Service here was unbelievably good! I didnt ask for his name, but there was just ONE gentetleman running the shop and front desk, and to be honest if most other places had people like him working, things would get done quickly and with honesty. I was only there for 20 minutes (Im sure my situation was an exception) but I witnessed how he handled customers and he didnt lie to them about time availability like many other places Ive been to do. He was super polite and professional. Due to my experience, I would most likely come back here again just because of how well he treated me and other customers. If I could rate this place a 10, I totally would, because after dealing with tire shops and other mechanic shops recently, the customer service alone is miles above the rest.

I had a issue with my car it pulled to the right. I walked in and Tim checked it. I came back 2nd time to get an alignment and I didnt have to do it. He was honest switched my tires and it was fast easy and honest.

I have been wary of muffler man because of the service I had recieved at another location. Someone recommended this location to me and I was very pleasantly surprised.Chris was VERY fast and provided great service. I had a lot of work done here last week and it was done way faster than I ever expected or have ever experienced at other shops.

This place was excellent to work with. The mechanic that worked on my muffler was very kind and helped me get exactly what I needed. They had to have it shipped from another store and it was there and put on in less than an hour and a half. Excellent service and very fast and pleasant to work with.

Owner really honest. Needed exhaust work (very small leak/noise). Offered 2 choices & 2 prices. I really appreciated his honestly, immediate service. Will definitely use his services in the future.

They did a great job with fixing my muffler. But I think they over charged me tbh. My brother in-law fixes all kinds of cars his whole life so he knows what is what & he said I didnt really need a couple things they did to my muffler. I should have looked around a little better & compared first. Other than that everything else was good, fast & friendly.

I wont take my vehicle anywhere else. Tim the owner has always taken good care of our vehicles. My son took his car in on a Saturday that needed ball joints. Tim took his car right in and got it done. Even stayed after hours to get it done even though we told him he didnt have to do that. He is now our family mechanic.Its too bad people giving these bad reviews dont realize they have the wrong Muffler Man.

Went in for an alignment and Tim found a bad tierod end. Repaired it and then aligned it in a timely manner. Provided the replaced part. Couldnt be happier.

Changed my oil, and made sure to call me when they were done. No problems.

Wonderful, honest and very trustworthy people. I have never had a problem with them dealing with my vehicle. They are the best! I will always recommend them and trust them fully!

Again tim Exceeded expectations on our car. He helped out me a army veteran and tries his hardest to make the experience at his repair shop one that is very positive. Kudos to him n his staff. Chad is a very honest and helpful mechanic. The owner of the shop was very nice, gave me better prices then any other place in town. They actually stayed open for me when they were ready to close. Ive nothing but good things to say about these guys, highly recommend them!

If you bring anything other than a family sedan or SUV in than chances are they have no idea how to work on it. Anything you own that’s fast, take it somewhere else.

My young adult daughter came to this Muffler Man because of a small repair that was recommended. The mechanic looked at it and informed her that a repair was not needed. There was no charge. As a dad I’m always scared an auto shop will rip her off. This shop was very honorable! Thank you

Knowledgeable quick and inexpensive

I have brought my vehicles for Muffler Man a number of times for simple things and they have never let me down. Ive had simple welding done, batteries put in and etc and I cannot complain. Appreciate having a good business to support.

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. They failed to tell me that my rack and pinion was starting to leak. And did my inner and putter tie rods with a bad rack and pinion. Never again will I take my vehicle there or recommend anyone to go there. They do not own up to there mistakes and are not giving people like other shops iv been to that have messed up and fixed there mistake.

Very bad experience, I went to get starter checked for my car. Jerry (service man) called back saying he I will have to change my battery and pay $200 or pay $80 for today as he clean my battery ports and tighten wires. Which I know he didn’t do it as I just did it day before.When I went to pick up car, he threatened me and ask me to leave place because I refused to pay $80.00 for the work I did it day before. I couldn’t believe he lied about work he did.He and receptionist refused to give me phone number to call and complain about him.

They would not help me

Left vehicle with them for service. They tried to tack on additional service and charges when it wasnt needed. Tired to sell me a new battery. Glad we didnt bite since ours was under warranty. It states this on the battery but they did not mention this. We took the battery to the place we bought it and all they had to do was charge it and it is now working fine. Will not go back to Muffler Man - DISHONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Worst service ever. I will never go back. The lady behind the counter spent the whole time blabbing to her friend on the phone about how bad the place is too work. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait for an oil change. After over an hour my car was still sitting in the parking. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my time Muffler Man. I will never go back.
