I just left boost in Lenoir city and am so happy with my service!! Being a business owner, my phone is my lifeline and Im never disappointed when I go to the Lenoir city location. They take great care of me!! I have been with boost for 8 years and the customer service is what keeps me here. KAYLA GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER CUSTOMERS. She truly does and Im so thankful when I come in and shes there. I know ill be taken care of.Theyre always friendly and helpful. I couldnt be more pleased! Boost in Lenoir City is ran very well when the manager Kayla is there.She ALWAYS makes sure to take care of each individual customer’s needs in a timely manner.She was very helpful with getting our new phone service setup.This store is ran well BECAUSE of her.Most of the other employees that I have dealt with are not as knowledgeable about the phones as she does.Gonna say go there, BUT make sure to ask for Kayla for the best experience.

I have had NOTHING BUT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WIT THIS LOCATION!!!! I have been approved for the EBB PROGRAM where the state pays ur cell phone bc of the Covid .... Well u wud think it wud b a SIMPLE PROCESS....NO NO NO NO... out of the 4 PEEPS that UMMMM... WORK THERE I guess u cud say... Theres ONLY 1 PERSON THAT KNOWS HOW 2 DO THE EBB PROGRAM!!! N thats the Manager Kayla... All I can say is GOOD LUCK GETTING N TOUCH WIT HER!!! Ive been waiting on her to return my phone call over 3 DAYS/NIGHTS/MORNINGS....WTC??? Jus cuz Im on the EBB program ... Well I guess I shud say jus bc Im poor I am not treated like a reg customer?????? If there was a O on the scale thing I wud have pressed it....... UGHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Boost has been the most dependable service we have had for over 10years. I have absolutely no complaints about the service or phones they offer. I am however upset they dont tell you when you switch phones, your account resets so you are not able to get a new phone until you accrue the 6months again to get the discounted price. I recently cracked my screen so I switched to an older phone I had. My old phone didnt keep a charge so I went back to my cracked screen phone until I purchased a new one. When I went to boost to buy the same phone, I was denied the discount price and I was told why. The CS rep did tell me to get one somewhere else because it was on sale then bring it back and she fixed it. That was over and above her duty so all in all I am 100% happy with boost!

My family and I have been with boost for years upon years. This was my first time at this location and my experience with Keno, Lorena and Juan makes me want to visit this location more often. Thanks a bunch for all that you guys helped us with, my husband is really enjoying his new phone. 😃

Had our phones replaced 21 days ago. During that time we had issues (on both phones) not getting texting..phone calls.. internet. We also couldnt send text..call anyone at certain times. We go into Boost to find out whats wrong & to pay our bill. We were told we were on the wrong network and they have to replace each sim card ($10 each). So..our brand new replacement phones weve hardly got to use (nothing WE did.) during the 21 DAYS weve had them and they STILL charge us 10$ each to replace the sim card that wasnt supposed to be there in the first place. Thanks Boost!

Great deals and experience! Switched and got a better deal.Had both of my toddlers with me and the lady was so understanding and helped me keep them busy while we finished the process.

The manager was rude and unhelpful. She try to charge us $226.95 for a stylo 6 when you can get it from the boost web site for$179.95. Then tried to charge us activation fees even though we have been a customer for over 3-4 years. They also tried to charge us an up grade fee of $85 dollars for each phone and a $25 dollar activation fee for my phone and 3 more $15 dollars activation fees for my family plan. Boost needs to evaluate their Lenoir city Tennessee the address is 830 highway 321 North,Suite 300, Lenoir City, TN 37771. I think the staff is pocketing the extra money they charge customers. I wish boost would look in to this.

They were suppose to be open at 9 nobody here they need to change hours on sign if they arent gonna be open.

Friendliest staff that care about their customers and actually want your business and return business. They are nothing like the customer service agents you will talk with by calling the 800#. The staff here go above and beyond to give the best deals and service to their customers. They changed my opinion of Boost Mobile and are the reason I have stuck with Boost for so many years.

Update 5/8/18 all 4 lines went back to Cricket. Boost customer service made it very difficult to get my account numbers as each phone has a different account number to Port my numbers back. I had no data service and 1 bar, all this after being told I had LTE service at my address. Then when the truth came out, the closest tower to me was 6 miles away. Jessica at the store was awesome, but boost customer care is a joke. Having issues with the service but no issues with the store. Probably will have to go back to Cricket tho, Boost Mobile cant get my service to work correctly even tho I am supposed to have LTE so Sprint says.

I have had terrible customer service in Lenoir city tn.One of the employees, a middle aged woman a little heavy with blonde hair I think her name was Becky or Jessica, failed to setup my auto boost 3 months in a row now. This time I was unable to reach my boss because my service had been cut off.They have 1 pc meaning only 1 customer can be served at a time., which is the responsibility of the manager.This is one of the worst places for customer service Ive seen
