I called a few places to get info & pricing for storage. When I called Bradley Road Storage, I spoke to Mario. Mario was so pleasant, very thorough and patient with all my questions. Later that day I went in person to check out the unit. Mario was professional, knew his info and was very helpful. I wish other customer service people in general were as good as Mario.

We looked into three storage units in the Green Oaks/Libertyville area. We chose Bradley because right off the bat someone answered the phone, they knew the prices and the availability right away - they even accommodated us the same day. They are affordable and have month to month contracts. The location is close to 294, the facilities are clean, very convenient, and their staff is amazing!!!!! I would highly recommend Bradley Road Storage!

Pleased with the easy access, and the cleanliness and good condition of the property and my unit. The place is HUGE so some units may be a long distance from the loading bay area, but mine is fine. My only complaint is that my rent has crept up faster and higher than I would prefer, but it isnt yet bad enough to motivate me to look elsewhere.

The facility is a little rough, but the young man working there (Eric) was such a pleasant person to deal with. He was great and went out of his way to help me.

Professionally managed. Prompt, efficient and courteous service. Modern facilities. Easy access. Climate controlled. Clean. Would recommend this location to anyone shopping for storage space. Plenty of options and sizes.

Dont use them if you want to avoid a horrible experience. They blew our appointment off twice by not showing up. They didnt have their hours correct when I tried to confirm with the main office, and the place looked like a dump with rat traps placed all over. They even mentioned how their climate control system wasnt working and how it had been broken for some time. Use metro self storage or uhaul down the street instead. Ive even included a photo of their actual office hours so you wont waist your time getting told the wrong hours from their website or emails.

Great rates, lots n lots of space. A little confusing at first but I know my way now.Staff is super friendly and helpful. They would get 5 stars if the bathrooms were clean.

This place rocks! We found a storage space near home but its was like the Third Reich of storage spaces-would literally put your stuff at auction if you were 3 days late, reserved the right to raise your already-too-high-for the outdoor space filled with rodent poison with no reason, etc. So when I found this place online and read the deals I was super skeptical. But this place is exactly what you want in a storage space-clean, safe, INDOOR (not sure how climate controlled but-you are hidden from the elements as you unload your vehicle) and affordable. Like everyone else they want you insured but offer you cheap insurance and a discount if you sign up for auto pay. The monthly rate reasonable, the place clean, the people friends, free lock-we love it. No hidden bs, they tell you right upfront and you get the 1st month pretty much for nothing! All different size units, close to the expressway-its worth us driving a few extra miles for our rarely-needed stuff in storage! Highly recommend and will totally refer!

The general manager Jen made our storage experience such a delight. The staff was helpful and truly went above and beyond our expectations. Jen helped us break down boxes and dispose of them. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend. Thanks again for all your help

Zero customer service! Nobody in the office and nobody answers the phone at this location. All calls go to a service center and nobody from the location ever returns my calls. Even complaints go unanswered. Time to find another storage site...bye!

The general manager is great, the price is affordable, and the lockers are spacious. Extremely happy with the service, location, and amenities! Ask for Mary, she is excellent!

Worst customer service! Never can get a hold of office staff. They locked my account because they stopped taking my automatic withdrawal from my account, with out notifying me. I have called several times to try to figure out what’s going on and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have a bunch of baby stuff in my until for my upcoming baby. I need to get the stuff, specially my car seat) out of there and cannot access unit because no one is ever in the office.

This place is terrible! Makes me wonder about the other reviews. They charge fees when just trying to make payments to pay your bill unless you dial the manager directly. This is very frustrating. Call and no one answers during business hours. This place is poorly run. Have used them for several months and the rates have changed TWICE! Worst storage experience ever.

Mary was incredibly helpful! Renting a space was quick and easy and she gave great tips to keep furniture/clothes from getting dusty/smelly over time

Ive been helping my mom move to this storage for the last week I cant believe what she pays for this dump place the hallway was wet from a leaking roof and then someone next to us was moving out because there stuff had got wet there heating and cooling system doesnt work dont waste your time
