Service did in this case. They are honest and great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Great service, even find the wire harness to the fuel pump that had came apart while he was hooking up the chains to tow, and fixed my problem. Still had to pay the tow fee but was will worth it! Would have been a pain to figured that out! Thanks again!
