No lie it took me a minute to find this dealership and when I got here they far exceeded my expectations!! Miguel helped me out and he was real adamant on making sure I got into the car I wanted. He didn’t push me or force another car that I didn’t want on me, he listened to my needs and I was accommodated as should!! Oh and I can’t forget about Paul because he was a big help but honestly shoutout to Miguel and the whole auto gallery crew. Great first experience for any first time buyer and anybody to be honest . Cars salesmen’s couldn’t even tell you the difference between a car and an airplane. These guys are clueless of what’s going on around them. No one could answer any of my questions. Really bad attitude from a guy named Miguel. They scam you with their “discounted” prices online. They just add on 4,000 for “dealer fees” later on to make up the difference. I ended up buying a car down the road for 10k cheaper with 300 dollar dealer fees… This place is an absolute joke of an establishment. Their cars are rusted out, not well kept, and well overpriced. They try to make easy cash on you by acting dumb. Or maybe they just are dumb?

Inquired several times about a black bmw that was listed on their site and was dealing with Alex. He over promised and under delivered. Twice he told me that we would be sending info over and never did. Also said he would have someone else send info over and that never happened. Terrible at communicating. Was willing to pay cash and nothing.

I purchased a car today from Auto Gallery. The staff there was amazing. The gentleman that helped us was Sam..he was professional and kind and went above and beyond, Sam is definitely an asset to this company. I cant say enough about him. I don’t normally write reviews on organizations but I feel so compelled to draft one today. Being someone who has worked in customer care/services for a while, I am appalled to the way things were handled today at this dealership. They don’t keep track of who the offer cars to nor do they cater to out of state customers. Each representative from the auto Gallery team sends out promises and misguided messages to customers and then when they show up they say something else to try to sell you something different than what was first offered. We drove from Maryland to Jersey just because we believed this dealership was trusted and could give us what we needed. Second they failed to communicate properly with us Prior to us arriving. We called multiple times earlier in the days prior to the visit and we also called the morning of to remind them we were coming and they said the car was available for us. On arrival they told us they sold it to someone else. The dealers like to tell people what they wanna hear on the phone but change last minute in person without remorse. I hope no one falls into their trap of driving hours to get a car from them. Anyway people reap what they sow. My brother ended up getting a better deal for a way better car at the Lexus dealership (which I highly recommend).

Great customer service and they work with you to find the best deals. I would recommend you to come here for great deals.

Awful experience with this dealership. I inquired about a car they had listed for sale, and was told it was sold. The next day I saw that the vehicle was still listed for sale, so I asked the online representative if it was available. I was told the car was still available, and that I would be sent the video of the car I requested shortly. When I didn’t receive anything for a few hours, I called the dealership to once again be told the vehicle was sold and that some how their online representatives do not have access to their current inventory. A few days later I see the same vehicle listed except the price is now $4k higher! Not sure how you can raise the price on a vehicle you supposedly sold. Clearly an attempt at bait and switch since they tried to offer me an older model of the same car with more miles and less features for 3k more than the vehicle I was interested in. I suggest not wasting time with these scammers and going to a dealership that actually wants to sell cars.

I have made multiple attempts within the past couple months to try and get information on a blue alfa romeo. I have a very busy job so i requested email for contact and I received nothing TWO times. Today I went on and saw that the vehicle was still there so i decided to give it one more try. The chat lead said they would have someone get in contact with me. I said text or email for contact again and a guy that barely speaks English CALLS to tell me the car is sold. Waste of time, read the reviews and shop elsewhere!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!… fees are way too high. They lower prices on car but will hit you with high fees.. you will be paying alot More for vehicles that in other places you can get it for cheaper. 2 stars because the cars were nice and I guess they could have been worse. They wouldnt honor the deal that was on their own website. It said this price is what you pay except for registration and title fees, then they hit me with a mandatory $1995 dealer fee which they wouldnt budge on. Salesman didnt disclose damage to the vehicle when I asked over the phone and on the lot, which I later discovered. Intentionally hid that the hood strut didnt work. Within 10 miles of leaving the lot I had a low tire light and a low oil light. Service due light had been on for 160 days. Knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle. Paperwork was questionable and they said they would get me a title and then just sent me a title application they had filled out. Basically know what you are looking for and how to examine everything yourself or take it to get inspected by a third party because they arent going to tell you the truth about anything unless it gets you to buy the car.

I went in to purchase a gorgeous 15 BMW 335 and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. I worked with Sales agent Yasser who was great and didnt try to sell me bogus fees. He also honored the TrueCar price I saw online plus the discount that was also listed on there without an issue.Paul, the finance guy, was also extremely nice and surprisingly transparent which is rare amongst people in this industry. He answered all of my questions and gave me a few financing options, broke down the differences between those options as well as what each would cost me in interest (it also helps to have a top tier credit score to get the best rates).

These guys are a joke, been calling them for a week now about a car online, they keep telling me that a salesman will call me ASAP but never have. I STILL HAVE 30 DAY TAGS FROM LAST AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!! I need my registration!! I call daily and never get a reason as to why I don’t have tags on my suv. I also realized they didn’t let me crank the car until all the codes were cleared each time it was started. Ended up having to get new rotors and brakes all around. On an AMG. Brembo brand. 2k I shouldn’t of needed to spend. I need my registration!

I shared my opinion almost two years ago buy at your owe risk. Some how they took my review down. They make promises that will not be kept. I brought from them before it was nothing like my last purchase never again. Be very careful of the financial add on too. When something goes wrong with your vehicle that extended warranty will not cover just another way of getting extra money from you.

These guys here, best dealership you can possibly go too. Mike, Bruce & Paul are the best salespeople I’ve ever met, they related to me very well, gave me amazing advice & they made it hard not to choose them. After what happened with my last BMW, these gentlemen did everything they could & ultimately got me the best car for a longtime. This 2015 BMW 428i is amazing, at first i thought that it wasn’t going to happen, but these guys right here found a way. I highly recommend this dealership over any other along the highway, they keep it real with you & don’t attempt to sweeten anything or beat around the bush. I would easily buy another car from them as long as those 3 are running the show.
