Ive been a long time renter (since 2018) and staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very pleased with my experience at Life Storage Libertyville. Staff was always polite, friendly and helpful. Immediately fixed a burned out light bulb outside my unit. All ground level units with drive in access. Carts always available. Clean, conveniently located facility. Definitely recommend. Will use them again in the future if the need arises. Dealing with start up and vacate paperwork was simple, online, easy to change.

When Covid hit and we had to move my daughter out her dorm with very little notice, we discovered Life Storage. The facility is very clean and secure. The helpful staff made our stressful situation so smooth. Fast forward 10 long months, my daughter returned to campus. Once again, the reverse process was easy. Hopefully we won’t be needing them again until May. They have earned a repeat customer, for sure!

On top of that, I continue to be impressed by the buildings cleanliness and I love the late night access. I never expected to have such a positive storage experience!!!

This company has gone down hill over the past few years. I have been a client for over 10 years, they continue to raise your rates without adding any other benefits. They tell you your rent is due on the first but their contract says it’s due over the course of 3 days, whenever they feel like charging you. Cement floors are crumbling creating dirt and dust. I’m moving my contents to a different storage place with better service and a company who values their customers.Don’t rent from this company.

I come to Life Storage for their service of accepting papers that need shredding They deal with a company called Secure Document Solutions for document destruction. Life Storage does a wonderful job securing the documents in a locked storage unit until pickup from Document Solutions. You can buy inexpensive empty file boxes from Life Storage for your papers, and then are only charged $13 per each box to be shredded. Much less expensive than businesses that shred per pound. I will always come here for this purpose. Facility is clean, and personnel are friendly and top notch.

I evaluated a lot of different storage facilities and Life Storage has the most clean storage units, strong on-site management and features to protect our belongings. I am very satisfied after renting for the first 3 months. I recently stopped in to check on my things and I found everything in perfect order. The management team even remembered who I was and treated me very professionally. This is an excellent facility!

I took a chance to visit and just check the place out. I saw their pictures and pricing online and I just thought it was too good to be true. Low and behold, after meeting Barb and the tour she took me through, I was very impressed. I ended up signing up! Barb was beyond helpful and explained everything step by step! A few days later, Marc happened to help me with renting their moving truck. Again, explained everything throughly and I felt more confident being able to get it done in one day.
