This place is the definition of a sleazy car dealership. Make sure that absolutely NO agreements are verbal and are done on a contract because these people will lie to your face. They will try to take advantage of you every way possible. If you do make the mistake of going to this dealership make sure the last people you talk to are the manager and assistant manager Manny Alvarado. They will lie and scheme their ways into your pockets and squeeze as much money as possible for the benefit of their own pockets and tell you otherwise. Once you disagree with what they want they’ll change their faces immediately and the difference is night and day. If my review is not enough, look at the replies for the bad reviews given. Absolutely pathetic and saddening of how desperate these people are to make a dime from you.

I went to have my tire pressure checked and was told my tire had a nail. When I advised that I had purchased a tire policy years ago he told me that it was not covered due to the tread measurement. When I asked to see the measurement he showed me the technicians notes. The tire was at 3/32 When I showed him the paper copy of the policy where it said anything less than 3/32 was not covered he changed his tune. Only then did he say he would file a claim and it would take fifteen minutes.He came to me 15 minutes later and said “great news...they are going to cover the two tires”. At which point I said then go ahead and replace the other two. He said okay all four and I said yes.Hours later he says I’m all set and gives me a bill for 3 tires. He said he never told me they would cover two. LIE! When I asked to speak to a manager he told me the manager said I had 2 choices...pay for the tires or they will take them off and put the old ones on in those exact words.After asking to speak to a manager once again I was told I he was in a meeting. I said I would wait. A few minutes later I was called in to speak to the manager via phone. I explained what happened and was told because I had been waiting so long Lexus would cover the cost of the second tire.After leaving I took the managers card to speak to him privately about the entire situation. I wanted him to understand how service was being handled. I sent an email with my phone number but never heard back. Guessing that the directives lies and mislead customers come from the top.That seemed to have changed. Very disappointed.

Avoid this dealership at all costs, especially the service department. They have no clue about the vehicles and when their service is due. I had about 6K miles and They called me for the second complimentary maintenance, but when I went they said oh sorry, it’s not due yet. They wasted 3 hours of my drive back and forth. They called me again saying I’m due for an oil change, but the oil change is due at 10K miles or every 12 months.i only got around 8K. When I told them about the maintenance plan from the manufacturer, they said “oh yea, you don’t need to come for another month”. I will definitely not be going to this dealership again.

Last Friday, my husband and I walked in to Tri-County Lexus after I had an awful experience at another Lexus dealership the day prior. We decided we were going to roll the dice and head to Tri-County and work with whoever was on hand; I’m so glad we did. We stopped at reception and were greeted by a kind woman who called for Ahmed. We could not have been happier with him as our sales person. He was so extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to work with. He came with us on our test drive of the GX 460 and I was so relieved because he was talking me through features of the car as I was using them. When we came inside to talk numbers, it was so much less stressful than I even thought it would be. We came to a meeting of the minds rather quickly and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle. Every person we encountered at the dealership was kind, courteous and welcoming. The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze. We were in and out with a brand new Lexus GX 460 at the price we wanted in under 3 hours. Thank you so much to Ahmed and everyone at Tri-County Lexus for a truly enjoyable experience. We were having a very disappointing and frustrating experience going from dealership to dealership trying to find a car for my daughter. Fortunately we were able to find the used vehicle we were looking for at Tri-County Lexus. We were even more fortunate to meet a truly helpful salesman- Matthew Leon. I would like to share my recent experience my car RX 450 H had issue and was not moving. I had my car towed to Tri County Lexus in Little Falls NJ. They gave me excellent service and walked me through the process of what was going on with the car. They were quick to offer and arrange a loner car if needed. They were very thorough and detailed out how much time they will take and what needs to be replaced along with the breakout of charges and labor. I highly appreciate all their assistance and would recommend them for their excellent service along with amazing technicians, service crew, sales and all the other team members.

Luis, our salesperson was great. They worked to put us in the car of our choice. No pressure to buy or choose a car we didnt want. They were patient when we were trying to make a choice on which car to drive off with even close to closing. Worked with our price. Luis came to pick me up to pick up my car after it was ready. I was able to drive out of there with the 2020 Lexus of my choosing.

I visited this dealer on Saturday Oct 16th, I had a horrible experience. The sales manager was so rude to my brother and I. He made is seem like we could not afford the vehicle, and flat out told us he can’t loose any money because of our purchase. I will never be visiting this dealer again. I am very dissatisfied on how information is handle at this dealership.I scheduled an appointment for an Oil change, when I go she tells me its every 10K miles or every year. That I had another service due. I proceed to tell her that I couldn’t do it today since that service take more than the time I had available.I was called today that I needed service, I asked the lady. What type of service she said tire rotation and Oile change. That oil change is every 5K miles every 6 months. I was scared since I was overdue, I asked her to schedule as soon as possible I would be there in 15 min. I dropped everything I was doing. Mind you I was at work.When I go they tell me again it is every year or 10K.They love to waste my time.Very disappointed.Personally I dont think I will be back at least for service.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to

Bought a pre-owned car. Turned out the passenger airbag was missing and had been hot wired to not detect this to avoid replacement. Later, I found out that my right headlamp was also hot wired because a part of the light fixture was busted and needed to be replaced. This can cause a fire. I tried to get the airbag issue fixed but was given the run around at first, and was told to commit insurance fraud in order to get a new airbag. It must have been stolen! they said. Funny, there was never a break in and I dont think thieves would wire things back into place after swiping the bag. I persisted and brought my car back 4 times. Every time the alert was reset and then simply came back on again after a few miles. I finally gave up because I live an hour away. Now the lamp thing. So, this is me, SCREAMING INTO THE VOID.

Don’t waste your time. Emailed an Internet sales person who advised the vehicle I wanted was there at the dealer. Went to the dealership the person we emailed is not a sales person, vehicle didn’t exist and we wasted a 20 minute drive to the dealership for nothing. Buyer Beware this is not an honest Or trustworthy dealership, they play games to get you into the dealership. Take your business elsewhere. The salespeople will promise the world but will not follow up on promises. Sales manager “Robert” pretended to help but was not helpful at all. They don’t communicate anything to their service team at all. If it hadn’t been for Dayan who took care of my issue, I would have left. This was my first and last time I deal with this place.

Just No! Came in to purchase a specific vehicle and called that morning to make sure it was still available. The girl I spoke with confirmed that it was. After driving an hour to get there they then tell me the vehicle was no longer available for sale and tried to show me other comparable vehicles. The sales guy was polite but by that time I was through. Drove 10 mins away and purchased another vehicle from a more reputable dealer.

One of the worst dealerships ever! Lied about my payment and damage to the vehicle I bought. Every time I call they never answer the phone or when they do they pass me along to a voicemail. I have damage to my car that I didn’t realize was there when I bought it, the next day I contacted them and they basically told me too bad after trying to get a hold of them for days. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Don’t sign anything electronically because you have no idea what you’re signing!!! Good dealership. The salesman I worked with Ivan deserves a raise. Even after we got frustrated and a bit upset with one of the other team members he kept his cool and we were able to negotiate a price. Cars came very detailed and clean. I would recommend just watching out for any additional fees and calculate your own prices just in case m.they understood I came from over 200mi away and were able to accommodate me. But overall had a good experience here.

DO NOT USE TRI COUNTY SERVICE DEPT! They are scamming folks out of their money and should be fined for FRAUD. I went in for a service and was told I needed a fuel injection cleaning. I got it because I trusted Lexus and their service dept. When I got home I checked my receipts and realized they sold me one 9 thousand miles ago. I never even needed the first one. They also told me to get an A/C flush and change tires that didnt need to be changed. TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF! I sent a letter to the manager ROBERT WALDO and heard nothing back. I will never buy another LEXUS....disgusted

The service center is really scamming people. I went in to get my car serviced and they charged me $215.00 to rotate and align my tires, which I thought was a bit odd but trusted in their opinion. Then they mentioned my suspension needed to be changed - which would have cost me nearly $2,000.I went to get a second opinion at my local mechanic and they told me my tires werent balanced properly and that my suspension was fine, their major concern was my breaks being entirely stripped. which Lexus failed to mention.I just wanted to warn everyone of the hazard of this situation and the lives put at risk because of the lack of care and attention to detail.

This knowledgable and extremely patient man gave me the best experience i ever had in a car dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated in helping me purchase my 2018 Honda Accord.I went to a handful of dealerships with very specific requirements, and a Lexus dealership was the last place I thought I would find a Honda. I would give this place negative stars if there was an option. Terrible customer service, Sales Managers are unprofessional and will not allow you to speak to any body from upper management. Wasted hours waiting just to recieve a refund due to incompetance from sales rep. When asking to submit a complaint they just walked away without actually getting anyone. I went there for an oil change. Its a pretty simple request. I was denied car wash due to COVID-19, which i completely understand. but after 2 days driving the car, the low oil light comes on. I stop the car on the highway, i pull put the oil gauge, it doesnt read any!!. I know the oil was changed because i saw it but they were soo cheap to put the right amount. And lexus charges double from what Toyota does!!. This is is easiest regular mantaince that can be done. And if its done wrong, i will have to worry about the engine life in the future. But maan they messed it up!!!. And to top it off they spilled oil all over the engine cover and around the engine bay!! WTH man, i will never come back here for any services

Do not buy your car here. Worst experience. Went in to shop for a used Hybrid SUV. They kept on showing you others. After signing all paper, they then tell you there is only 1 car key available. After driving for 3 days, realized the voice recognition not working. Calling the sales rep Lily 5 times, no call back or response. After 6 weeks, no title. Go back to ask snd they gave you a usual response that it takes 6 weeks. After pressing, they finally call the DMV clerk. Title is in but at the Toyota dealership. Abused $31000 Lexus with more than $1500 doc fee, you get the worst services. My sin bought a used Subaru, paid only $499 DOC fee get a better service, get his title in 3 weeks. Unbelievable. The next thing us writing letter to Lexus, to the dealership, to the government…

I’ve had the worst experience of my life here, and it’s still continuing. Every time I ask for my title, the sales team make up an excuse. I spent 75k on my car three months ago, and have yet to receive the paperwork. I can’t drive the car around, and it’s been collecting dust since then. Whenever you contact the sales team, they make up an excuse that someone else has the paperwork and we need to send documents. We send the documents, and the next day they say they haven’t received them (even though there is proof we have sent it via email). Whenever I ask to speak to the general manager they say he isn’t there, and whenever I have spoken to him he says the complete opposite of what the sales team tells me. Do yourself a favor by spending a little bit more money on another dealership so you can at least drive your car.

Came in for service and a regular check took almost 3 hours without finding the filter needs to be changed. I had to pull it out to show it to my agent that it’s actually dirty and needs to be changed after 2 years.The customer waiting area is a living chemical hazard as they decided to paint and refurbish the restroom while opening and forcing the customers have no choice but to be outside during a summer day just for the sake of their health.Inefficient, insensitive, unprofessional, not worth the top bucks you pay for basic stuff and you got nowhere to go. What a shame!

Horrible! I make a 9 am appointment only to sit there and get told they should have never scheduled me for 9. They told me the salesmen dont get in until 915 and have a 15 min meeting and wouldnt be available until 930. When I made the 9 am appointment I told them Id have a max of 45 mins to look abs they assured me I would be helped immediately. I left in angry tears knowing I sat there wasting my time

If there was a zero star on google I will probably give a zero star. The employees there, lied to us saying that our vehicle was certified and we will get a second key. A week later after we brought the vehicle they said the vehicle was not certified and that the second key does not come with the vehicle. They also showed us the wrong CarFax report. Advice you to not go to this dealer. The staff members are liars and they fool people by telling them false inform about the car.

I have waited for 45 min to be treated by on of their sellers.The seller didnt care about my preferences and just tried to sell me the car with the highest possible price.They refuse to find the color of the car that I wanted and forced me to choose from their limited stock.After we finalized the price with the seller, due the signing they increased the price again.We agreed on the 36 month lease but on the contract they give me 39 month.In every dealership the first payment always included in the upfront fee but they charged me again at the signing paper.Despite all of these issues, I only signed the final lease because I really liked the car and I was too tired to go to another dealer to start over. The process took 5.5 hr.The car is perfect but avoid this dealership, their only purpose is to rob you.

This review is meant for those in the sales department. Please do not reply with asking me to reach out to resolve the matter, prove your apology by researching matter and reaching out to your client.Lesson 1: Make your product YOUR product. I spoke with a Juana (Internet Sales Manager) over the phone about the 2021 UX 250h. She was unsure about basic questions that were being asked. She needed to put me on hold to ask someone else. Question, does the UX 250h have turn signal lights on the side mirrors? She told me no. I went to dealership and pointed to what I thought was a turn signal light, and asked a salesman if it was a light. He told me yes. (He would know because his fiancé drives the car.)Lesson 2: Do not run people’s credit twice before having all of the ducks in a row. I was working with a new salesman about trading in my Acura ILX for the UX. It seemed everything was going well on Saturday evening. I checked my email that evening and saw credit bureaus had informed me that Tri County pulled my credit. I won’t go into the rest of the details, because you should be aware of situation. Yesterday 7/28/21 at 2:39pm, I was informed by my salesperson that my new car had arrived and was ready for pick up. However, at 4:58pm that same day, I was notified again by the credit bureaus, that Toyota pulled my credit. That’s now two hard pulls on my credit. Meanwhile, Tri County has loose ends that weren’t tied. Please make sure you are able to hold up all of what was promised before running people’s credit.Lesson 3: Take blame and prove your apology. Full blame was constantly placed on Acura, when in fact Tri County was part to blame as well. I was there on a Saturday evening and was informed on Wednesday late afternoon (after telling me that my new car was ready for pickup) that you all were having difficulty buying my current leased vehicle. If I were a manager, I would have offered a couple of free oil changes for the time wasted, miscommunication, and hard pulls to this person’s credit. That gesture would actually move the potential client to return once their current lease ends…..😉Lesson 4: Please do not have your salesman bring number deals on yellow sticky notes. Inform clients where their money is going and how you came up with the numbers given.Kind regards,
