The People at discount Tire Lindon are amazing! Quinn and his team addressed all of my concerns in regards to my tires and acted promptly! They were really busy but answered all of my questions clearly and got my car in and out really quickly and did an amazing job! And had amazing attitudes about it even though they were so busy. Discount Tires in Lindon is the best tire shop I have ever dealt with. I’ve been getting my tires from them ever since my first visit and never disappointed me. It has always been a wonderful experience. Chris is fantastic and has helped me resolved any issues quickly and effectively. Tire prices have always been very competitive and the service unmatched. They taken care of any flats, rotation and re balancing needed immediately. Just at like any place that’s known for being well priced and provides great service the wait can be a little long, being able to drop off the car with them helps; today I couldn’t and they manage to get me in and out quickly!

I got a flat, and they didnt have the tire I needed so they said they had to get one from another location. So I had to wait a day, came back the next morning. They explained to me that theyre still getting it in but that as soon as it arrives they will put the new tire on. I waited maybe 15-20 minutes and it was done. And no joke, because they, in their words, took so long they gave me a major discount. Like, a MAJOR discount! That was awesome! Just wanted to show some appreciation, so Im leaving this five star review 😊

I had been to and called 3 other tire repair shops who said they couldn’t help me or had crazy prices and wait times. They were so nice and friendly on the phone and as I walked in the door grabbed all the info to get started right away. Although original tires are not from their shop still offered to repair the flat for free if it didn’t need a new tire. Highly recommend!

I noticed my tire pressure was low on my way to work so I stopped by Discount Tire to get it filled. I mentioned that this had happened recently and so the worker took a look and found a nail had been dug into my tire causing a slow leak. They offered to fix it for free and the repair only took 30 minutes making me only an hour late for work. I would recommend this place to anyone with tire problems. They are efficient and good at what they do.

One of the employees, probably some newbie, yanked waaaay too hard upwards on my shifter, destroying the plastic clip that is essential to move the car in and out of gear. As a result, I had to pay over $1000 out of pocket to have this repaired, and Ive since filed a BBB claim with a civil suit soon to come. I would HIGHLY recommend you drive the extra few minutes down to Orem, or to another Discount store in general, where they will treat your vehicle with more respect.

I can’t give Discount Tires in Orem or any location for that matter enough credit. They go above and beyond and make you feel like value customer especially when they are busy or less busy. Looking for new tires or keeping the tires you purchased elsewhere in working order to get the most out of your tire. They can help you. Clean, social distanced, mask optional, friendly staff. Had to have new tires put on, took approximately one hour and 20 min. Nice to be able to make an appointment and not have to wait a long time or keep trying back. I have also been through to just get a low tire aired up. The air tire spot is in a difficult spotfor big truck; but it works

Fix a flat for free? Youll find similar reviews to mine.My wife went in to get a flat fixed. After a long wait they came in and told her it wasnt repairable and if they tried they would do more harm than good. Proceeded to pitch her that she needed a new set. I called BS made them put back on the tire and had her drive home. I took it too another shop and was told they have people from discount come there all the time for the same issue. They then fixed my tire and I was on my way.Feel terrible for all the people they lie to and they buy new tires because they offer free flat repair.Taking my business elsewhere.

I was driving on the freeway and had low air in one tire. I stopped by this discount tire to get air. I apologized that I didn’t have discount tires on my vehicle and Sam was very friendly and cordial and told me with a smile that it didn’t matter. He would absolutely take care of my vehicle. I came to this location today because of a low tire. It turned out that I had a nail in the tire. They were so quick to get me in and repair the tire. They let me stay in the car the whole time (so nice with kids), and couldnt have been nicer or more professional. We have purchased tires here in the past and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend.

I went to get my tires rotated and air pressure adjusted. It’s a free service!I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t try to up sell me on replacing my tires... I don’t drive too much, so shouldn’t need to replace them yet, but I was betting that they’d try to pitch new tires to me. They didn’t though! Good for them.

Although these guys took care of my blown tire just as they were closing.They did not seem pleased to get a new customer, and they were very slow getting to me initially.Overall I probably will not return to this store based on this experience.One smiling face would have made all the difference.

Disappointing experience. I have 4 vehicles I take here to get tires. I’m in there yearly spending about a grand every time. So I’m in this morning and I’m standing there with one guy in front of me, then just me for, almost 20 minutes. One guy is on the phone the whole time the other guy seems to be in and out on the phone fiddling at the computer, almost like he is oblivious to customers waiting there. Then finally when he gets around to helping me he’s very complacent with a could care less attitude. Tells me it’ll be 2-3 hours.... almost like, I’m telling you this because we really don’t want to do the job. So I went to another dealer. Their laissez-faire attitude lost my business.

I went in to just get my tires rotated and balanced and the staff was just incredibly helpful and friendly! I cant remember his name but the guy who helped me showed me one of my wheels was slightly bent that I had no idea about and we looked at what some new ones would cost. They were super quick to get me in and out and let me know everything going on with my wheels and tires! Id definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Chris was very professional and helpful. He came outside and measured my tread to ensure that I really needed new tires. He then showed me several different options for tires almost all of which were less expensive than other tire shops I went to. Not only did he show me the options but he showed me the pros and cons and ratings of each tire. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars by coming here. For tire needs, Discount Tire is the best. Will definitely recommend.

Not very happy I had to pay for an air pressure sensor. I went and bought a set of 4 new tires and they installed them and damaged one of the sensors themselves. They should be more careful when installing the tires

My experience here was a joke at best. I had made sure to call hours ahead and make a appointment at a reserved time. Once I arrived I had to wait in line 15 minutes before being helped. I then proceeded to sit and wait an hour before my car was even looked at. Also as I watched them pulling my car in their driving seemed rather recklessly making sudden fast accelerations and stops. After it was looked at the found a nail and was able to fix the tire so I guess that went well.On top of it all they failed to use the jack points on my car like I had informed them about and provided in the car. Not using this left a permanent scratch on the underside of my car from the jack. Not using these points can cause major expensive damage to my car and battery which is located on the underside of the car.The associates at this location seem nice but definitely are bias towards those people/clients they know. Taking time to talk to them and make small talk instead of helping other customers whove been waiting in line for quite some time.Overall a poor experience and a waste of time. If recommend going somewhere that treats all their customers equally and honor their appointment times.

Waited in line to separate times for about a half an hour each time for an air pressure check. Finally pulled up for my turn after my second trip and was told I was out of luck because they had other things to do. Purchased the tires at the same location but will gladly drive an extra half an hour out of my way to not have to go there again

Glad I took my new car here to get an opinion on whether I needed winter tires. The nice man was honest that I didn’t this season and the car had come with great winter tires but that I should come back next year as they wear. After this honest service I will be back next year.

Best auto experience I’ve ever had. No up-sell, they were honest and friendly and quick. I got two highly rated truck tires for a great deal, and since only one was in stock, they drove at their own cost to another location to get the second for me. Whole repair took 25 min. Sorry Costco tire, but this is my new tire pro!

Seriously some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have helped me with nail holes in my tires for free and when I got new tires from them and the balance was off, they fixed it for me 2 months later when I went back in for free, no questions asked!

Excellent service, Chris order tires for me on Monday and they were supposed to be here Friday. They ended up not being on the truck, but that happens in the auto industry sometimes. Chris drove an hour and a half to make sure my all season tires were here on time for my appointment with them on Saturday. True service is requires sacrifice and that is what the staff at discount tire has shown to me. I am super grateful for them and making those sacrifices to make it a great experience and provide great service.

Went in for new tires and asked them to check my tpms and they said all the sensors where fine and as soon as I got in my car I had a fault light again.

I have always loved Discount Tire but today was a terrible experience. First, they were supposed to have our tires in on Monday. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:00. They told us it would take about an hr to put the tires on. I decided to call before my wife drove down. They then told me the tires werent there yet. I understand that these things happen, although I would have expected them to call and not leave it up to me to verify this. We set a appointment for the next day at 12:30. My wife did show up 10 min late (I know this because I was on the phone with her). They were busy and had a long line so she had to wait in line for another 10 min before getting to the front. When she got up there, she was told that she was too late for her appointment and would be put in the queue. I called up to ask why this was happening and got told that she was over 30 min late. When I mentioned that I knew she wasnt, they told me that even though they are slammed and helping many customers, he managed to look at his watch the moment my wife walked in. And supposedly remembered the exact minute, with a store full of customers. From the time she walked in until the time she left she was there for over 2 hrs with a toddler. I have used discount tires for years (20+) and even talked my wife into us going there even though she wanted to go to Big-O-Tires instead. Since we already had the tires ordered, they will get our business this day, but I think this will be the last time that we use a discount tires.Update: So we looked at our car this morning (the day after the appt) and this picture is what we found. The cap on the wheel is missing. Which means it either wasnt put on tight by Discount Tire, or it wasnt put back on at all. The car was driven straight home after the appointment and not driven since. We will see if they take care of it........

Bought four new tires at the Lindon store. Went back at the 5K mile mark to get the tires rotated. Drove to Spanish Fork and back home and one of the hub caps was missing. Went back to the store and asked if maybe they didnt put the hub cap back on. They searched the store and came up empty. They told me the hub caps dont come off because their are many clips to hold the hub cap onto the rim. That is true, if the hub cap is put on properly at the time. They took my number and said they would get another and call me. After five days... no call. Ordered another off of Ebay and installed it. They have great service when you purchase tires and take your money but their customer service SUCKS after that. All this over a $25 dollar hub cap. Been patronizing them for years. Will not be going back.

Had a flat caused by a decent sized nail in my tire. Brought my car in and was helped out extremely quickly which was great. The employees said they were skeptical about them being able to patch the tire and I might have to buy a new set. After sitting for an hour, my car came out of the garage, spare still on - all I was told was that they couldnt patch it and they handed me my keys. I awkwardly waited around for someone to help me again since I needed some sort of long term tire solution. After waiting again for help they put me through a sales pitch of buying a new set of tires costing me $450 - $900. Feeling frustrated and skeptical, I left and went home only to notice that my flat tire (which was sitting in my trunk), had been taken off the rim and was now missing the valve cap. I spent two hours waiting around only to be told that I need an entire new set of tires.Fast forward a day, I bring the tire into Rockys Tire Pro. They take one look at the tire and tell me Im going to be fine. They patched the tire, put it back on the rim, swapped out the spare and had me back on the road in 40 minutes. They didnt even charge me a cent. Went from a $500 dollar solution to one that was free.I am extremely willing to spend money on my car, but you have got to be honest with me. These people are not honest and are only worried about selling you more tires. Extremely disappointed with my experience - safe to say I wont ever be returning to a Discount Tire.

I have always been pleased with my service at Discount Tire. I was just here Saturday for a tire rotation and pressure check. The service was quick, friendly, and informative. The lobby was clean and had plenty of seating while I waited for my car to be serviced. Service was free since I purchased my tires at a Discount Tire location. One of the technicians did yell while another technician pulled a car in which was alarming. I think it was in jest (might not have been) which was probably in poor taste but I can understand the desire to entertain yourself while at work.

These guys are great! Several years ago I bought a mustang and came in here when it first snowed because my car was completely unsafe in the snow. The salesman totally did an amazing job recommending the right tires for me. So I now go back whenever I need new tires, because I know I can trust their recommendations.

Wow Cris and Discount Tire were AWESOME . Cris greeted us with a smile and a great happy attitude made my day. I showed up 15 minutes early before my appointment. They had the car in the shop rotated checked the balance, Air and leaks in the tires before my 9:00 appointment they were done. This was also on a Saturday quick, efficient happy service. We love discount tire! We always go here for our tire needs. Theyre prices are competitive, we love the credit card option of putting the purchase on and then having 6 months to pay it off with zero interest (just make sure you pay it off in 6 month!) and we ALWAYS put their insurance plan on all our tires, its saved us hundreds! The employees at the Lindon center are fabulous and always treat us like family.

I love Discount Tire in general, but this particular locating seems to be thing, some of which should be part of buying tires. There is no soda machine, just a stark waiting room without even a good magazine to read. I have had mote satisfactory experiences at other locations.

Ive been a Discount Tire customer for years now but today they earned a 5 star review from me. I blew a tire on the freeway one exit before the discount tire store at 6pm, which is when they close. I made a phone call asking if they would stay open for 10 min so I could switch to my dummy tire and get to the store. When I got there I could tell they were getting ready to close up but they replaced my tire in 15 min and had me on my way! Blowing a tire can ruin a day pretty quick, but they made it painless! Way to go Discount!

I love this place! I’ve gotten new tires here twice and they’ve always been affordable and great quality. I was helped by Lalio and he was very informative, kind and I was able to get new tires within 45 minutes of walking in!

Second time Ive gone to this location, been quoted 20-30min for a service and it has taken well over an hour. Went out at the hour mark to find them standing talking and hadnt started on the other 2 tires. Finished them in about 10 minutes when they saw me watching them. Liars and time wasters. I have been buying tires from Discount Tire (mostly this location for over 10 years), do your self a favor and go to a different location. In the last several years this location has gone down hill. Often the attitude of the staff is completely unprofessional and the service I have received recently has been sub par. They scratched all 4 wheels on my Jeep when I had them replace my tires. As well as a poor balance left my Jeep with a shake. I had to return multiple times to get everything rectified. Everytime I come to this location it is a gamble if the employee I am dealing with is going to be helpful. Chris is especially rude.

Was told I had a three hour wait time but could not come back 2.5 hours later to get my tires serviced. This is after waiting in line 20m to talk to someone. These guys don’t know how to treat their customers right.

I was a walk in with a low tire. They werent to busy so it was pulled in right away. They fixed the flat and fixed the tire pressure sensor. Very friendly and polite. Didnt charge me a thing for the work, this is why I buy all my tires from this company, they dont nickel and dime people. They understand that taking care of people will earn them future costomers.

Usually have pretty good experiences at other locations. Come in with a leaky tire. Tech somehow missed the 1 long crack in my wheel that was the source of the leak. Little disappointed. Usually great service otherwise.

Discount tire personnel are very professional, knowladgable, courteous and thorough. My tire kept going flat but I could not find a nail or screw. They ran their tests and found that the tire wasnt sealing correctly on the wheel. Not a long wait and well worth the wait I had.
