Don’t buy from them!I bought a 2005 Toyota Prius from them back in July and I still haven’t received the title for it. I understand that Covid has affected the dmv, but they won’t even answer my repeated phone calls and won’t respond to my emails or texts. I live an hour and a half away and now I have to drive down there, and hope that they are actually there, in order to get an update on where the title is. A title that they assured me I would get asap after the purchase. Covid or not, I should have a title 9 months after purchasing a car.

Very poor experiance and very rude. The dealer is only out for your money. I tried to speak to someone and he caught and attitude with me because I didnt do as he said and hung up on me. Great customer service. SMH RUNNNN

Other places try to hustle you, Juan and the owner are genuine and honest; hard quality to find these days.

Scammer. No titles released for months. The Dealer is now closed and a new owner is in.

The dealership is a sham. I bought a car from there and they said all the paperwork (Title, Registration, plate etc) will be done in a week or so.My temporary plate expired and the owner Luis Garcia Bacalao and his partner Henry promised they would have the title and an extension temp plate BEFORE the original temp plate expired.Its been 3 months and still no extension of Temp plate or the title. Ive tried calling several time and NO return call back. He avoids your phone calls.ITS NOW FEB. 22. 2021 - STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THE OWNER OR THE DEALER. I STILL DONT HAVE A TITLE AND THE CAR I PURCHSED IS STILL JUST SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. I GUESS I WILL BE FILLING A REPORT WITH MVC AND LODI PD

Went to the dealer to finalize the paperwork and pick up my vehicle but my mechanic wanted to check the motor and trans and noticed a weird ticking sound. The mechanic told me not to purchase it so I didnt. The dealer was so rude and nasty and informed me that I wasted his time. I believe it was a sign from God that I didnt purchase the car. I also left a deposit but he never mentioned my deposit was non refundable. Just be very careful and bring a mechanic with you!

I walked in planning to browse and get more information as I was in a tricky situation as far as what I was looking for and what I could afford. Went to this dealer about 2 weeks ago, and wasnt even planning on buying anything. In fact I even told them I left my wallet at home. I told him straight up a had a fixed budget which wasnt a lot, and yet we managed to find a Honda that not only looked and ran clean but also well within my budget. I quickly ran home to grab my information and left with the car within the same day. Havent had any mechanical issues whatsoever, was very happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone whos looking for a car to give them a try.

Just bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from a1 auto sales in Lodi N.J .The guys were great and also gave me a great deal . had two minor issues one was the sliding doors and the other was passenger windows wouldnt go down. I didnt check it out when I was there inspecting the vehicle I was more concern about the engine and transmission.I called the next day and spoke to Muhammad and he called his brother Ahmed about the issues I was having Ahmed called me back in minutes told me to meet him he had the van checked out ordered the parts I needed and payed for it him self. These guys were very professional and didnt turn there back on me after I bought the van like a lot of used car dealers do out there.Thank you guys for everything and I highly recommend a1 auto sales

I got the car of my dreams with the cheapest price in the Lodi area. They are very welcoming and will work his hardest to get you the best deal possible. On a scale from 1-10, I give them a 20. the best car experience ever. I left feeling like I was apart of the A1 Auto Family.

Very shady. Went to look at a car. Was listed as automatic but it was manual. I knew to check the carfax because the paint was off. Car was in 2 accidents after checking carfax. Salesman just talked about how good of a deal the car was for the age and miles but wasnt specific about the car. Acted like he had no knowledge about the car. Also its hilarious that the salesman left a review on google as if he bought a car there. So makes you wonder how many family and friends left fake positive reviews. His name is Najib. I bought a car from Najib in 2018.Two days later the check engine light came on, it was a sensor, so I called Najib.I have fixed the problem 3 times in two years.Im buying a new car tomorrow because I wont spend more money in this car.

Terrible and borderline unethical. We bought a used 2007 Mini Cooper S from A1 Auto Sale in June, and weve immediately had problem upon problem with the car. For starters, this car was in an undisclosed accident which meant that there was severe damage to the shocks and struts, and the second time we ever drove the car it started pulling hard to one side and got a flat tire. The diagnosed repairs needed were the same cost as the car itself. We called A1 Auto and they wanted nothing to do with us. Really, really poor choice -- take your money elsewhere. By the way, if they respond to this ad saying that this was a private sale, we have a bill of sale from A1. Also, just for the record at least one if not more of the postings for this company were written by employees.
