Ok heres the deal: I had a phenomenal experience with this shop last weekend. Shop manager Bobby was professional, clear, thorough, and honest with his dealings. The team diagnosed the problem and got me out the door promptly. And the quality of their work is impeccable. Here is the bottom line: I live 1.5 hours away-- and I will be bringing my car(s) back to this shop until they tell me Im not welcome anymore. 5 stars. To Bobby & team -- thank you.

I had to have my car serviced and towed. MR. TIRE Manager Zena was very accomodating. I had to get a new starter, then an alternator. Now I believe something is going wrong with my wheel bearing. I have been at this place all week. They have been booked and busy but still made time to get me in. I believe they are fair, accurate, and great service. Most of all friendly. Was visiting the area when on the way down my gas tank heat shield fell partially off. The car was making a terrible noise at stops. Mr. Tire in Lexington Park, MD was the only place open on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend. The manager took me in within 20 minutes and the tech ( I wish I remembered both their names) brought the car in and semi permanently fixed it. I drove it the 2.5 hours home without issue. They didnt need to help me but went above and beyond. They didnt even charge me. Class act in that store. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Tires has over charged my family costly amounts of money. My brother and mother has been ripped off in buying tires from that has popped in 30 days. they also refused to replace the tire because it was a day after 1 day of a supposed warranty that wasnt never mention. this place has made constant mistake with my family vehicles. they also disrespected other mechanics for bad jobs but failed to do their jobs properly. so as of today my family will no longer be doing business with Mr. Tires. They have failed in the motto that the customer come first when supply great customer service.

My tire replacement and oil service was performed without issue and in a timely manner.

Service was great at first everything went smooth. The following day I realized they dented my front bumper. Refused to resolve the situation. Would not recommend.

This Mr. Tire is far better than the prince frederick location. If you need service and the Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick is giving you the run around. Come here. There was some confusion around ordering my tires, but I understand that supply lines are stressed in these times due to just in time production lines.

The manager Rick is a really nice guy. There was a mix up with my order and he immediately took care of it and got me rescheduled right away. Work was done in a reasonable time and manner. He even gave suggestions to my services so I wouldn’t have to dish out more money in the future for something unnecessary.

Had a hole in my tire to close to the sidewall, Rick was professional,patient, gave me all the available options and didnt push! I asked to order a new tire he had it in by noon next day. In and out within an hour. Highly recommend! Will be back.

Nearly killed me.Terrible from the beginning. Ive done multiple transactions with this company (tire replacement, repairs, and alignments) however this last experience was the worst. I arrived at 730 form my 8 am appointment for an alignment. A technician arrives at 736 and has to open the shop despite the open sign illuminated and the business hours showing an open time at 730. The manager Zena (SP) arrives about 10 minutes after that. I was going to have and additional service completed (a accessory belt replaced as preventative maintenance) and I was quoted an astronomical price. Zena insisted Mr. Tire expected her to charge even more but she rather circumvent policy and only charge at cost. Also, they werent going to replace the tensioner instead keep the old one on there and still charge more than 4 times the amount of a simple belt. I declined the service. It should have been my warning to not do business but I needed the alignment. I leave them with my vehicle and call back about 2.5 hours later and the car was still not even looked at yet. Zena says that there is a car on the alignment machine from the night prior to and they havent had a chance to get to mine yet (despite now being nearly 3 hours away from appointment time and the first one there that day). When I finally get to retrieve my car It has oily hand prints on my door handle and near my window as well as the beige fabric on the inside. I pay, take my vehicle and head home. The next day I drive it to work (90 miles from home) and about 45 miles into my trip I receive a steering fault indicator. I immediately call and speak to Zena. She insists it had nothing to do with the alignment but agreed to look at it if I returned to the shop. After parking the power steering failed completely and I was forced to drive back (90 miles) with absolutely no power steering. I returned to the shop and the original tech used the scan tool to determine what codes were displayed and was so perplexed at the problem he had to get a more senior tech. That gentleman comes out and tells the previous tech and myself that after the alignment the steering sensor had to be calibrated and sometimes the machine tells techs to do it and sometimes it doesnt. However, he appeared to fix the problem as the steering worked again directly after hitting calibrate button on his scan device. I had a concern that because I was forced to drive he vehicle for so long while forcing this bound up motor to turn the vehicle, if now the steering rack had been potentially damaged. I expressed that the damage should be covered by Mr. Tire as a seemingly simple procedure that had been over looked due to negligence had nearly cost me not only my vehicle but also potentially my life or the lives of others. After quite a bit of back and forth with Zena she finally agreed that if there were damages directly related to this incident they would take care of it. (calls are supposedly recorded). Today while driving, the steering then fails AGAIN! We call the shop once again and speak to a different person who says Zena is off and he can only recommend taking it a dealership at this point. Refused to help or even call Zena for details as to honor her word on taking care of this.Bottom line this store has a reputation of being unprofessional (even speaking with previous managers like Rick, who was fantastic, during previous visits who would disclose how techs would just not show up forcing them to be severely undermanned ). The techs are not certified mechanics and clearly arent even versed on their own equipment. A simple procedure that was over looked has left me stranded, stressed and in danger and possibly ruined my electronic steering rack. I am having it diagnosed by a Ford dealership and will be contacting Mr. Tire corporate for further assistance. ZERO STARS if I could

Rick is by far the best manager they have had at this location. I hope I am not doing myself harm by saying this as I dont want him to be moved someplace else! I have many vehicles, today he has put tires on all of them! That translates to several thousands of dollars. Needless to say I would not frequent a place and spend that type of money there if I did not feel like I was getting a good value for my money. Good products, good service and you are respected. Same day quick service but price for 1 tire and labor was excessive

Good service and wasnt happy to have to buy a new tire but long nails that go into tread at bad angle and cut tread and make them unsafe to use. Everyone there are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and do good work, thanks.

The manager Rick and his team got my SUVs oil change done super fast (within the hour!) even though I was late for my appointment! It was awesome they were still able to fit me and happy to do it.

Thanks to Zena and the rest of the team, I will return to get service again.

Don’t bring you car here!!! The cashier is rude, very unprofessional, and unpleasant. He is going to try to over charge you for services not needed. He tried to charge me for rotors that were not necessary. I got Several other car maintenance shops and was told multiple times that my rotors did not need replacing at all. Also as stated by the other people he became very angry( confrontational argumentative) Because I said just complete the oil change for now. and He said I was suppose to be charged $90 for a standard Dodge vehicle oil change. Disappointed, dishonest not going there again!!!! Be aware of overcharging!!! Buyers Beware!!!!

I had originally made an appointment for Saturday but turned out to have time for a tire change on Friday. I called Friday morning and spoke to Sabrina and she checked the schedule and was able to get me in that day! They had my car done with all new tires sooner than I was expecting! Left front wheel damaged by Lex Park Ford service person Nov 2019 vibration and noise. Mr Tire repaired promptly with favorable results. However was ripped for right wheel repairs on new pad 12mm. Corporate says pads replaced in pairs. 1200.00 stimulus paid costs. Feel I should be refunded costs of right wheel work. Working with Lex Park Ford for what worker damages caused last Nov.

I have been getting my oil changed at this location on and off for over 8 years and i have never had an experience as bad as i had today. The Manager Rick was very unpleasant and when i asked to speak with another manager i was told that there are no others. I took my car in for an 11:30 appointment and when i called at around 2 to find out if my car was ready i was told that they had gotten backed up and would call when it was ready. This was fine however i received a call back a few min later from the manager rick to say that when they put my car on the lift a power steering leak had been discovered. I told him that i would figure out what to do about that and to just change the oil. I called back because i wanted to know what happened because my vehicle didnt have these issues when i dropped it off. He got rude and said that he would talk to me when i got there. When i arrived to pick up my car i asked if it was an internal leak or a hose. Rick stated that he was done answering my questions and i could pay my bill and leave. My car was parked at the establishment next door not even at Mr Tiee where there was plenty of parking. I will never get service from this location again and maybe the establishment. Very disappointed.

Mr. Tire is always my go-to place for oil changes. Rick helped me at the counter and was very nice and proficient. He made sure to call and update me as my vehicle was being worked on and to let me know when it was ready. I didn’t have to wait long at all for my vehicle to be done.

Service is good. I usually go to dealerships for everything car related but this was closer to home. I just needed a tire patch plug which is better than a plug. Another shop nearby only does plugs. (Why would you not offer the better method?) They also did a basic inspection. My car is 2 years old so they found nothing and the repair was simple. One minor complaint; one of my factory painted wheels was lightly scratched probably when the tire was getting re-mounted/beaded. Its not worth the trouble to get fixed since its minor and cosmetic But I purchased my car new. So, I dont recommend taking a nice or newer car here.

Just had a wonderful customer service experience at the Lexington Park location. The manager Rick Purnell the manager was so nice, and helpful. It’s nice to have great customer service now a-days. Please go see him.

My car was vibrating and producing a much louder exhaust noise suddenly this past week, and I decided to check and see if Mr. Tire could take a look at it and diagnose the issue. After bringing in the car and waiting for twenty minutes, I knew what was wrong with the car and they started to see if they could source a replacement part. Their initial estimate was that they would have the part in the following day, but after a few more calls they were able to get the part in within the next fifteen minutes! I was able to drive my car away within an hour of bringing the car to have it inspected. Everyone that was there that night was kind and helpful. (Michelle helped me initially over the phone and when I dropped off my car, but sadly I forgot to get everyone elses names. They were all excellent though!) Ill be certain to head back to Mr. Tire the next time something comes up with my car.

Mr tire in Lexington Park rocks. They were the only one in the county who would fix my lawn tractor rear tire. I went to 3 other tire stores in California md, and none would fix. Came here to Mr.Tire in Lexington Park, for a new tire because my sidewall was damaged. The General Manger Sabrina was top notch she was very quick to answer any question i had and was a warm welcoming friendly face coming into a business were its men ran and most places like that do not respect women they like to low ball you and tell you all this stuff is wrong with the car so you have to pay more $$$. With the Manger Sabrina here in the Lexington park Mr. Tire i will def. be a repeat customer she never disrespected me and was completely honest !!!!

Tires and an oil change. When the gave me a quote, the neglected to add in the $60 in fees for mounting the tires.

Mr. Tire of Lexington Park is open on weekends and was able to service my car the same day. I’ve been to this particular station three times and has always had me in and out in record time. I prefer this over my dealership that has let me down on numerous occasions.

Had a problem with my car overheating on Sunday afternoon on my way home to VA. Spoke to the gentlemen at Mr. Tire about bringing the car in the following morning. They were able to work me in and get me on my way very quickly. Very courteous and professional; went the extra mile.
