The mechanic who changed the oil on my car was very nice and courteous his name was Ben and he was extremely informative and nice, great experience here.

Amazingly friendly staff. Love the new management. I’m severely immuno compromised and they took every precaution possible. Down to replacing the cabin filter and sanitizing everything at no cost. Had great conversation with the manager while waiting.

The employees were great. Even under stress they operated very well. They seemed to be under a lot of stress due to lack of staff. This is during COVID so people are just unwilling to work. The two guys working there were doing very well. They definitely deserve a raise for their hard work. They were working on three cars and repaired my flat tire that had a nail in it. This was between dealing with 3 other customers... real great guys.

Love coming to this Monro. James is great and very informative. He is kind and patient. He treats me like we have been friends for years. Even the techs in the shop always make sure to thank me for my business. This is why I have been using Monro for about 10 years now. Never had a problem. Keep up the great work and professionalism.

Went there to get a new tire today to replace a flat. There are only 2 people working at the establishment, Ben and Kasper. These two got me in and fixed me up real fast on top of working on other vehicles at the moment. Awesome that only two people operating EVERYTHING in there could get as much work done as they do as well as being great to their customers. These two need a raise and a bonus!!

Excellent service here at Monro Auto Service in Lebanon Pa. Charged by James and his work group, I arrived for an oil and filter change and check one of the tires that had a problem, with their great service, patience and kindness they completed their work and much more letting me know about the process. In addition to that, he gives you advice and recommendations for any altercation. In the end, everything went well, I loved his dedication to his work. 100% recommended. Thanks for everythin.

If you are trying to decide on a place to get your car serviced this is the place to go. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! They knew everything that was wrong with my car and they were very honest about it. My car is running a lot better now! They were very quick to get me in and out! Great place to go!

I’ve never met a mechanic as hands on and informative as James. He makes sure you’re good, doesn’t bs you and let’s you know what he’s doing every step of the way. He will take care of you like no other. I’ve come here a handful of times and I’ll tell you, He’s earned me as a faithful customer. He does does a great job and I always leave happy knowing my car was in good hands.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The manager along with the rest of the crew is amazing as well!! Poor and dishonest service. Quoted over $1000 to replace rear calipers. I wanted to negotiate a lower price by purchasing new calipers from the Autozone down the street. The manager refused to install them because he prefers to sell and use his parts to boost his profits. So, I question why the labor charge equals that of the toyota dealership down the street. He gets visibly angry by contorting his face and changing his tone as if to intimidate me. I decide to tow my vehicle and get the service completed down the street at the Toyota dealership for less than $400. This manager with the advice of his ASE master mechanic tried to overcharge me. I think the owner should find a change in management. The manager at the time is not fit for he his unprofessional and needs anger management.

First time coming here for service. Im the type who goes straight to the dealerships to make sure everythings right. But I now believe this place will be my go to. Jame’s the manager is very up front about everything and stands behind his word. Over a 3 hour job done for me before my appointment. Absolutely amazing guys in here. Got to meet James, the manager of this location, today as he is filling in at the lancaster location. Dude looks and sounds like an older Robert Downey Jr. which is insane. Very clear and honest about work that needed done (I was able to see him interact with several customers while I was waiting). Impressive customer service paired with Monroes affordable pricing model made this a great experience!

Do not patronize this place. I drove twenty minutes from my home on a Saturday to a scheduled appointment for an oil change only to be told that their online scheduler is broken and they are booked until Tuesday. The mechanic and receptionist were both unapologetic and completely indifferent to the fact that their software is faulty and they had inconvenienced me. The mechanic told me he had put in a request email to change my appointment time since the time the system had allowed me to book was taken, but I checked my email on location and had not received this alleged email. When confronted with this fact, he shrugged his shoulders, as if to say, Oh well. Nasty attitudes all around towards a potential client.

This place is by far the BEST place I ever took my car to. They took great care of me and my car. The employees are the best I have ever met. They know what they are doing and their personalities are top notch the best. They will forever have my business. I will never go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about how great this place is. The manager, James, is exceptional. I came in hoping I had a simple fix, and well, it wasnt. However, James explained everything very well, in simple terms, so someone with my level of car knowledge (ahem, zero) could understand. (I vetted his diagnosis and explanation with my gear head friends, and they confirmed without hesitation. So seven more extra stars for honesty and integrity.) He was also concerned about my safety and helped me get a rental car rather than have me take a potentially hazardous car back out on the road.Ive had my car back for a week, and its running perfect. I gave up on Monro in lebtown 2 years ago it was terrible Ive never been denied for service so much were booked or we dont have your oil filter. I went back today because my service center was closed. IT WENT GREAT! For once. James was great everything youd want in a manager and there tech made eye contact and seemed genuine when he talk to me . I know Im rambling but I had the worst experience there before lol. Had some unexpected issues and I brought in my ram 3500 because i received good service a year prior. This year was no different. I took my truck in and they were able to get me running and back on the road in no time and at fairly affordable prices. I highly recommend and I want to personally thank James and Mike ( I believe those names are correct) for a quick and professional job.

James and the crew did an exceptional and conscientious job in replacing the back rotors & pads including a brake fluid check, bleed and the needed replacement. I went to Monro Shop #140 in Lebanon, PA today for an oil change and I received not only that, but so much more! James Tuccio was an absolutely outstanding wealth of knowledge. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail about how to fix each thing that could go wrong with my car. He would explain it until I completely understood it! He was so extremely helpful and I would recommend that anyone in the area go to this store! His store has the best customer service of any business I have ever been in! I highly recommend his store!!!

Went in to get 4 tires installed. Asked them to check my front brakes due to having issues with them. They flushed my system and determined my ABS was the issue. They explained me what was going on and said if I have any issues to bring it back. Next day found one of my tires was flat. Turns out I had a hole in the side wall. Brought back to them and they determined it was their fault and they made it right. Won’t go anywhere else.

Quick service if you need the basics. James is exceptional and represented the embodiment of customer service and satisfaction. He is always fair and wont charge you money if the problem needs tended to by a brand-specific specialist elsewhere. I feel like hes probably lost revenue on several occasions due to how much he wants each and every customer to have a good experience. We have been return customers for years and will continue to be as long as he runs the shop. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment online. Got an email that the time I signed up for wasn’t available. Called them and rescheduled for later in the day. Today, had a scheduled 11am oil change. We just picked up the car, at 5pm. 6 hours, for a simple oil change. The real frustrating part was they never called us to tell us they were running behind. We called them several times and got various excuses. Needless to say, I will never return here. When we picked up the car, they never even apologized or offered a discounted rate. Terrible customer service.

(2nd review: July 2020)I took my 2009 Nissan Rogue into Monro earlier this week with my priorities set on passing state inspection for this year. However, over the past 7 months or so, 2 or 3 different garages/ mechanics had compiled a list of, issues, they had found with my car that, had to be replaced... After expressing my concerns to James at Monro here in Lebanon, he had each issue looked over, called me back and explained to me, in-depth, what issues he noticed, what he thought about the repairs the other garages had recommended and told me I passed inspection again this year. Overall, not only did I pick up my car that evening being relieved at the balance owed, but happy that someone took the time to look over any concerns I initially had and then go the extra mile as to explain each detail-- I definitely learned a thing or two and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for hard workers whom respect their customers-- not take advantage of them. Thanks again, James!(1st review: 2019)I checked my oil yesterday and noticed it was black sludge... I desperately needed an oil change and was about to leave for a trip in two hours. I called Monro here in Lebanon, as I’ve used there services many times over the years and got extremely lucky— they told me they were totally booked except for one opening if I brought my car in right away. I got there quickly and within half an hour, they changed my oil and got me on my way! Huge relief. The manager there is very polite and the team works quickly and efficiently. You can tell they definitely have their customers best interest. I highly recommend their store if you’re looking for a fair price and excellent work.

I have taken my car there a few times and never had any issues. Today I took my car to Monro for an oil change. The technician working on my car somehow pulled the threading out of the drip pan with the drain plug. The manager told me it the plug was re-threaded and that was what was on the drain plug. Come to find out what from the technician who was doing the oil change that when she took the plug out she pulled the threading out. The manager lied to me. Then I was told they could get a new oil pan there today the cost of the oil pan was $241 and they wanted to charge me $311 for labor. All this for their screw up.I had someone come meet me with a trailer and took my car. Auto Zone had an oil pan for $79.99.Why should I have had to pay all that money for their mistake.I really liked Monroe but I will not be back!

I took my car in for an oil change in November. They rotated my tires and checked my brakes. Said I had 3 on my front brakes 4 on my back. Took it to my mechanic that Saturday and before he even took the tire off he showed me I had no brakes left it was even damaging my rotor. Not to mention the new manager was complaining about training a guy and answering the phone when customers called. Not the same since ed left

Went in for an oil change as a first time customer and they had me in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly but not too chatty and they did a “courtesy inspection” and let me know my tires are wearing differently. Easy and professional experience, will definitely be back!

Had my right rear caliper seize again less than two years after I had replaced at a different Monro. James got me in on a moments notice when they were already booked up and was able to get the job done. James went to bat with his superiors to get me a new caliper at no cost, since the caliper failed well before it should have. He keeps to his word when he states that he is going to give you the best deal he can! They did a great job and I will for sure be back if I have any future car problems.

Without question, Monro Muffler Brake & Services in Lebanon provides the best auto service Ive ever encountered. Ed, the store manager, is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and always welcomes me with a smile. I discovered the shop by accident when my oil light came on my older BMW and I pulled into the Monro lot. Ed told me it was a minor issue, the car was fixed and I was on my way. Ive been a loyal customer ever since. The prices are fair and Ed always explains what needs to be fixed/replaced - and what doesnt. As a woman, I really appreciate this, and I know I service I receive is what the car needs and nothing else. If your mechanic doesnt make you feel this comfortable and respected, go see Ed at Monro on W. Cumberland Street, Lebanon.

This is the best location in my opinon for service the customer service is amazing and i noticed the change once new managment took over! James is doing a wonderful job. I take my car nowhere else but here for all my needs. I never had an issue or complaint. This is the way car service should be!
