Really great experience! I ordered a battery off the Advance Auto Parts website and it said the battery was an exact fit for my vehicle. I received the battery it certainly wasnt an exact fit so I needed to return it.I missed the stores closing hours and had to leave the battery at my parents place in Lodi. My mom isnt strong enough to bring the battery to the store so they offered to come pick up the battery AND do a refund.Amazing customer service! These guys are super nice!

I had bought a part online from Advanced Auto, I needed to return the part which was 18lbs and the return shipping was not prepaid. I found out that Carquest is a part of Advance auto INC and that I could return it at a local Carquest rather than pay out of pocket to ship it back. I recieved great customer service and was assisted in getting all my money back. Super pleased with my trip there.

Well, I often find myself under the hood of a car and buy a lot of parts. Well, I bought and paid for almost. $800 in such pieces they had. Now, their parts are first rate. The drop in stars comes from a different sector.When I first went in, I was greeted nicely. I presented my list of needed parts and supplies and asked if I could get a complimentary cap, t-shirt or calendar. Was denied and told that maybe when i returned for some bits (that I paid for in advance) that he would see what he could do. He rang up my order and helped me load it in my trunk. Re-entering the storefront for another load, I noticed a sign on the door that advertized a rewards program for 10 points for every dollar spent. Turning to the sales associate I said that I wanted to participate. 8000 points is a lot of hats! He said it was too late. I should have mentioned it BEFORE the transaction was rung up. I said that the sale can be reversed, and re-cashiered. (Credit card.) Too late he said. I wasnt told of this promotion at the time. So, I took the parts and left. After a day of stewing over it, I returned the parts in total. Then bought them at another retailer for $200 less. He wasnt there that day which was too bad. I wanted the owner/manager to know how customers that spend 10x or more than the average guy off the street was treated. My $800 order isnt gonna make or break them, but if more people dont shop there it will be felt!

They can get what you need. I called the dealer, part I need was several hundred dollars. Called this location and they said it was about $150, when I got there and confirmed the part I needed between the 2 options they had, mine was only $70. They are friendly, honest and told me if there was anything I need, call them and they can get it!

Very helpful except pep boys has mexichrome and they dont Im a Paisa and I need chrome on my truck I wish they carried everything chrome from hoses to wireloom. And boy that Jairo guy yuummmm I just wanna squeeze him.
