Awesome dealership! My husband contacted the sales manager Lovena by phone regarding a lease for a 2021 Acadia. She provided the numbers immediately, which were more than fair. The paperwork was all done by internet and the vehicle or was ready to go upon our arrival. The paperwork was signed in record time. Then best of all Joe took about 30 minutes of his time to walk me through a demonstration of every single option the vehicle had. Every person who we dealt with was friendly and professional. SERVICE Department consumer service is terrible. Ive only had my car for 2 and 1/2 months and my dash board screen went blank. Had an appointment at 8:30 AM for service. Got there on time and by 9:30 my car was still sitting where I parked it. My husband came to pick me up and left it there. Called at noon to be told they were looking at it then and would get back to me. Called again between 3 and 3:30 and was told someone would call us back. Called again at 4:15 and was told the service representative would call us in 5 minutes. By 4:45 called again since they close at 5. This time we were just told that we could pick up our car in the showroom bc service dept. would be closed. Still have no idea what was wrong with the car. We shall see when we get there to pick it up 😡

We went car shopping here had an extremely nice car salesman John. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy like typical car salesmen. We didnt end up buying a Buick we stayed with our Subarus but it was a good experience.

GMC dealership where my wife had her Acadia serviced. Dropped off the car after hours which I liked. They vacuumed and cleaned the car before returning it to her. Overall a good experience
