Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Called a month ago was told I would get a call right back and never did. Emailed them a week ago through cars.com never got a response. Dealer was rude and seemed aggravated that I wanted a quote on 2 trade ins. Was told she was working on it and never heard anything else from her. Even texted the following day and 5 hours later nothing. Called to speak with the gm today and almost immediately get a call from her. Then they offer me an insulting 9 thousand dollars under the lowest trade in value on my car and then tell me well sell it yourself then. And raise the price on their truck 5k over the sticker price that was on the truck.
Would not recommend! I took my car in and told them what was wrong. They called with quite and I asked them to fix 2 things. They called and said my car was ready. I paid $756 and they didnt fix a darn thing on my car. In fact, when I took the car up there, I had one tire sensor out. When I picked it up, they were all out. 3 tire sensors dont go out at the same time while sitting. Complaint has been filed with the BBB.
Not good with letting you know your special order parts are in. I stopped in and asked the status. Apparently only one mechanic can do the repairs that I needed done. After finally settling on an appointment time, and showing up, a half hour repair job, and no update while Im sitting in their lounge, a hour and half later I go check the status and see the vehicle sitting outside. So ask the counter help if its ready, and who knows how long it was just sitting there.I dont recommend this place.
I scheduled an oil change appointment thru the MyChevrolet app for my 2018 Silverado 4x4. I had not been to this dealership previously, but the check-in was smooth and quick. The service was performed, and the service advisor went over my paperwork and guided me to the cashier. I discussed future service items for our 2019 Corvette, and am confident they can handle my needs.Update: 9/28/2021, Getting an oil change on our 2019 ZR1...the Service Department here has certainly rolled out the red carpet and were ready for me and the Corvette to arrive.The oil change technician and I did a walk-around of our ZR1 before he moved it. 0W-40 Mobil 1, Check, Ground effects and clearance, Check. Jacking Pucks, his or my installed ones, Check! I was impressed!We are looking forward to a long-lasting relationship here. The Ed Morse Auto Group is the new owner and I also got to meet the management team. I was very impressed with how everyone I met was friendly, courteous, and appreciative to have us as customers!The MyChevrolet phone app sure works great, and I even had a $20 voucher I had forgotten about...
Horrible communication skills. Cant get straight answers from anyone. Doesnt return calls. Doesnt answer calls. Makes up excuses you go up in person for the lack of communication. They tell you they will call you back and then dont.

Just stopped to try to purchase a 70k truck. Must not have been dressed well enough. Salesman didnt seem interested at all in helping us. We are going elsewhere.Follow up I was contacted by one of the owners today. He was very nice and apologetic. He spent time talking to us and assured us if we come back our experience will be better next time. I appreciate that he took the time to find my number and call and even waited until after hours to call so I wouldnt be interrupted during a work day.

This is the place to buy a truckI shopped around and did my research to determine just how I wanted my new Silverado to be outfitted. After owning my last Chevy there was never any doubt about that being the truck for me. After visiting several dealerships in my area and learning that there are a lot of salespeople that dont know a trailer hitch from a tow hook, I sure had a sour feeling in my stomach for the whole truck buying process. Then, through an internet search, I came across Brent at Lindsay Chevrolet. All of a sudden it was fun and exciting to be truck shopping again. We made a deal over the phone for a new truck and a agreed on a range that they would offer for my trade. I had a 2.5 hour drive to get to them so they said that they would pay for my gas if we didnt make a deal. Everything went like clockwork and I was on budget and out the door with a new truck in 90 minutes. No run-around, no carnival barking, just good people that want your business. If your serious about buying a vehicle, take the drive. It will be more than worth your time.

Chevrolet no longer takes care of their customers, I recently had my car in the shop under warranty work which they usually would have took care of the whole situation including a rental car . Now for an average person who carry liability insurance they want you to bump up your insurance to full coverage which cost at least $200 to do just to drive one of their rental cars for the week that your car is getting fixed. Seems to me they figured out a way they dont have to take care of their customers as well now I cant get to work I dont have a rental car its not even worth paying the $200 on my insurance for the car and Im going to have to take Chevrolet to small claims court just to explain it see you in court Chevrolet
Poor service, took two weeks just to do three hours worth of work. had two issues when the vehicle entered and wouldnt move on to the issue until one issue was done. claimed parts was on back order but waited a week to even consider looking at other dealerships for parts. go across the street to ford and the first thing they do is check other dealers because they want speedy service and the cost doesnt change like chevy does. I will continue to do business at ford and never again at chevy.

Our salesman Brent went above and beyond to sell us our Certified Pre Owned Impala. He was able to come in after business hours on his day off to finalize the deal! We got a good deal and was treated fairly. This was my first Chevy but Im likely to buy more Chevy vehicles after this experience. Brent even showed us the features and setup our phones with the vehicle even though it was long after closing time.- 9 months later update... I finally got back to Lebanon to get my daytime running lights repaired that never worked since we bought the car CPO. They said a rodent has chewed the wiring and they can’t do anything about the repair charge. I explained it was like this when we purchased it but they where unable to just fix the problem without a costly repair charge.I also never got the floor mats for my vehicle I was promised so I’m missing a driver side floor mat.I am happy with the salesman, but the service department not so much. This is my first and probably last Chevrolet vehicle.I had to pay $40 even though I refused the repair on something they sold me was broken. I will never go back here again. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well. Chevrolet will never get a dime of our money again.
Before even trying to sell me a vehicle the salesman took a look at me and my kid and wife and wouldnt even try to help sell us a vehicle. Was very rude and insulting and wouldnt reccomend dealing with them at all.

No sales pressure here, only a genuine concern for getting us in the right vehicle, safely and quickly. My husband and I were traveling with our camper and we encountered some truck trouble. We happened to be passing through Lebanon and so we pulled into the Lindsay Chevrolet service area. The service guy was very nice and sent one of his mechanics out to take a look. We had a broken shock, but it was drivable so the mechanic took it off for us and advised on what to do. We offered cash for their prompt attention but they turned it down and said they were just happy to help and told us to have a safe trip. Thank you!!!

Came in for transmission fluid change because the thats what the message light said after service was done they said they didnt know how to get the message cleared from the car. But would check and call me. That was Sept 17 today is the 28 and I still havent gotten a call and the light is still on.
I expected after spending $2,000. My car would have been vacumned and washed! Walmart vacumns after an oil change!
David Bean at Lindsey Chevrolet really took care of my new business when we opened over 7 years ago. We got a great Chevy Express 2500, they had all the graphics applied, took it to Jon Don to have our carpet cleaning equipment installed, and even had a Rhino liner applied to the rear floor and walls - all for about $4000 under retail for an empty van! They then delivered it to us in Maryland. I cannot speak more highly of their customer service and I plan to purchase my next vehicle through them.

We took our 2011 Sierra truck in for inspection and we were told it wouldn’t pass inspection because there was too much play in the steering. They replaced the lower ball joints and tie rod ends and after paying our $1100.00 invoice we went our merry way. A day later we heard a horrible metal on metal sound coming from the steering. Thankfully we made it home but now heading back to their service department for repairs. We are hoping they fix it correctly this time. Won’t be going back to this dealership.

Got a car less than a a month ago near blue book value of one in good condition. This one has a cracked window, needs new tires, has a engine light that came on right after we bought it, very high miles, and the CD player is jammed it won’t take cd’a and had one stuck in it

BE CAUTIOUS! They will try to sell you a vehicle at Excellent condition price with a Salvage Title! When questioned about it, one person (in charge) told my husband, Yeah I have no idea why we would ask that price for the vehicle, I wouldnt pay that for it with a salvage title. The vehicle is still on their website.
