Lauren was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Sign up was painless.EDIT: Exit was just as painless as moving in. Lauren remains just as courteous and friendly as ever. As is everyone Ive spoken with here. I wholeheartedly recommend Securelock Vista Ridge. You wont find better.

All I have to say is wow!! The customer service Lauren Newman provided was not only outstanding but she made me feel like home and gave me the confidence to know I made the right choice by coming to Securlock!! I had just left CubeSmart and felt like I had walked into a car dealership where I was constantly being told to pay more and buy there insurance when my homeowner clearly covers what they were trying to push me into buying. Lauren not only made me feel better about my decision to come to Securlock but she also showed me why they are so much better as a company based on her amazing customer service she provided to me as well. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody simply because the employees take good care of there customers!!

Michael at Securlock was amazingly helpful in telling us what we needed for storage, and even recommended ways to help keep the cost down. That kind of service is rare. The rates here are extremely competitive which the other 2 companies we checked with and HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing storage!

Ive been to a lot of storage facilities and Ive never experienced such great customer service in my life witch I truly appreciate.

After reading some reviews here, I called them up and within one hour I had already made my first haul to my new climate controlled bin. Dan, in the office, was very friendly and fast with signing me up and showing me my new bin and helpful in answering all my questions. Im very happy with everything so far. The grounds are very clean and all the controls are very modern and cameras everywhere. I feel very secure in this location.

The facility is excellent and the prices are great. Sarah was professional, efficient, and courteous. The sign up process was easy and quick.

Good convenient location and great helpful employees working there. They worked with me when I had to upgrade to a larger unit. The storage units are in good clean condition. Like their name, this place is secure. I would recommend them to everyone.

Not a good experience. When I told the manager that I wasn’t going to take the unit after seeing it she was rude. This kind of response from anyone in Customer service is unacceptable.

Paid more for air conditioning units... keeping the air on 80 degrees in the middle of Texas heat is NOT air-conditioning
