Had me in and out quick. Regular oil change, best bang for your buck for sure as long as youre okay waiting a little bit

Upset I went there. The last time I went to Walmart for an oil change was years ago and there wasn’t any oil on the dip stick. I checked it before I left this Lindon location. They put over 2 quarts in it to get it at the right level. This time was worse unfortunately. When I arrived no one was there. It took 2 hours and 15 mins to do an oil change. The dude that started it bailed for lunch and they couldn’t get the skid plate back on. They lost a bolt for it and blamed whoever did it before. I doubt it was the dealer as they are the only ones to have ever changed to oil. I asked if I could help and they had the bolts in the wrong places for the skid plate. Makes it easier to have one person disassemble and reassemble parts. I really just don’t trust Walmart to do simple services on cars. Take it to a oil change place or the dealer. Wish I would have or just done it myself.

They werent the best this time. They barely acknowledged me. Didnt tell me anything on my car or what they did. Then check out was horrible waited 15 min before someone would help me. Then when they did nothing. NOT IMPRESSED SORRY I KNOW IM A GIRL BUT YOU SHOULD HELP THANKS FOR LISTENING

Very impressed with this Lindon Walmart auto team!! Jay & Canyon were so knowledgeable & did a perfect, thorough job! I had a car full of young kids ready to go when my car alerted me that one tire had almost half the air of the others-worst feeling! In a hurry to meet up with family & with the closest gas stations air pumps out of order, I swung by this Walmart. They were closed & online said closed so as a last resort I called in & they answered right away saying they were closed but that they could still help me!! Right away the entire team came out & got started. They found a nail & a slit & completely fixed both in around 20min for only $16 (& wouldn’t accept a tip!) Amazing service & example of putting the customer first!! THANK YOU!

Clean. Their representative was quite friendly and left the desk to help us look for the item we needed. Unfortunately neither of us could find it although it was an item they carry.

Horrible service! Told that my battery needed to be completely charged before they could test it and that that would take about an hour, maybe a little more, possibly less and they would call me. Came back almost an hour and a half later(didn’t get a call). A lady is telling everyone, all the tire center employees are at lunch and won’t be back for up to an hour. So a simply thing that was supposed to take an hour or less will now be over 2 and a half hours and I’ll have to come back later.Also, the lady got upset with this guy for coming thought the auto center door to recycle a battery (after others already had) because it’s “employee only” and said he had to come through the main entrance. However, Walmart doesnt allow you to walk through the store with a battery like that because of OSHA violations!Ridiculous!

Told me my battery was A okay.. battery didnt last two days. Took it to an auto repair place and they said the battery was fried.. 😐

Customer service was non-existent. When someone finally came to help he was very rude and didnt seem to care if we gave them business or not.

I think that they just dont have the resources to properly have a auto service department. Sad but true.

Do not think their wait time is an over estimation. We waited three hours when they told us two and a half, and they had not even started on my car. I arrived fairly early with only two cars in front of me, did all my shopping within the time frame they gave. There were three techs working on one car. If you don’t value your time then this is your place.

My husband got up at 6:30am Sat morning so he could arrive at 7am to get an OIL change because that’s when they say online that they open. He figured if he got there as soon as they open he wouldn’t have to wait. No one showed up until 8:15am... Maybe the open time should be changed online if you aren’t going to schedule employees to come until 8:15

Decent price for decent oil change. But please for the love of great customer experience please greet people when they drive up so we are not left sitting in our cars like idiots. Are you closed? Open? Wondering what Im doing here? I want an oil change while I grocery shop. Come on people its not that hard. It should not be my job to walk up and introduce myself and make you feel welcome.

I dont care what anyone says about this Walmart auto center! They have proven their worth time and time again and have never let me down. I am never mistreated here, and they do their best to make me feel like I matter. I will only get my oil changed here after having bad experiences elsewhere (including the Orem Walmart) The managers are friendly, and the staff is very good with customer service and getting the job done fast! Seriously guys, why would you go pay a bunch somewhere else where they will mess up your car and charge you for their damages?! Come here and see why I gave them a 5 star review!

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. It took over four hours, which was fine, but then they lost a hubcap and didn’t say anything. I noticed when I went in, and they didn’t do anything about it. They said there’s nothing they can do, and the service person turned around and walked away from me while I was talking to him. Super unprofessional, and I was super disappointed. I’m not one to write reviews, but don’t come here. It’s not worth it.

Ordered tires online. A week later I recieved notification that they had arrived. Once I arrived and after waiting 30 minutes i was informed that the tires cannot be found. I then proceed to cancel my order. I return a little later to get different in-stock tires and am told my tires were found Etc etc the tires didn’t fit wasted my day. They did apologize though and that’s worth one star

Took Them 35 min to even greet me. The had 2 cars ahead of me and told me itd be 2 hours to get to my vehicle slowest service ever!!

I gave 2 stars because I went there to get some tires and I didnt even have the key to take my lug nuts off. You would think they would have stuff like that especially being in auto department. So no good for no frills service.

I took my car in to get a oil change, they took down my information including my cell phone number, I mindlessly wondering around Walmart for about an hour and a half waiting for a phone call back then I had to end up calling them and they told me they had canceled the oil change. It would’ve been nice to of been given a call letting me know that before I wasted my time when I had more important things to do

They screwed up twice. I recommend paying a few extra bucks to get better service elsewhere. Itll probably save you more money in the long run.

Horrible service. Theyll let you stand out in the hot sun for a half hour and not help you. The guy in front of us left and we finally left. They used to be much better than this. What happened Walmart?

I had a super good experience with getting the oil changed for my car. They told me it would be about an hour for the car to be finished. They took 50 minutes— so ahead by ten minutes and I got to do my grocery shopping done for the week as we waited. I’ll be going back for sure.

The service here is awful. I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced, and when I got my car back there was grease all over the carpet seats, steering wheel and drivers door, then we drove off and realized that they had not balanced the tires.... This made for 3 trips to Walmart within a day and a half. I called the manager Austin Banks to inform him about what had happened. He was rude and did not seem to care about his customers. I would not recommend leaving your car with them if you expect anything to be done correctly. I have been trying to get in contact with Austin the manager for 5 days and he is nowhere to be found.

I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone to buy tires. The email told me to come pick up tires at 6 PM and I was here on the dot after work they told me the tires haven’t been processed yet then told me to go cancel it with customer service. I went to customer service and waited in line for 30 minutes and then they told me they couldn’t cancel this order out. This is my fourth time having problems with this exact store never recommend to anyone avoid at all cost.

Theyre fine if youre okay waiting for an hour and a half and cheapest. You can also bring your own oil which means you can buy the higher-quality oil inside Walmart and have them install that for slightly cheaper than a normal install

It’s srill Walmart. But if you need tires changed. This location beats Orem HANDS DOWN. Less busy. More polite and more relaxed, it’s a cleaner facility. Hands down better than Orem.

I first purchased two tires for my Accord. Not only did they put the tires on the wrong wheels, but they put on the wrong tires! To top it off they wanted me to pay for them, and they were there most expensive tires they sold! That didnt happen.Today, I went back to get tires for my mothers Camry. Bad idea. They broke the TPMS and asked me to pay $125 for a new part. THEY broke it, and asked ME to pay $125 for a $32 part!Not a good look, Walmart.

After a very frustrated experience on Saturday 7/15/17 where they told me the cant do an oil change at 6:20 pm because they close at 7 oclock, they asked me to come back on Monday and theyll be open at 7 oclock am. I showed up at 7:15 am and once again, nobody is available. I called the store and the associate informed me theres a meeting and theres no one available to assist me with the oil change.I think Walmart has to review their policy and procedures to provide the upmost customer service experience. It seems to me they dont care so much about others not their business.Very disappointed about this whole thing. I ended up going elsewhere to get a oil change for my car. Amazing, Walmart!!!!

The battery I purchased here went dead and wont hold a charge.And they wont honor the warranty.

First off when I went they couldnt find my warranty I drove the care for less than 60,000 miles so I should have gotten a discount. They told me it would be 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. My car started screaming at me when I reach 40 mph so I called here and they said they dont know what to tell me. I will never come here again. My tire has a leak now and they want to charge me to look at it . The manager matt was rude when explaining my situation . Other tire places fix these things free even when you didnt buy the tires there

Do you want the slowest possible, poorest service you can get... oh and they will pressure you to apply for the Walmart credit card after you politely decline and tell them the cash isnt a problem... ? This is the place. Im headed for Vegas on a business trip. Told both people there I have 6-7 hours driving ahead of me.. after 1.5 hours they finally pull my truck in.. the place only had 2 cars ahead of me. They managed to slip another one ahead of me... turns out She used to work here so they did her a favor by bumping me back, didnt ask me if that was ok. Now they have called the manager to come and give me a free oil change... next time. Its been 15 minutes and the manager hasnt shown up yet. This is a dept that should be closed or restaffed. Im typically not one to launch poor reviews at someone. But this situation was egregious. The have pushed too far this time.

Horrible, there was one car in there and they told me they could not get me in for a tire rotation. And they didnt close for quite some time! The guy at the counter was very clueless as to anything that was going on at the store, what they carried sold ect.

Been there on two occasionsi for oil changes during slow times..one care inside and three empty bays..and they still tell me wait time is 1 1/2 hours, while I notice serveral technicians standing around..very poor service

These people are idiots and they need to shut this auto care center down. I went in for an oil change and they literally told me that they didnt have the proper tools to remove my oil pan and that Id need to go to the dealership. Lol what?!
