I walked in needing my tire pressure checked. They didnt have a line but they were busy because the phone kept ringing, so I waited patiently. When my turn came, I told the gentleman what needed, he directed me where to go stating that I would be taken care of right away & I was. Outstanding service. I love this place.

This location is deplorable. The last three times I have been to this location is has been a issue. They over charged me once and tried to lie. They put bad tires on my vehicle and acted surprised like they could see the tire was bad. Now my car is linking oil from an oil change that was just done last night. Now trying to lie and say it was like that. One oil leaks are noticeable and can cause your engine to lock, I hate when ppl think females they don’t know about cars. If it was there before why is it only after I let your untrained service worker change my oil now I have a problem.. customer service is not a factor in this store. Nor is being honest. I will never bring my car back to this location. I will continue to report and blast you on every platform I own.It’s extremely sad that 99% of female are the ones who seem to have issues with this location.Ridiculous…I like tire plus but this location needs to be shut down…. .
Today I contacted Tires Plus and was assisted by Eric he had great customer service and took his time with me over the phone call. I appreciate his responses and his real answers and also his recommendations towards the future, he even spent a little time talking about other car options. It was really exceptional service.

Ladies, please avoid this place at all costs. I came in with a small nail in my tire just wanting them to take it out and plug it. I wait patiently for them to come back and tell me I needed a brand new tire bc my alignment was off and they wouldn’t be able to literally pull the nail out and plug it. Was does the tire’s alignment have to do with a nail that wasn’t even stuck in a groove? I wish I could post how small this nail was.
Today I realised Ive been going here for almost a decade.The staff is changing but the team there is great.I enjoy their transparency and willingness to communicate with me and not at me.Sometimes they do have longer wait times but they always communicate with you up front so you can make appropriate plans.
This location has really gone down with the new employees with no customer service skills whatsoever. Why have an app to schedule appointment if the employees refuse to honor them. I made an appointment on line on the app which offered a 6:00 Pm Appointment. It said you will get a call to reschedule if the appointment time is unavailable. I checked the app later and the appointment says scheduled. I leave work and fly here on two wheels to make it to the appointment . I walked in and say I have a six o’clock appointment and a gentleman who says his name is Jay says we don’t have 6:00 PM appointments and I shoe him the phone of my confirmed scheduled appointment and he say well we don’t have time to look at those reservations and you should have called . Then he goes on to say that Bridgestone wanted that not us ! So I say this is your App your policy and you should honor it and he dismissed me and took a call and after I kept standing there he says do you want me to schedule an appointment we don’t have any availability until Sat it’s Wednesday are you serious ! All I wanted was an oil change ! He didn’t even try to accommodate the appointment or fix his error
The people were very kind here. They couldnt get me in immediately, but helped me out by airing up my leaking tire, so I could get down the road. Much appreciated!
Went to get a front end inspection only. They so called aligned my vehicle without my knowledge or permission then wanted me to pay for it!!... Long story short, after showing my disgust with their dishonesty, I got my keys and got the hell on!! Go their at your own risk, they seem to be using peoples lack of knowledge about cars to rip them off...

Horrible place!!! I took my avalon for 4 new tires and brakes and alignment and oil change. Got charged $2000 for all that. Picked up the car end of the day and the car pulled hard to the left and the steering wheel was completely crooked! They never test drove it leave alone do an alignment! Took it right back and had to pick it up next day. Car still pulls to the left but i had to work that night so decided to bring it back in the morning. Next morning my passenger front tire that supposedly should be brand new is flat! Took it back to them waited 2hrs. Now the car is driving even worse than before...car pulls to the left when accelerating and pulls hard to right when braking! Im so over this place! Now i have to take my car elsewhere to get it fixed and spend thousands again! What a nightmare of a place! Wasted all my hard earned money for absolutely nothing!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

So I got a flat tire driving to a friends and this was the closest place open. When I tell you that this was THE BEST experience Ive ever had at a Tires Plus! Ive been to several, but this one is the best. They were polite and patient. I was frazzled having dealt with a flat and trying to make it there without damaging my rim. Kinda pricey. Recommend searching local shops nearby. I found one much cheaper, wicker and better job. I had an oil change here and I dont think they changed my filter nor added enough oil. I wont be be back and dont recommend.

This location is a few minutes from my job but I will not be coming here. They close at 7pm but they stop taking anyone after 3p-4p or atleast that’s what I was told by the person who answered the phone 2 days ago. Today I call and I’m immediately put on hold then the call drops, I call back and I’m immediately put on hold again. I’ve given this place chance after chance. I’m not coming here for anything.

The folks here are extremely friendly and very, very helpful. When I needed a new tire while passing through town, they helped me arrange towing and went and got the size tire (19) I needed so it would be available when my car arrived at their shop. Thanks to their great service and quick help, I was able to get to the airport on time. I really appreciate their efforts!
Their team is the best! Justin and Joe were polite, informative but not pushy. Ayana was amazing! Funny, attentive, and energetic! I totally recommend this location! And they did a great job on my brakes.
I do not recommend this place, customer service is very bad, according to the order of arrival, they left me last list of customers by arrival, my car left alignment 1:30 ago, and they have attended other customers who arrived last, if The attention is in order of skin color, they should have a label that specifies what their customer service rules are.
I’ve had several services done to my vehicles here and Justin is always so friendly and helpful! I believe he’s one of the managers. Very nice guy. I haven’t had any issues with them.

I am writing to complain about the service that we received from your Thornton Road center on December 28, 2016. My wife experienced a severe road hazard to her 2013 BMW and managed to limp off the highway to your facility. She contacted me in Alabama and I spoke with your service advisor, David. David stated that all four tires should be replaced – this seemed strange to me because the car only has 20,000 miles. I resisted this and we replaced the right rear tire only as it had taken a severe road hazard.Yesterday I had a highly qualified mechanic look at these tires in order to determine if we should replace the remaining three tires. We have determined that the left rear tire should be replaced but the two front tires are nowhere near the wear bars and according to my mechanic, they probably have half their life remaining. Stating that all four tires should be replaced under these circumstances when there is a stranded female motorist is shameful and dishonest. I am going to document this with pictures of the two tires that are still very serviceable and will be posting extremely negative reviews. I have attached a picture of the wear bars on the right front tire - the bar is .060 tall and the shoulders directly next to the wear bar are .170. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING WORN OUT!If this is your business model – to load up on a stranded motorist by misrepresenting facts, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have been using tires plus for 5 years and this particular location for the past 2 years. They make it very easy to set an appointment and consistently do good work. I recently had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation and I only had to wait 40 minutes. I double checked the work and the oil filter new and not leaking, no leaking from oil drain plug, proper amount of oil put in, and all tires were at the appropriate pressure.
These guys are awesome! Thought we had a nail in one of our tires. Our truck is a huge, new Ram dually longbed. She was too big to get up on the lift, so they worked around it. Turned out it was a short nail, it didnt go into the tire, just stuck in the tread. The guys there filled her up with air, checked to make sure she wasnt leaking and sent us on our way. No Charge! They were fantastic! Ill be back again and again, plus spread the word about their amazing customer service!

I called this location on a Saturday. I spoke to a very nice guy named Robert. He quoted me on tires that he would have to order because they only had one tire in stock. I told him that I would call him back and that I needed to speak to my boyfriend about the price. I dont know anything about tires, however, I did feel confident in the price Robert gave me. I called back on Monday, two days later. I dont know who answered the phone, but you could tell that they had an attitude. A nasty one at that. I asked if I could speak to Robert. He said Robert was in the back with a customer and rudely asked if I could help. I should have just ended the conversation there, but I explain the conversation I had with Robert on Saturday and as I was explaining you could hear the annoyance in his voice. He was so rude for reason. I was very polite with him. I told him that I didnt like his attitude and that Ill call back later to speak with Robert. About 20 minutes later, I called again and asked to speak with Robert. This time a nicer person answered the phone and gave me no problems. Robert got the phone, if that was really him. This Robert could not remember a lick of the conversation I had with him, nor did he save the quote in their system. He quoted me a totally different price from the one he gave me on Saturday. I highly doubt if it was the same person I spoke with on Saturday. I dont play games with my money and these guys shouldnt play games about their services.

This place is rediculous We had a Free Oil change coupon and we dropped the car off 4 hours later received a call The car has too many oil leaks we will not do an oil change. Fine that I understand i picked the car up and upon further review i noticed they did NOT replace my oil cap, the oil level was the same as it was a week and half ago when i checked and i also contacted the regular Family mechanic and he stated all the times he worked on my car NEVER ONCE HAS HE SEEN AN OIL LEAK. This place is a joke i will never take any vehicle their again
They informed me the wait would be long but had it done within ten minutes. Normally that would be a good thing but not when its costing me $30 in unnecessary Uber rides...adding to the already financially stressful day.
Went to get my tires rotated and a front end alignment. Neither were done. My tires got balanced? Guy wrote down the wrong info on the sheet. Very disappointed. I made an appt and took off work for this...... Girl at the counter was very nice and apologetic, not het fault. Still very upset, now I have to go back and spend another hour or more sitting up there again.

Took my car in at 2:15 PM on 4-4-18 for front end alignment, tire rotation and balance, oil change, cabin filter, and air filter. They took my car back a 3:25 and brought it back out around 5:45pm. I had to wait the better part of 20 minutes before someone came back to the service desk. After I left on my way home I got up to around 60 mils per a hour and my car stater shaking and pulling left, so now I have to go back at 7am to have my car looked over for something that should have been done right in the first place. (will post edit/update after I take it back)
These people know what theyre doing. Got tires replaced instead of patched. Reasonable pricing. Courteous staff.

We had a flat tire right in front of the store. Instead of helping us the staff went out of there own way to make changing our own tire more difficult. We didnt mind paying them to change the tire we did mind the 3 hour wait it would take them to get around to it. We were in a hurry. Very dissappointing I wouldnt buy ice water from that place!

The techs at this location have NO CLUE how to do a proper alignment so the Lifetime Alignment Warranty purchased has been a total waste of time and money. They have no concept of toe in and proper camber adjustment. The first time I had them conduct an alignment, I had to go back three times because they dont understand that when driving straight, the steering wheel should NOT be at the 7 or 5 oclock position. I ended up having to go to the dealer out of frustration to get my alignment back proper. The other two subsequent alignments received here resulted in the same thing. I didnt learn me lesson then. Its not an issue with my suspension (shocks/struts) either. Theyre uber fine.I recently replaced my front outer tie rod ends and any time that is done a full alignment has to be done. I swore I wouldnt go back to this location, but I figured after nearly a year, surely they would have a competent tech who can align properly, right? Nope. I drive in with my steering wheel at the 7 oclock position. After a nearly FIVE HOUR wait, my car is returned to me (no road test was performed as I watched the tech take it straight from the rack to the parking lot) and instead of the steering wheel lining up at 12 it was now at the 5 oclock position. I groaned and took my car to the dealership and paid 90 bucks to get it perfect again. All in all, the extended alignment warranty paid for has been a total waste of money as these guys just dont know what they are doing. Relying on a computer read out alone aint gonna cut it fellas. I wont be dealing with these incompetents ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people who work here like Justin and Marcus dont know anything about cars. Lets go back to 4 years ago when they replaced my serpentine belt and had to drive all the way to Florida with my car making noise. Only to be told by the dealership that Tires plus put an aftermarket parts on my car. Now fast forward to 2018 and I went to have four new tires put on my car to now have my tire pressure light flashing. Went back to Tires plus twice and asked them to fix it and was told to take it to the dealership. Here I am AGAIN at the dealership correcting an issue they caused. Never AGAIN
I had a scheduled visit for an oil change with tire rotation. When I arrrived I saw the parking lot full of xars. I almost made the decision to not go in because I thought the wait would be at least a couple of hours. But, to my surprise I was there foe only 45 minutes because I had an appointment.Tires plus in Lithia Springs GA has always given great service.
I walked right in and had someone helping me. Got it out of my car and changed it all in less than 20 mins. Robert took care of everything fast and friendly. I was very pleased and would recommand it to anyone on this side of town.

I usually go to discount tire in austell and I made the choice to come here since its closer. I came on Saturday to get two tires changed. Sunday the car was not driven. On Monday, I notice the new tire was low on air assuming because of the temperature change I bypassed. Tuesday morning the tire was lower so I call and the manager called and said to bring it in. They check in out and saidthe tire is good. Wednesday tire is low again, I call and ask if they can change the tire. Got there and the young rep told me, in order to change the tire, I would have to pay to buy a new tire. Upset I bought the tire, and made up in my mind that I would never go back here. The next day, the tire pressure is low again, and so happens the manager call me. To make a long story shorter, he apologies, and asks me to bring the car back and he would check in personally. Take it back, he fixes a pressure seal that was causing the air leak and takes care of the issue. Making me a happy customer.
This companys sucks. I came up there once before after I got a oil change due to the fact these incompetent hardly trained technicians left my oil cap off of my car! HOW DO YOU LEAVE THE OI CAP OFF DIRECTLY AFTER CHANGING THE OIL? luckily i stay close in the area and rushed back up there before my engine was toast. I hate this company.

Its okay. Watch out that they go by factory replacement recomendations instead of by need/wear. Why replace 4 struts when you can replace 1 or 2? Why say we need all four rotors, when Pecision Auto Tune told me I still have PADS (which have to be GONE before rotors are affected!).If you got money to blow, it IS nice to just replace everything for the heck of it, though possibly sinful. 3.3K verses 1.somethingK? How about you just get a new car every six months!!!!! This location is simply not thorough. How about a new policy that takes pictures of the recommended areas?? Instead of sloppily putting replace everything to cover the bases.
I recently brought my 1991 Mercury Topaz, and you can imagine it required a little extra attention. THEY LISTENED AND DELIVERED FAR EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS ON EVERYTHING. I almost couldnt believe it. There was excellence and integrity in every transaction. Every single employee I talked to knew who I was and the status of my car within seconds, helped me to prioritize necessary fixes vs. those that could wait longer, went out of their way to ensure my car was ready for a long road trip, putting in extra man-hours and constantly being personally in touch with me during the process. They have a life-long customer in me. I feel like Im doing the world a service by writing this and just saying - save yourself a hassle and just go there!
First of all, EVERYONE was extremely pleasant and nice. Spoke to me and was very friendly and put things in terms that I could understand.Now, about a month and a half ago a tire rod went out on my passenger side front wheel. Had the car towed there. Picked it up two days later. Called and told them something does NOT sound right. Even the plastic that frames the wheel on my car was sticking out, like they didn’t properly place it back onto the car. Called again. Got no where. Went up to the same store atleast four times. Was told I needed new tires before anything could be done. Did that. The sound was still there. Finally I go back up there and complain and they take a look at the car and asked “WHAT DID YOU DO?!” No, what DIDNT you do. Keep in mind this was almost $2,000 worth of work I had done. Something under the wheel was bent (ironically the SAME way it was bent when I went initially). Anyway, luckily there was a warranty on it which was great because I NEVER STOPPED COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SOUND!!! It was almost like they did enough to get me out of there and get my money and move on.Now, on to my most recent experience. I pick up mt car on this past Saturday, and the minute they drove it around to the side of the store the way they do once a vehicle is finished (they actually had me searching for my own car for a few minutes before I realized it was still parked inside the little lift place where they work on the cars). Anyway, the minute I get in the car, the check engine light is blinking at me. Wasn’t blinking when I dropped it off. Wasn’t on my paperwork saying engine needs work when I picked it up. Just gave me me car with blinking check engine lights; so I guess aim expected to spend another couple thousand dollars. Moral of the story, go in for one thing to be fixed, come out with another needing to be fixed. I’m SO annoyed. Nor do I have the money to keep spending with these people that I have been spending money with (along with my mother, brother, and dad) for YEARS. Never had these issues. Now I haven’t STOPPED having these issues. STAY AWAY!!! Unless you’re a millionaire.
I had an appointment at 2pm to change a tire and my car didn’t get into the bay until 3:30pm and then I didn’t leave until 4:30pm. There were probably ten people that came in after me to get oil changes and they all had their vehicles finished before mine. Overall, disappointed and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time. I don’t recommend this place.
Im going back to tires plus tomorrow cuz when I got home my car sound like somethings wrong with my muffler and it had this loud ruffling sound and I dont know what it is but Im going back to tires plus tomorrow to see what went wrong or whats going on now if I had to give him some Stars right now itll probably be less than 1 cuz I shouldnt have to go back my car shouldnt sound like this its a 2016 Toyota Corolla it shouldnt sound like it sounds
