Made an appointment the day before. Took the truck in the next morning at about 830. An emissions problem caused a code. I had fixed the actual problem but the computer still needed to be flashed by a dealer level tool. They also did 3 recalls. They were done with it by about 10. Fast fast fast!

I had a PCM and TIPM replaced. If anyone knows what these things are, they are, they are very expensive.I have to say, so far so good. Everything seems to be okay with my Jeep. I suppose we will know more as time goes on, but as for now it seems to be good

Water got in from the bottom of my 2019 jeep renegade, because some drain plugs were missing. They had my car for over a week. When I finally got it back the floor was still damp and the inside smelled like a car shop. Even trying to contact the service department for some communication was extremely difficult at times. Awesome service when I bought my new jeep

Had bad experience with manager. He told us exactly what we needed to do. 24 hours later we came back with what he said to do, and he than changed his story. We ended up buying a car, but was very unhappy.

Told my vehicle would be done by 12 as I needed it to go out of town that day. Called several times at which point they were not able to give me the status of my vehicle. Only got a call at 115 that my car was done and had to cancel my plans to go out of town. I dropped it off at 730 am for an oil change and inspection and all it took was a license plate bulb. 6 hours for an oil change, inspection and a bulb change.

Bought several cars here, was only back for a couple things from the parts department.

The only reason I actually bought a car through this dealer was because we needed a new car by the end of the weekend. They are very sketchy and do not negotiate with you at all. I purchased a 2016 Mazda and the previous owner clearly smoked in the car, but he covered it up before they let us test drive it. Typical non-honest salesman.
