Came wool the way out from Brooklyn to look at their vehicles for them to get near STI with us when we come at it and how the vehicle did not sound right

Had a customer of mine who bought a truck couple weeks ago. Truck wound up having some issues after about a week of him having it. Called these guys and they stepped rite up to take care of issue. Just purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey and i love it Ray the general manager worked with us in trading in our car for the dodge and it was a smooth process. If the vehicle has an issue they attend to it without a problem, very family oriented and you feel like you’ve known them your whole life, would recommend sending family and friends there. Was shopping for my sons first car after dealing with the rudeness of many other small dealers I pulled into their Union Beach lot the salesman that came out wanted me to find the right car not just buy anything to make a sale. He showed us several cars in our price range and gave valuable information about each one. Sold my family a car that doesn’t work. Fixed it multiple times. Took forever to fix it. They say they’re gonna call backNever do. Then they say they’re not gonna fix it anymore. Why pay money for a car that doesn’t work? They clearly don’t care about their customers. Never buying a car from them again and telling EVERYONE I know to not come here

I had a great experience with Michael and Sons Auto. We bought a BMW 335xi from them that had a 1 owner clean carfax. It was flawless until about a week later we ran into some issues. Ray and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help us out of the car after finding that the BMW needed a very expensive repair that would have been a long time without the car. They gave me the option to wait or get into another car. Not only did they put me in another car, they put me another car this is simply amazing! It is a 2013 Audi A5 2.0T. They made the transition easy and at an amazing price. Anyone that is is thinking about doing business with these guys, I would highly advise that YES you Should buy from them with confidence! Saw an ad on cargurus salesman ray responded as soon as they opened the next day !! Professional, reliable, and exceptional customer service !! They close at 7 pm and i didn’t get off until then he even waited till 8:15 for me to come do the paperwork and pick the car .. excellent selection etc ..... my experience with this lot is unexplainable!! Definitely will be going back there before the summer ends for another vehicle !!! This is gonna be the best gift i ever gave my mother for mother’s day thanks to these guys!!

We bought a Ford 150 from them, they really good talkers, anyway we left the dealer with the car back to ny and week later check engine light came on. We contact them no answer we finish paying 1500 for repairs, week later check engine light again we didnt even pass emission inspection for a last 1 month, keep calling no answer no responsibility at all, history short 3 months pass since we go the truck still.in the mechanic and since we havent heart from them or stupid insurance they sale we in transit to trade the truck and of course lose money.Stay away from them unless you are willing to pay a lot on repair

Mike and Rey sold me an f350 pickup truck horrible experienced with these two clowns engine went on me 5 weeks later and they didnt want to do anything about it!!! Had to spent $5000 to get it fix ....My friend had told me all these guys get are flooded trucks from hurricane Sandy and Irene from down the shore.. They promised the moon and the sky and that if there was something wrong with the truck that they were going to take care of it...this was more Rey ...and never did anything.....dont trust these guys!!This just happened Feb 2016.
