Walked in to purchase a vehicle. Sat down to start paperwork and was informed if I didnt have a trade or finance with them, they couldnt sell me the car. This was not disclosed in the 3 or 4 conversations I had last week ABOUT said vehicle. They actually said they would rather watch me walk out the door than take my money. So, they watched me walk out the door.
Low balled me on my trade got them up a little then looked at a few trucks.Ran my credit to many times and the sales man told me the Manger was working on the deal for me and I’d hear something my 10 the next day. At 2 the next day I got ahold of him to find out what was going on and was told the General manger would be in the next day and work on it and again I’d hear around 10 waited until 11:30 didn’t hear anything got ahold of the sales man to find out he was off and he said to call the general manager he was working on it so I called him and he didn’t even know who I was had to look me up finally I just said never mind thanks. The place is nice enough when you get there but needs way better communication with there customers. I wouldn’t recommend any one I know to go here
Stopped to look at Dodge Rams in the lot. Salesman came out and after a little small talk where I told him I was looking at new Ram 1500s, he tells me that all new inventory is going for $5,000 over MSRP sticker price. Not today theyre not.. goodbye.
On August 7 2020, I had the pleasure of buying a vehicle here. These guys absolutely set the standard for customer service! Their inventory is AMAZINGLY clean and if they don’t have what you are looking for, THEY WILL GET IT! I couldn’t believe the amount of work they put in for me. At the end of the day I knew I was getting the BEST possible price for my trade-in vehicle and got a killer deal on my new truck! I highly recommend this dealership! No Express Lane for oil changes or the like. Very unfortunate, Im in the area visiting, no appointments available for about 30 days. I wouldnt suggest buying FCA Prepaid Oil change package here! That said, the lady at the cashier counter was friendly and the place appeared clean which is always a plus.

My husband and I had the pleasure of perchasing our new VW Jetta R-Line from this wonderful dealership. Our salesperson James was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, supportive, and honest. He was more of an advocate for our car buying needs then a typical car salesmen. The GM Chris was super friendly, and enthusiastically supportive. The entire experience was shocking pleasent. Walked into the showroom and was greeted by sales rep James C.. I was asked what he could help me with. Told him interested in a certain vehicle with a trade-in. Got to take the vehicle for a test ride and while gone my vehicle was evaluated. I got back from the test tide and he had already had a variety of numbers to work with. There was absolutely a no pressure sales pitch to make a deal. Got a very fair trade in value and the Key people searched and got me the best rates for financing. When it came time to do the final finance/warranty with Alex it was super easy. No sales pitch to buy extra/pointless extras. In the end I was driving out with my new 2020 RAM Rebel. Super Psyched.

Dealer had my vehicle for 4 months. Only called me twice with updates. I had to call multiple times, leave messages and contact the GM for a response. They did provide a loaner (that was provided after a month). Very poor customer service and they will try to push every cost on you that they can. Got the truck back with more issues than it had when it went in.Since my original review the vehicle has gone to a new dealership. The new dealership found a recall that I had specifically asked about at key and Key said it was not found. Key refused to address the oil issues that developed while at there dealership that were directly related to their work.

We came preapproved and Key Auto was able to get a better APR through a different lender which made our monthly payment lower. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X from the dealership in August of 2019. Today I was at my local tire shop getting winter tires put on and a state inspection done. My 13 month old 12k Jeep failed state inspection because of rusted rotors in the rear. I call key Jeep and I am told that there is nothing they can do because of a lack of use (Covid related). So I am paying out of pocket to replace breaks on a 1 year old $60k Jeep. This will be my last purchase from Key and Jeep.Response to below: You told me when I called that you have attempted to send these claims before and they were all denied. Are you implying there is a chance of coverage once you see these rotors?Also, significantly driving less since covid ??? I have 12k miles on a card I bought new 13 months ago. Seems like a normal amount of driving to me... no?
I have worked in a dealership for many years and my wife is currently a finance manager of a dealership. Very recently friends of ours leased a Jeep here. They leased it for 12K miles a year and at 12K miles and 13 Months of ownership they are told the OEM Brakes need to replaced due to excess corrosion and Jeep says this is happening due to vehicles sitting during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We all know brakes are considered consumables and are not technically covered under warranty, however this is a very sad excuse as they are hitting the normal mileage of 12K in one year. Sometimes its not about the fine print but doing whats right by the customer. At this point they will have to consider a yearly brake job and if thats the new acceptable cost of a lease/ownership of a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Product then count me out. Beware the cost of ownership of these products may be above what you agreed to at the time of delivery. I really hope this dealership make this right for them.

Great service! I had an issue with a wheel bearing on a Friday night. Called Saturday morning and the service department is closed on Saturday. Luckily the service manager Heidi was there and a few techs. I explained my issue and she told me to bring it down and they would take a look at it. She was very pleasant and very helpful. The truck was not in great shape to drive so she gave me a nice loaner vehicle to drive for the next couple of days. Definitely way better than Miller Auto ever was! Thanks again Heidi.
Excellent customer service! I was coming from about 3 hours away, they had everything ready and my Jeep pulled around to test drive. Everything went smoothly and everyone we met was very friendly and we didn’t feel pressured at all. They were happy to answer any questions we had and really helped us to understand our options. I LOVE my new Jeep! They’re great!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They don’t know what they are talking about. Told me I needed a strong co signer and at least $2000 down for them to be able to work with me. Went down to carmax in Manchester NH that night and drove away a 2016 Honda CR-V with only 29000 miles on it. Want a car it is worth the trip don’t go to these scam artists they just want your money and don’t actually want to work with you.
I leased a Grand Cherokee in mid-March, with a trade-in. They were friendly, and the deal went smoothly enough. Fast forward one month later and I have had to sign the lease paperwork 3x now, they have yet to pay off my trade in (so I am continuing to pay), I do not have an account set up with Chrysler Capital, and they never mailed the registration info to the Vermont DMV. I cannot get ahold of my sales reps, and every number I call goes unanswered. I know these are unprecedented times, but this isnt an acceptable level of service. Dont sell cars if you cant do the paperwork
Just had a great experience here. I stopped in with no appointment after my Check Engine light went on. It was a Saturday, and the service group is officially closed. But Heidi, the service manager, and John jumped in with a quick diagnostic to ease my mind before a long drive I was taking. This is the kind of service that deserves a shout-out.

Purchased Ram Rebel dealt with Chris salesperson. Purchase transaction was very pleasant. Revisiting my original five star post. All was good until 3800 miles and needed repairs for damaged in floor storage/cooler bin. Touted as off-road capable vehicle driving down gravel road stick or a branch hit underbelly of vehicle breaking storage bin. Stopped Monday evening to inquire as to cost of repair/parts. Led to believe it would be covered by warranty. Made appointment for next day to get fixed evaluated for what parts needed to be ordered. Two hours after dropping of was called to be informed that warranty would NOT cover and that entire floor carpet would need to be replaced as well a bin/storage box parts. Bad design on Dodge. Plastic parts exposed on underbelly of off-road vehicle which get constantly exposed to road debris.
My girlfriend and I came into the dealership in search of a better safer vehicle for our beautiful special needs daughter. We had uncertainty about our eligibility for a car and we were impressed by the help we received, also the owner spoke with us directly. I have to say we received the best most professional customer service I have ever seen and anyone I know who is in search of a vehicle come by they are fantastic!

So far under new ownership I’ve been delighted and yet at the same time disappointed. In this latest service experience, we have had the vehicle there for over three weeks, and I’ve had to call at least four times to try to get any information on its status, I’m not pushing them to complete it quickly, just simply to provide any status update and I’ve had trouble getting anybody to call me back. Hopefully they will, and I can move this rating back up. I usually try only to leave positive ratings, but this is definitely a systemic issue... look forward to seeing things improve 🙏
Salesman was great during the process, but completing the sale was a different story. New car had a recall so after I signed all the paperwork was told could not drive away with it. I came back three days later and car was “ready” but covered in pollen and window sticker residue was never cleaned from from the front window. Then had to wait and wait and wait to order soft top, then, when I was ready to leave, had to wait again until the second fob key was located. Nice people but extremely disorganize which wastes a lot of time.
We drove 5 hours from New York for a new Jeep Wrangler. The best deal we have seen anywhere! We worked with Sam and he was wonderful! Finance was amazing as well. Step by step during the paperwork process and not rushed out the door! We have never received service like this at any other dealer! We will be coming back for another vehicle in the future!!!

Overall bad experience. The sales associate was straightforward and kind, but the GM and SM were both twisting numbers around, getting me in the door with high trade and low cost then flipping it around once I sat down. I wouldnt reccomend shopping through any key branch, as this is the second negative experience Ive had at a key dealership in the past week.
I had a great sales experience. I worked with a few different sales members but they were efficient and made sure I was happy with the vehicle I chose. I also appreciated the time spent to go over the new vehicle features with me--a lot of other stores dont do that and just hand over the keys.
My purchase went fine but I have never experienced such a poor service department. If I would have known how poor their service dept. is I would have never purchased my new Jeep here. Their follow up on issues in non existent. Buyers be on guard.
I came in to Key Auto in Lebanon, the service department was extremely busy. My wife and I were greeted by two VERY busy ladies. They both greeted us at the same time and it instantly put my wife at ease, along with a good laugh ( i am forever grateful for that) being in a stressful situation as we are traveling through the Upper Valley on vacation and our check engine light came on. We were instantly taken in and the problem was looked at and resolved. They arranged a shuttle ride so that we could go have lunch. When we came back the service manager had answers for us and reassured us that we were safe to continue on our way and enjoy the rest of our vacation. During check out we were again surprised by the low cost bill we were presented with., thank you too both of the ladies from my wife also EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! wish we lived in the area. The staff was helpful and professional. They were a pleasure to work with. However, the used vehicles on the lot that had been cleaned were obviously dirty. There was dirt and stains visible prior to opening the vehicles up for viewing. In the showroom there was a bucket full of trash next to a salesmans desk two days in a row. The service I received from Dennis was exceptional and I highly recommend him, but the dealership needs to work on its cleanliness.
Chris was very helpful and found me a vehicle with all my must haves and even my would likes at the price I wanted. He went over everything with me and provided lots of options. Very happy with my new leased Jeep Cherokee.

Buying process was great. Prior to getting the truck we waited three weeks. Body shop had it for about a week and it took them two weeks to do rear brakes and sway bar. When getting the truck I noticed the manifold was leaking. We took it back for inspection which it failed for that. They then had the truck for a month. Which took them 1 day to do the job. Granted we were given a loaner both times. The service department needs to pick its game up.
My Jeep was towed to Key unannounced on a Saturday. Heidi, the service manager, contacted me right away to see if I was ok!My car was diagnosed and the part needed was ordered right away—during a holiday week! Heidi, Catherine and Tammy kept me updated with any new developments. Heidi made me feel like part of her family. I am so lucky that they were the dealership in the area when I needed help. I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Gran Caravan from Miller Chrysler Jeep of Lebanon. My sales person was Craig Tatro, I had looked at some vans online then called Miller, Craig took his time to go over everything with me getting me a great deal on a new vehicle. The finance department worked hard to get me a great loan, helped to keep my payments affordable. Everyone that I dealt with at Miller was pleasant and respectful. My Van was delivered to me at my job the next day. I have told everyone about how well my experience was with Miller I will continue to buy all my automobiles from Miller

Ive had the worst experience dealing with Nathan Godfrey. I put a deposit down for a new Jeep Willys in early March, which couldnt be delivered as promised in May due to COVID (understandable). Then, we finally made a deal via text on April 27 for the exact same Willys, only in automatic because thats what they had on the lot. Awesome! However, he is extremely uncommunicative and I tried to get ahold of him on far more than 4 separate occasions (which I have records of) after that, ready to sign a contract and even start the lease early. I called and I texted. He did not respond once. Im supposed to pick up this Jeep in a week. Today, I finally called the dealership to track him down to ensure hell be there Saturday so I can pick it up. TURNS OUT HE SOLD THE JEEP FROM UNDER ME WHEN WE HAD A DEAL. Not only that, but he is telling me that if I were to get another one, the price would be INCREASED from the deal that we made. This is extremely unprofessional of him and very frustrating. I have nothing but bad things to say, and I do not recommend him at all.

Great experience purchasing my new Durango RT. Alton was a great salesman took me out on test drives of different models explained everything to me was vert knowledgeable and didnt once ask me to purchase vehicle. Dan the sales manager took time to explain purchase and lease options, gave me pricing handout which clearly outlined purchase price and estimated payments and once again let me leave once I got all questions answered without asking me once to purchase a vehicle. Very relaxed and no pressure atmosphere definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Very enjoyable process.

Came from Gateway motors before it was sold which was a great experience as well. Heads and tails better Miller which is what most reviews of this address are based on. This is about sales- havent dealt with the service folks yet.Tried to buy a new car here... had to go somewhere else and bought the same day.Soon as I moved to town I started hearing horrible stories about Miller, but since I was looking for a brand new car- I thought Id see what theyd do.Test drove a new Jeep here with a nice older gentlemen who was very knowledgeable and the father of the manager.Came back the next day to order one, and a vulture sales guy jumped on us right away. My wife didnt even want to talk to him since he had a strange, slimy vibe.Asked for the guy from yesterday and the vulture says that he quit.I didnt believe him but thought Id get some numbers and decide.Walked in knowing everything I wanted to order in a new car.Told him everything we wanted and asked for a trade-in value.They wouldnt even give a number until they could get us to talk monthly payments. Since I dont care about the monthly payment, I couldnt get them to budge on giving a trade-in value and had to walk out.Sales guy had no issue watching a sale walk out the door, and the manager (who wouldnt give a trade-in offer) just sat at the counter and watched.Drove to the Jeep dealer 45 minutes away and bought the new Jeep.

I had a great experience with the service department that started on 11/10/2016. We brought my wifes dodge caravan in for warranty work and I found the service desk to be extremely helpful. Not only did they make the warranty portion painless, they helped me to get a rental car approved under the warranty, a benefit I didnt even know that we had.
I showed the Service Manager an imperfection in my rear bumper basicly to have it documented as I lease the vehicle. She said it needs to be corrected and we set an appointment. I was given a nice vehicle during the repair and they returned my vehicle to my home when it was ready.Great Service!
My boyfriend had his vehicle serviced at a local shop and they kept telling him different things wrong with it. After spending way more then he should have I told him to get it towed to the Key store. I called in on a Saturday and the service manager instantly told us no problem Get it towed right down. She even got him into a car to drive so we wouldn’t have to keep sharing a vehicle. Just got the call today to pick it up and it’s all ready. The lady who checked us out went over our bill and was helpful. My boyfriend is glad he listened too me! We will be back with our Jeep!

The sales part was excellent. They gave me way more than I expected for my traid in. The next day we went to sign for the new jeep and are paper work was missing. The jeep wasnt cleaned and no first inspection was done. I was going to pay out of pocket for the fancy undercoating package. I called 3 times Friday before anyone would pick up then when they did they had no clue what I was talking about. They said the sales team would call me back......still waiting. I ended up taking the jeep to a different dealership to get it done. I wont go back again. Service is supposed to keep the customer after the sale not forget them.

My husband went in to look at a car (not to buy, he just thought it looked interesting) and a salesperson came out and said they needed used trucks and would sell him a new truck at the same monthly payment. Later, he brought me there and we sat for 5 hours as they offered us cars, gave us one price, then got us in back to sign paperwork and offered a completely different price. When told we couldnt afford that, we were interested in what they could make work at our current payment, they brought another vehicle and did the same thing. We were never let out of their site to have any discussions about the vehicles or the finances in private. When we were uncomfortable with the payments and length of the loan, we were accused of coming in for the sole purpose of wasting their time and informed that this was their living and other people were waiting to be seen. We finally left, completely exhausted, starving, and felt like we had been beaten. They called back later and left a voicemail saying they had great news and a better deal for us, but even if they managed to come up with a stellar deal Im not working with these people! Yes, this is your living, but using bullying tactics isnt the best way to do it.Over the past three years we have purchased three different new vehicles, and every time the salesperson was 100% transparent about every facet of the cost of the vehicle, loan term, interest, and payments, and encouraged us to leave and come back after we had worked everything out on our own and thought about it and discussed it in depth. The time spent in dealerships for those three purchases combined was less than the amount of time we were babysat on the sales floor of Miller Auto, and we were always treated with respect and candor. It felt like at Miller they were trying to force us into something without adequate time to process the offer. Everything bad I had heard about this place was true, and next time were interested in a Ram were going back to the dealership in Claremont, even though its farther away.

Craig is awesome, he was always there to greet us with a smile. He was always there to answer all of our questions (even the most obvious ones). Craig isnt your typical salesman, he would check in from time to time but he wasnt calling everyday to ask if we made a decision yet, which was surprisingly refreshing.Thank you Miller Auto Group for our second Jeep!

They called with threats to take out vehicles away if we didn’t pay them the last of down payment, even though we were making payments! They spoke of a “special credit card” that we would get to pay with, but it never came? Be careful of the dealership. I had no choice in giving them one star, otherwise this wouldn’t be posted.
Great experience. Did research prior to visit. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. They had the car i wanted. Manager worked the deal expected and I drove away in my new Jeep Renegade Limited a couple hours later. Nice people working hard to make it reasonable and easy.
Miller Auto Group says they Go The Extra Mile They do! Theyll go ANY extra distance to avoid backing their products or providing quality customer service... Went in... SIX hours and 2 Test Drives later, I was ushered in to a 2007 Buick Lacrosse (the 1st vehicle was nicer and newer, but they couldnt work the financing). I told the salesman that I did not like the sound or feel of the brakes of the Buick... He said they were putting new tires on it, and he would have them check the brakes then. They CLAIMED the brakes were fine and even inspected the vehicle. Another mechanic (a reputable one) showed me the brakes were metal on metal. Almost $700 and Miller said in effect; Sorry, thats normal wear and tear... The tires they put on came with a free extended warranty. The left rear tire has been losing air constantly. Sorry, if you had run into the curb and blown the tire we could help, but... I called twice and emailed once, and my concerns were never responded to... To say nothing of the fact that there was dirt and trash throughout the car. I know used cars can contain unknown quantities, but Millers unwillingness to supply a safe vehicle, or assist in correcting issues makes them an AVOID AT ALL COST in my book.
They didn’t fix what I ask them too fix. Installed a battery that I didn’t need without my authorization. Never ordered my key fob and key I asked for. When doing the oil change failed to reset the sensor. Failed too top off all fluids( windshield washer was empty and others as stated by a different service station.) also never fixed the head light they stated too me that the battery I didn’t asked for would fix the problem with the headlight it did not my light still doesn’t work.
The staff in the service department were very helpful and very accommodating. We had an emergency need to fix transfer case shifter while we were on vacation and they got it done in less than a day.

Great repair people. Sales people had no problem ripping off my single mother of two kid sister, typical dealership. Always about that sale. Nice place in hell for them!!

I went into Key Chrysler and expected to get the usual pushy salesman routine but I was pleasantly surprised. Greg Sieglinger, our sales consultant and the general manager Dan, went above and beyond . They were very helpful. Made sure they met the all the needs I had and made it a great experience. I wish there was a zero-star or negative 1-star rating. Both apply here.1-star implies there is at least something positive about the thing being rating. There isnt. This dealership is under new ownership (or I assume it is, as there is a new name associated with it, so I thought I would try it again. When it was a part of the Miller group, they were so poorly managed and the interactions there were so unpleasant, that I drive 1.5 hours to a different dealership for cars and service. However, I decided my needs were really simple this time, so I hoped I would be able to use a local dealership for my cars needs.So, I called the service department to make an appointment. Following the phone systems cues, I left multiple messages for the appointment coordinator, Tammy. Sounds promising. But, no, no call back. This appointment was for a recall, as in for the safety of Jeeps customers, and my message specified this. After a few weeks with no response, I resorted to stopping at the dealerships service desk, where I saw a man unable to help a previous customer due to an inability to find her information in the system. He was in near panic mode, particularly after I showed up and was waiting. To his credit, he asked for help and finally helped this elderly lady. So, 15-20 minutes after arriving, I was able to make an appointment for the following week to get the recall addressed, which is an important software update. Fast forward to the appointment. While the passive, 2-hour software update is happening, my husband requested that the service techs take a look at my exhaust system, which quite suddenly sounds like it has a leak. It does, but I wasnt worried, as I already paid for full, bumper-to-bumper extended warranty coverage when I bought my car from a different Jeep dealer. Unfortunately, the same man from the first visit does not understand the coverage and needs to further research my Mopar coverage. (Mopar is Jeeps in-house warranty provider that is hard-pitched for every qualifying sale.) He was unable to figure this out while the car was there, and my husband was unable to stay at the dealership any longer. He was unable to make a photocopy of my original warranty document, so kept it and promised to call with 24 hours to report on what he learned about the warranty coverage. He never called. So, four days later, I stop in again to retrieve my original documentation. I had already decided that I dont trust this dealership or want to give them business. I asked Tammy, the appointment coordinator for the documentation her colleague kept and and an update on the exhaust coverage. She was unable to find or deliver either one, but promised me she would find my paperwork and call me by the end of the day (11/15/19). Surprise ending: she didnt call. I scheduled the same service with a different dealer, and will NEVER use this location again, regardless of the name.ZERO stars.
Wish I could rate at zero. I have purchased 5 Jeeps in a row from Willie Racine’s in So Burlington bec I live there . Today 12/4/18 my Jeep broke down on 89 near Randolph - MUCH closer to tow to Lebanon than So Burl. This dealership said that if I had it towed to them they could get to it “after the first of the year”. I said “you’re kidding right?” They were not. I guess they are happy to sell Jeeps all day long and take peoples’ money but they don’t care about a Jeep customer who didn’t purchase from them. I don’t like management that operates this way. I would never buy from them.
I went in for a routine mile check-up with Miller Volkswagen Volvo and had a great experience. Courteous, polite and efficient. After my check-up they called to see if I wanted a free car wash. Again, a wonderful experience.Thank you
Truly grateful to the service department at Key CDJR of Lebanon NH. My husband and I were moving from Hanover to Boston and as we were leaving town my jeeps muffler started making a AWFUL noise. I called and service was closed. But the sevice manager happened to be working along with a mechanic. She told us to come right over and they would love to help us. They looked at it and our muffler was falling off. They took both my husband and I out and showed us how bad it was. We were given multiple options and they helped us and got us on our way. Without charging us and just wished us a successful move. The reassurance and the immediate response to our emergency will not be forgotten. THANK YOU KEY AUTO!
Friendly staff and no high pressure sales tactics. However, that also borders on lack of customer service at all. Its kind of like theyre disinterested to sells cars?!?
Do not go here ever there customer service department was terrible I take my Jeep down to Claremont now never will I go back. They don’t deserve one star
Brought girlfriends Jeep in the first time for service and they just simply reflashed the computer and said it was fixed. However it did not fix the actual problem, so we brought it back to have the real problem fixed this time and not just have them try something. This time we gave them the CEL codes, and told them the traction control light came on(took pictures and video), plus let them know about a catalytic converter smell at the same time the light is flashing. But because it is a come-back they wont get paid for their customary diagnostic charge, thus they dont want to find the actual problem and sent her on her way. Said something about some supposed policy. Looks like I will be getting my new Jeep at Lamberts now...where we will now be taking hers as well. Gave two stars, since they at least provided a shuttle service for her to be inconvenienced.
Thanks Martha for saving me a trip. I got the same mailer that seemed to indicate that I also had won a flat screen TV. Jumped through all the hoops and read every word of fine print to see what I was missing. Figured there had to be a catch and indeed it looks like it is in the wording about comparing the confirmation code to the prize board. Just like you, thought why not go see what they have to offer, my Ranger is on its last legs. But now I wont bother, they have lost a visit and any likelihood of me showing up in the future as a customer.
I’ve never been so misinformed and blantenly lied to so many times when going through the process of buying a car. The guy we dealt with told us one thing about our trade in lease and turns out he had no idea what he was talking about which caused a huge mess that I’ve been dealing with for over a month now. We’ve also been waiting on a delivery for over a month that has yet to be here with zero information, just excuses. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere once this lease is up. They could have had an on going customer but instead were more interested in just getting the sale over with a moving on to the next.
