I did not purchase anything. The employees was very professional and very helpful they did not have the product that I was looking for but I received the same type of professional service that I would have if I had purchased something....

Wish I could give zero starsWorst store I’ve ever been to in my life my sister spent over $90 in this store and they made her empty her bags and pockets after she payed for her products he held her bag of products hostage behind the counter and blocked her (the two workers) because they thought because she was black that she must have been stealing . Very unprofessional (the Chinese owner and two young lady workers) I will never ever be stepping foot back in there. And if I were you I wouldn’t either. The very Moment my sister walked in they were following her and On Top of that owner didn’t fully look at camera before making her empty her bags and pockets. The he proceeded to racially profiling her. Police were involved and everything so do your self a favor and don’t go here. I hope they shut down this “establishment” down because this place is a disgrace.

Very bad customer service..... the employee I dealt with seemed annoyed when I asked for various wig styles..... guess she just wanted an easy day where she could stand at the register and do absolutely nothing.....

Always a pleasure when dealing with the owner or the women working there. All are knowledgeable about hair care products. The employees provide a very friendly and welcoming environment. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be returning. =)

Ive only had great experiences here. I moved to the area a bit ago and have been exploring the area and stumbled across this place. Ive talked to him a bit and saw the way he interacts with his customers, hes super nice.To the person who rated one star, I can see by your comment that youre massively ignorant and that your experience was probably terrible because of that. Our experiences with people are always two-sided, its also what you make it.Every Asian person on Earth is not Chinese, and neither is he. Hes Korean.
