Took my iPad a few months ago 2 get fixed, I was very impressed with them. Will go back if I ever need something fixed on my phone or iPad

Took my iPad Pro in to have the battery replaced. Quoted 5 days, took two weeks. I finally called and was told they tried to call the previous day, but apparently didnt feel it necessary to leave a message. During the installation, there was a problem and they trashed the screen. They offered to put a replacement screen in (just happen to have one) for cost. I wanted my unit back, so told them to go ahead. Save yourself a lot of trouble and take your items somewhere that has competent techs.The regional manager contacted me and offered a full refund and apology. Based on his professional response, I have change my rating from a 1 star to 3 stars.

Was told by T-Mobile I would have to go to apple to get my charger port replaced instead went here and the guy at the front desk had it fixed in less then 45 seconds! Awesome work and will definitely be back!

This team is absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about their customers. It is always a pleasant experience and a very reasonable price. They even help you register screen protectors when you purchase them and just really go above and beyond for their clientele. I recommend this location for so many reasons, but the main one if you feel like a true VIP. You are the sole focus the entire time you are in the store.

I’ve left a review of 2 stars because they were friendly and they did get to me promptly. However that was where my positive experience ended.I saw many 5 star reviews and wanted this to work.I carried my iPhone XS for a screen repair. During the screen replacement, they broke the Face ID. Not happy, but they only charged for the screen, and I felt I could live with that. The experience worsened for me when they say it broke because of apple’s design flaw, which may be true. However, then say they break something like 1 in 20 of this model...grrrr To me that means their repair process is broke 5% of the time.I leave the store and now my phone will no longer charge. It detects a cable is plugged in, as well as, if I lay it on the pad charger but it does not charge. I have tried 3 different cables and 4 chargers to be sure it’s the phone.I require my phone for work so now I’m out nearly a thousand dollars for a new one. It was better with a broken screen.For cheap or older phones, perhaps androids they are probably ok handling. For me, I would NEVER trust these people again!

Great friendly service, very knowledgeable staff. If theyre not sure they can fix it they will tell you right off the in the beginning. But theyre willing to at least take a look at the problem. They quoted me five days to get my parts. Had them in two days later. Came and got my phone fixed my phone works great.

I had a cracked screen, but purchased a new phone.She helped me get my content from the old phone to the few. Was insanely friendly, everything transferred over just fine.I have nothing bad to say about my experience... I will use them again and again!

My daughter’s iPhone charging port messed up while on vacation. The guy was very informative and had her phone repaired quickly. The price was also cheaper then what I was expecting. We will use their service again for any repairs needed.

Tanner and Jess were great help. My Google Pixel 3 cable connection stopped working. Verizon wanted to sell me a $69 wireless charger or take it to their repair center for $100. Tanner reviewed it under a microscope, added some solution and air blew the connection out. Cost- zero. Good honest folks.

I had 2 iPhones that needed the screens repaired and both were completely unusable/non working. After being told several times by my phone carrier that both phones were a lost cause and were beyond repair we went to dang it repair shop and they had BOTH PHONES WORKING WITHIN THE HOUR!!! I was so pleased with their work, the shop, and the employees! I will never take my cell anywhere else! I have finally found my go to shop for all my cell phone issues moving forward! I highly recommend this place!!

Galaxy Notepad 10.1 was randomly turning off and on. Got stuck in reboot mode. I know as much about computers as I do about computers, and this potential repair cost had me concerned. Jonathan greeted me kindly, he pushed 3 buttons on the Notepad, it did its thing, and...Boom, fixed! Thank you sir! Stop by. Youll be glad you did.

Well my first experience here was great! Great service, please with the finished product. A very nice young lady helped me and was extremely pleasant and did a great job.Was back today because I had such a great first experience. But today when I pulled up there was a closed sign in the window saying back at 2, although it was after 3. When I decided to try anyway, they were in face open. A young man was sitting there and he immediately came to help, but when I asked if he was aware his sign said closed, he said, Oh yeah, I know. I had been to the store earlier and just assumed it was in fact closed, now Im not so sure. If only the young man had been apologetic, no problem. But to have been given the flip answer that i got, I decided it wasnt worth doing business with them again. Customer service means a lot, and this young man missed the mark today.

I have had several occasions where I thought my phone charger plug in needed to be replaced. All the phone needed was a cleaning and they have done it every time for free. Very good customer service!

This shop is da Bomb I walked in and they smiled, welcomed me in an d had my I Phone repaired in no time. They can fix it all. All phone types and other small electronics... NOT JUST A ONE TRICK PONY!!!Literally a life saver!!!!! Came to the Sprint store in LC and the manager did his very best to troubleshoot my phone issues... but said he had one more ace up his sleeve and disappeared into a door separating the Sprint store and Dang It. Within 10 mins, he emerged with a smile and told me I was gonna love him. He was RIGHT! Between the helpful manager of Sprint and the savy knowledge of Dang It, together they saved me a trip to the dreaded Apple store on a SATURDAY! Shew... what a relief! And it’s good to know they do so much more than JUST phone repairs! THANK YOU, DANG IT REPAIR!!! You’ve done so much!

Waited inside store over 15 minutes to be helped while the person working was on the phone. Didn’t get greeted didn’t even get looked at. When I asked the man if it would be long he said just a minute and continued with his conversation. Terrible customer service. No sense of urgency.

Dont go here!!!! Took an IPhone 6s to get a screen replaced, the lady replaced it and now the phone will not let me type some letters and other things. After multiple visits here, they still dont have screens in to replace the one she put on my phone! Its a complete run-around and BS! $150 wasted!!!
