Bought a Tahoe from this car lot its nice got a great deal but they still have yet to produce a title for my vehicle!.. I cant get any answers from any one Marcus has NOT kept in contact. When I bought the vehicle they said it would be sent to me since they send it off. I still have the bill of sale and will most likely have to take legal action.

I bought a car from this dealership over a month ago. I was told I would receive the title in the mail within 2 weeks. After never being contacted about the title I decided to reach out to Marcus. I have reached out a total of SIX TIMES! All either completely ignored or met with “we will check first thing tomorrow” no apology for their incompetence. No communication. And no ownership of responsibility. DO NOT LEAVE THIS DEALERSHIP WITHOUT A TITLE IN HAND. I will be having to hire a lawyer to handle this matter as MARCUS HILL has completely ignored his legal obligation to supply the title to the vehicle I bought. This is absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t be angrier. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

This business has been closed since April 2020.There was never a Marcus that worked here. Sorry.
