The place is super clean. Staff is super friendly. They have an alarm system so if people try to break into your unit, the alarm goes off. You get a code to access your unit.

This is a very nice and friendly place. The people there are helpful, well the few times I have gone in the office. This storage place is all indoor and climate control. It also have an alarm for every unit, so it monitor hiw many time your storage unit has been opened. You only have access until 10pm but access starts at 5am. Close to highway which is very nice. I gave it a 4 star because its not 24hrs access and it has no drive up storage units. Depending where your unit is located you may have to play the maze game to get to it.

Greg Williams, argumentative, unkind, jerk. Too many options to choose from that have far better customer service. I pulled truck in to return, in the spot marked Uhaul truck, and without even as much as a hello, was told “ thats not where you return trucks” i had just moved the entire contents of my deceased mothers home over the course of a week. “ I didn’t know so i parked where closest to the door for you . “ Theres a sign he said thats right out, didnt you see it? I obviously didn’t see it or I would have moved it 50 feet over into a non designated parking spot.No smile no hello no how was everything. Nothing but blank rude behavior. Then he challenged me on pricing. FORTUNATELY i took a screenshot of what i was quoted. No apology for his mistake mo thank you no have a nice day. I would rent from ANYWHERE else but here. I tried to leave one star but app wouldn’t allow .

I like this place because it is indoors, climate controlled and reasonably priced for what it offers. I even like the fact that the storage units has alarms. Great choice for this season. The only issue I have had since being there was fired. Outside of that, everything is good to go!

Clean and nice place. The computers were down when I returned the track. Got the receipt next day. All good 👍

This is is completely incompetent! I reserved a 26 truck weeks in advance of moving. I called one week out to confirm. I spoke to the same man on both occasions. He initially told me that I may not be able to pick the truck up at this location but at a location nearby. So I called a week out to find out which location, and confirm. He told me he would call me the day prior. I never heard a word. I called multiple times the day prior and no one ever answered the phone. So I drove to the location in person. At that point, I was told I did not have a reservation and they couldnt take reservations of any kind for two weeks.

At first, I questioned indoor access to a storage space working for us but its been very convenient to load or unload in their dock.

Excellent supply of moving supplies and can get one-way trucks. Recommend. Most places will only be able to get round trip vehicles.

It is very hard to come across an equipment rental place where everything goes smoothly. That being said, I had a reservation to rent a 6x12 trailer for a one-way rental from here to Dallas. The place who had my reservation tested my vehicle and said everything was good to go. Sure enough, the day I move to Dallas, the uhaul dealer said the lights don’t work and there’s were no other trailers or trucks for rent. They didn’t even check their computers for any places near by.I came to this uhaul location because I didn’t know what else to do but start checking all the rental places in my area. This location not only diagnosed the problem with my vehicles lights and gave some insight on how to fix it, but he also went above and beyond and found a uhaul truck for me within a 20 min drive. Very professional and caring staff. They saved me a great deal of hardship by pulling through for me last minute.

Its cleaner than my house!

A bunch of the old folks got let go from when I went and the new manager hired on his fiance and some kids and then let the place go. Dont go to this location if you can avoid it.

Not bad renting was fast and painless

After being charged, the website gave me a 4 character password to the key compartment, but the actual compartment required 3 digits as password. No attendant was present and it took 40 minutes to reach customer service
