Great work and friendly staff! There was some miscommunication about my appointment time, so I showed up late for it but they fit me in promptly. The update was quick and it looks great. Before I left Gabriel took the time to show me how to reset the oil and tire pressure settings, I finally can do that on my own! Left there a happy customer🙂

I’ve gone here every single time and had no problem but these past two days that I’ve gone there have been terrible the first day I went for a tire change next thing you know my light comes up again unfortunately on my day off I had to go back to Honda to get it fixed I did and everything was fine I went back home and guess what in the morning when I woke up my whole entire radio station was not working asking me multiple questions and I did not know it was going on so I gave up and I went to Stockton Honda highly do not recommend this place been there three times for the same thing. If I could I would put a 0 Star rating.

Not even with the slightest possibility did I expect my 2019 Honda Passport to exhibit safety issues. As I was backing up to get ready to leave Costco on April 24, 2021, my car displayed the warning light and completely stopped and blocked traffic for about half an hour. AAA was contacted and the guy instructed me to contact the dealership to have the car checked. Juan Sanchez answered my call, apologized that it was already late, and explained why the car needed to be checked thoroughly. He advised me not to drive my car for safety reasons and stated that he could put it for an early appointment on Monday. He added that, with my daily commute on Highways 12 and 160, it is extremely important that I drive a reliable car. He told me that anybody could bring the car to the dealership, so I did not have to miss work for the appointment. During the appointment, Juan spoke to me while I was at work and attentively listened to the additional details from the 2 other separate instances I wanted to share with him when the car did not start after a stop in Fremont and in Oakley. He also explained important things to my son who was waiting for the appointment to be finished. During this appointment, Juan found out that there was a recall on my car that was not addressed, so he ordered the part, contacted me after 2 days, and said he was hoping it would help resolve the issue. On the day the recall part arrived, Juan immediately contacted me, put me on schedule, and finished everything on that day which, to me, means that he is focused, caring, efficient, and true to his words. Additionally, Juan informed when he was out of office. To me, it was very responsible of him to let me know. I moved to Lodi 2 months ago. I don’t know anybody in the area. Being new in the city and having car issue brought me too much worries, and hopping on traffic with car issue is nerve-cracking. Knowing that Lodi Honda maintains such a high reputation and Juan is there and available to provide exceptional service is a huge relief on my part. Keep up the fabulous Customer Service skill, Juan! You have so much of the future ahead of you!

My 1st safety recall was a great experience! Got a notice in the mail informing me that the parts for this safety recall are available. Wasnt sure what to expect other than what the notice mentioned. Came in and got a next day appointment. Any questions I had, were explained to my satisfaction. No surprises. Curtis informed me about what was happening and why. It was a fast and painless experience.

Got my 1st 5k service after purchasing this new Honda Accord in January 2019 from Livermore Honda since I work in the Bay area. After recovering from a scary car accident 3 months ago I finally decided it was time to get behind the wheel and needed a new car. Safety was my number one priority and after hours of research, I was impressed by Honda and their 5 star rating in safety so I went to Lodi Honda. There I was greeted by Junior. Junior is awesome!! He took the time to listen and understand all my concerns and needs. Junior turned an experience I was dreading (getting behind the wheel) into a positive one that made me feel excited and safe about driving again. Buying a new car should be exciting!!! We looked at the 2019 CR-V, the Passport and the Pilot. All great cars but decided on the Pilot EXL that met everything I needed from size, cargo space, leg room, safety and comfort. I absolutely love it! Avoiding driving is not an option when it comes to every day life but when you have a Honda Pilot and feel you are safe and in excellent customer care, it’s not so scary!!! Had a wonderful experience working with Patrick & JD! Had traveled to several Honda dealerships in the area and came to the conclusion that the era of customer service had officially ended. Rude sales people who had no knowledge of their products or how to carry themself. Working with the guys at Lodi Honda totally changed my perspective on dealerships in the area. We gave them our budget and what we were looking for and they were respectful and only showed us items that we could afford, never tried to push us into a newer model or tell us we could afford something only to break down the numbers with a different price. I’m a firm believer on customer service and unfortunately most salesmen today have just become glorified cashiers. Patrick & JD proved me wrong and we rewarded their efforts with our business. I went with my husband to Honda we drove both cars when i got ready to leave my car wouldnt start come to find out i needed a battery first time I had to change battery I had Honda battery the same battery I had since I bought the car so its all good it happened at Honda didnt happen nowhere else so now Im back on the road. 2 hours waiting on oil change. Requested battery check and said technicians had to go to lunch and then would take additional hour (3-1/2 total). Extreme difference from 1-1/2 quote for it all. And this was with an appointment for the oil change. When I asked to speak with a manager, was given another service associate who was acting as a manager, not the real manager. Still have battery issue and they couldnt explain why the time delay. I would have been much more understanding if they owned up to problem and said they lost paperwork or messed up and started late. But as a business dont lie and then try and cover it up.

Ray was super helpful from that phone call! We headed out there as soon as he said they had it. Then as soon we arrived Ray already had the card pulled up ready to test drive ! He gave us our space which most sales people don’t ever give you but at the same was very helpful and knowledgeable! My brother is a first time buyer and Not only was it an amazing first timer car buying experience but in general never had a great experience buying a car like I did today ! I came into Lodi Honda with the only purpose of test driving the 2018 Honda Civic and Accord. I drove away later that evening with a leased 2018 Honda Accord Sport. Jesse Delacruz was our salesman and he gave me a new faith in car salesman. From the moment of our test drives he was very quick to let my wife and I know that he was not attempting to just sell/lease us a car but more importantly he wanted to take care of us the way salesman took care of their clients back when my grandparents went to purchase a vehicle. In order to drive away that day we wanted the best bargain we could find and we wanted to trade in our vehicle as well. Jesse went over both options, he then went over the vehicle we planned to lease which was a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. Excellent Service Department, Ive been taking my Honda here for the last 8 years now, and have always had a great experience :-) In particular, David Stockton has helped me on most of my visits, and Im always comfortable that he will provide excellent service. He takes time to go over every detail of my vehicle, and its maintenance, he is very knowledgeable about everything service related.

I bought a 2019 Civic in August 2019. The sales staff were great and most helpful. I recently called for a copy of my sales contract for tax purposes and was told I had to come to the dealer to obtain a copy - they couldnt email it to me . I live no where near Lodi - they have ALL my personal info for verification I am who I say I am but wont work with me on this. Are you kidding me? If they wont work with me after the fact I bought the car then I guess my next purchase will be from a dealer who is willing to assist me after my vehicle purchase - God knows there are many more Honda dealers and closer proximity as well.
