We have gone to 4 Cricket stores. 3, in a franchise, were great. The Cricket store in Crossville didnt do right by us. We love the staff at West Knoxville and Cookeville. Theyre great and very helpful with phone app problems.

Incredible. Today my Fiancee and me went in because she was having A problem charging her phone. How long have you had the phone they asked. Has it been hot, left in a car maybe? Answer was no. Have you dropped it? No she answered. They took the phone and plugged it into a charger. Hmmm, probably time for A new phone!Now me being A idiot not knowing anything about cell phones, Im thinking, has to be something simple wrong. We go home, I look at the phone. I find that some apps are running she doesnt even need. I deleted them. Download A phone cleaner app, it found A couple of viruses. Now they are gone. She didnt need A new phone, just someone to take A look at it and do what I did. Maybe Cricket needs to have people work for them that knows what theyre doing instead of Sales People . Very Ridiculous. I hope they take A minute of their Precious Time and read this review. I thought that I was A idiot lol...
Always seems to be an issue when I have done anything in this place. Very high turnover because someone new is always working and that is a reflection on management. When I first got my phone it was more than an issue and had to return another day bc it took so long due to the ignorance of the staff ..another management problem. Messed me up bad because I was porting my number to them and since she didnt finish the order right, I couldnt get service that day and to make things worse, It screwed up my account from Metro PCS so I have to go without a phone until they fixed it. To make this place better, a change in management or ownership making policy changes for organization in training needs to be solid.
I must have been at this shopping center and Google thought I was there. Cricket Wireless seems to be a good cell provider with plans to fit lower income budgets. All company share the same towers so reception is the same for Cricket. Phones play a part in reception as well as cell phone plans.
