When purchasing a boat in the 100k range I am not sure there is such a thing as a perfect experience, but the team at Waterski America did a great job. It started with Rusty Scott the sales manager and Todd the Operations manager, both who did a great job listening to us and being patient with every request we had. The demand COVID brought to the boat industry meant we put a down payment on a boat sight unseen. When it arrived we were pumped. The trailer had a light issue which was fixed at delivery and Chris in Service completed our 10 hour service same day. John the GM runs a great dealership. From the moment we entered the store we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Grayson our sales rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and we never felt pressured in any way. Rusty the sales manager has a wonderful demeanor and made the negotiating process a very pleasant experience, and I feel we got a good deal on the boat. Chris the service mgr. had our 10 hr. service done in three days which is exceptional considering it was the week before Memorial Day. Hunter was very helpful in helping my son and I to pick out a couple of surf boards and also made us a good deal on those as well. Ishmael the parts mgr. took pics of some warranty issues and has parts ordered and on the way also was very friendly and helpful. James our delivery person was very knowledgeable and spent several hours with us on the water to make sure we were comfortable with our boat and all of its features. Tim the owner also introduced himself and was very intent on making sure we we were happy with our new purchase and were treated well during the process. Dealt with Rusty and Chis for the trade in on a new 23 LSV 2020. Their knowledge of the product is limitless. The service they provided and their willingness to work the deal to get that trade done was exceptional. Beyond helpful. It was the easiest transaction I have ever been through. Justin who took us through all the mechanics of working the boat was spot on. The 3 of these folks never stopped working on this until after I drove off. Andrew is incredible. We had talked with a few other dealers and they wouldn’t give us the time of day. The other dealer treated my wife and I like we were teenagers trying to buy a boat. Waterski took incredible care of us and kept us updated with where the boat was in service to make ready to detail and then we had an incredible informative demo. The demo was so informative I was able to and comfortable enough to go on my own for the first time and do everything first try including docking and trailering the boat. Huge deal! Excellent Service!!! Every year, for the last 10 years, we get our boat serviced at the end of summer and the Waterski America team does a thorough job. They are responsive and always strive for top client satisfaction. We also brought our boat in today and Cris was very helpful with troubleshooting a minor problem for us -- he was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this is one of the busiest weeks of the year for them, Chris was polite, professional and extremely helpful. Waterski America offers excellent customer service consistently!

I have to give a great recommendation for somebody any of you guys wanting to buy Axis or Malibu get it from Waterski America in Lewisville Texas the service managers name is Chris he just helped me change the oil and mine over the telephone give me all the information I need about parts filters and all info on my boat and he’s very knowledgeable he says they’re one of the largest dealers in Malibu and Axis around but I just want you guys to know he is very helpful. If you are interested in a wakeboard boat, I highly recommend Waterski America! I purchased my first Malibu from them in 2018. However, I’ve had three previous boats from other dealers before my Malibu. Hands down they are by far the best dealership I have worked with! On the sales side, they are incredibly friendly and competitive in price. But for me, the service AFTER I bought the boat has been outstanding. They are more than competent and go to great lengths to ensure the work is done promptly and accurately. Bottom line, they are good at what they do, they are friendly and stand behind their product!! And the product is OUTSTANDING!!!

Had a great experience with Waterski America they have very professional and knowledgeable employees with great customer service skills which go above and beyond Sean was my technician and he did and outstanding job! Went to waterski for a 100 hour service, which they charged me for and only changed the oil, nothing else and never told us. Our boat wouldnt start the following weekend (though it started the weekend prior to dropping it off, after being told to bring the boat back into the shop to take a look at, they then turned us away after arriving, to then learn that they had charged us for a 100 hour service without receiving any type of service to the boat. Absolutely unacceptable, not people friendly, and very deceptive. So, all in all, after (potentially) breaking out boat, they were not willing to fix it, nor even give us the time to look at it, a week after they allegedly gave us a 100 hour service. Still shocked. This was August of 2020.

First off, after being told my credit would only be lulled once, Rusty the sales manger had it pulled 3 times dropping my score significantly. In the beginning I told the staff I would pay cash for the boat if the bank didn’t approve. The bank wanted verification of income and since I own my company and do not take a salary, I did not have a W2 to show - the company income is mine where I provided profit loss statements and budget sheets Monday evening. Rusty sent me the verification requirements on friday and sold the boat out from under me on Monday morning. Guess he didn’t believe me when I said I would pay cash. Since in his mind he thought the deal was lost, he moved to the next customer in line. Horrible experience and quite frankly, a RAT MOVE.

The staff at WaterSki America are awesome. I was on Tin Top and our boat started overheating. It’s a new boat only two months old. I called Jackson from the WaterSki Fort Worth shop and he had a service tech meet us at the Tin Top boat launch and had our boat up and going within an hour. By far the best customer service in the nation. Very very happy with the whole staff. Jackson, Scott, Shawn, Westin and Don have all been a pleasure to deal with. Hands down you get the best service and turnaround on your boat, even if you didnt purchase it from them. They are very detailed and will advise you of any issues they find, maintenance that needs done or just providing recommendations. Waterski America (and Chris in particular) did a great job on getting my 247 back on the water. There were a staggering number of issues that had piled up over the winter with my boat that needed to be addressed, but they methodically knocked them all out and got the entire boat sorted. Nothing but the best in service and sales. I bought a 2017 Axis A22 and all my questions and concerns were promptly answered or taken care of. The pro shop guys have been very helpful in guiding my purchases so they fit me (beginner) and my kids (intermediate) skills so that we got the most out of our waterboarding and surfing experience.

The words I would use to describe this company and every employee we worked with would be: professional, caring, thorough, knowledgable, friendly, fun, and experienced.We actually bought our boat, which was a used 2015 Malibu VLX, from 2000 miles away. We live in New Hampshire so the transaction all took place on-line and over the phone. So the first bunch of calls and communication were finding out about the boat, getting more detailed pictures, adding in some extras we wanted and cutting a great deal. This was amazing they were so helpful and communicated quickly. We got answers to all our questions and felt confident doing business with them and very happy with the price we paid.When we flew down to see the boat in person, they took us out on the lake where they went through every inch and every feature the boat had to offer and clearly and methodically explained everything in detail. They made sure knew how to run the boat and use all the equipment. Then we got behind the boat to make sure we loved the wake. We spent almost four hours out there.After that, we went back to the shop where they wrapped the boat and prepared it for the long journey home. The service department, like everyone else, made sure this was done to perfection to assue our boat was well protected.We are now home and could not be happier with our experience with Waterski America and all their staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE that is looking for a boat, needing service, or buying equipment and acceories.

5 out of 5 is not enough stars for this place. Ive been looking for months up and down at different boats, dealing with all kinds of salesman. Thinking that I found the one I got into contact with Andrew Roake about the boat. Im from Iowa so its not easy to visit in person, so with that said Andrew did an amazing job looking the boat over up and down for any damages at all and sending them over TXT. We came to an agreement and I made the 12 hour drive 2 days later and was not disappointed when I got there. Andrew did an amazing job looking for any damage as I wouldnt of even noticed most of the tiny scratches that were there just showing how dedicated they are to what they do. Had a couple of the guys jump in while going thru all the controls and what every button does down to how you put the boat in and out of the water all steps top to bottom, they made it a joy to be there and the experience was awesome. As we showed up they were literally trying to hook a truck up to the boat to take us out to show us the boat was solid, unfortunately having to make a 12 hour drive back home that day we declined. Finally got it out and no issues at all just all around best experience for buying anything ever, Andrew knocked it out of the park from the very beginning, I cant say it enough how fun he made the buying experience and how he stayed with me every step of the way even taking my calls on his day off. Dont buy a boat from anywhere but Waterski America.

We had our Supra Launch worked on at the service department and are very impressed. Only reason for the four stars is because I was never called to authorize the work before it was done. Just called to be told how much the bill was. Other than that, the guys are awesome, and the boat performs like new.

I wasnt too impressed with this place. My sister and I were trying to locate a new prop, I was talking to another dealer and getting treated very well. So when I got off the phone, I tried to call back to who she talked with. She didnt remember his name, because he treated her like she didnt know what she was talking about, but they had an Acme 1235 in stock. So I went to get it and Jon Compton took over and took care of me. He made me, one hell of a deal. He knew I was a tad upset, and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate people like Jon. I contacted Todd through the website with questions about a used Malibu and my trade-in value. We traded several emails and phone calls as I live 6 hours away, and he was great about getting me information I needed. We set up to go see the boat yesterday and had a great experience.The shop has a ton of boats in every possible area of the showroom and parking lot, but they do a great job of quickly moving things around. It took about 3 minutes to free up the boat we wanted to see . He put it in the water and spent about 45 minutes showing us all the features. During that time, the service guys replaced the starter on our trade-in and found a few other things that needed to be fixed.They gave us a very fair value for an old boat and a great price on a 2016 Malibu VTX. I have a very happy family and am glad that we went to WSA. Thanks Todd and the whole crew. Well be customers for life.

The place to go in central Texas if you want a Malibu or Axis boat. Excellent service, great pro-shop ... hands down beats the location in Round Rock. Will absolutely travel up to Waterski America even though the other dealership is just 15 minutes away and WSA is 3 hours north. Service is KEY!

Top notch experience all around!Background: My family and I were searching primarily for 2010-2014 247 LSVs (considered 23 LSVs as well).Once we walked into Waterski America we met Rusty and from start to finish we were impressed. He never pushed a specific boat to us. Instead offered very honest feedback about every model/option on and off the lot. Rusty was also keen at listening to what we were looking for and was great at providing accurate and helpful information or options to suit our needs.We ended up deciding on a 2012 247 LSV and he stayed with us the entire way. This included after market add-one, giving us information and time finding a pier (we’re new to the area), and ensuring the boat was ready to go; despite this all happening during their largest boat show. During the first drive, a product that we bought (not theirs) to add to the wakeshaper wasn’t performing as expected. Without hesitation they wanted to fix it before I took the boat off the lot free of charge. Unheard of (or at least rare at best) in today’s market environment.In my experience, Waterski America is operated enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals. And he was very fair in terms of coming up with a great price for my 2017 24 MXZ.But Waterski America really shines the most in their post-purchase service. Scott has been absolutely awesome. He spent 4 plus hours with us on the check-out ride showing us everything on the boat as well as Lake Lewisville. He had many tips that have proved invaluable. And he comes and picks up and delivers your boat for you when normal service is needed and they cant do it at the marina! What excellent service!Finally, I have to mention Greyson in the pro shop who hooked us up with great new gear. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Came all the way up from Austin to buy a wakesetter from these guys!! They have gone above and beyond from day 1. I had an engine problem on a used boat and the motor was out of warranty. I called and spoke to the ownership at WSA and they stepped up to the plate big time. They repaired the problem at no cost and got the boat all cleaned up for me. Its very hard to find this kind of customer service out there. They went that extra mile for me, so I will go that extra mile in future and continue to buy from WSA!!
