Obviously your reliable staff gave you my info and message so claiming you have zero idea of who I am is a feeble defense. Classic move of hiding behind your contracts and fine print instead of standing behind your service, products ( vehicles) and integrity by doing the right thing as a business owner. You should take ownership of the fact that you should not be selling cars under this condition. Would you feel ok selling this truck to someone who is close to you? Selling cars that are deemed unsafe to drive by Toyota technicians is unethical. WE, as the public are not as savvy as a dealer may be, not knowing what all to look for but you as a dealership know exactly what issues are with the car upon purchasing it and reselling it. Therefore reselling it demonstrates the true character of you and the business you represent. Even your staff had mentioned to me that they can see my point. My sales rep has hence quit since the sale. For the record I was never offered any type of warranty. When a customer purchases a car they should fee they are purchasing a car that is mechanically sound and safe furthermore the company should back their products, clearly not the case here. Bought the truck and when I received it reverse didnt work. Usually dealer to dealer are trustworthy. This situation is very frustrating. I wouldnt buy from them. They wrote on window that it was green light and ran good.

Sold me a BMW that 2 weeks later I found out ALL 4 rims were cracked and re-welded in attempt to fix them. ALL 4 were cracked and began not holding air. Many electrical gremlins (drivetrain malfunctions, Vehicle codes for random things popping up while driving) in the car and under the hood a good amount of the hoses and plastic lines were cracked and loose.Air intake tubes off turbos were rotted and loose.PCV valve was cracked.These were all things that allowed the car to run for a few days but later the car wasn’t even able to pull out of a parking spot.Cost me about $3000 in repairs and I had to get a whole new set of rims which cost me $1500.The car presented really well but just to clarify. Make you sure you have the car you’re interested in here inspected/bring it to have a PPI done at a dealer even if that means paying $120’for the inspection.It will save you potentially thousands in repairs.

Be ware of, bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 65K miles, they listed it with 4.3 Condition Report, never disclosed anything about engine, received SUV have over 20 engine codes, took it to the Local Jeep dealer and was told it needs a new engine, sludge/cracked heads, I am 100% they new all that and failed to disclose that intentionally.

They sell quality cars here at quality prices!! Although I bought a car with a small suspension problem that nobody new about (car drove flawlessly upon test drive), the owner Gary, offered to fix it with his money after the purchase. Gary was also nice enough to call and pay for a lift/uber, for me and my grandmother when the NJ temporary plates website was down and we were stuck there. The salesperson Giovanny is also awesome, I’ve never dealt with anybody at a car dealer who has helped so much along the way leading up to the purchase of my new car. Bought a used Honda Civic from a very very nice salesman.HOWEVER, before we finalized the paperwork, we found a discrepancy in the mileage on the car and on the paperwork (title, etc), by 30k miles. The mileage had been rolled back to 110k instead of showing the 140 it was.Also, when test driving the car, it was impossible to tell that all the dials were broken. For example, the spedometer only reached as high as 20 mph--and we tested it only in a residential area.Luckily, we were able to get a full refund.They are not BBB accredited and I would recommend not going to this dealership unless you have one of their cars inspected for about $100 at a garage.

Giovanny came through after all. A month passed and I contacted him again and asked about the check. We cleared the air and he kept his word to overnight it to me. I understand most of the issue is with the mechanic they sent me.Im going to leave my original post below to show that problems happen, but there are ways to work around them, and they did. Thank you.Got a Prius there, 20 minutes after I left, 3 lights came on on the dashboard. They told me to go back the next day. I left the car overnight and his mechanic ordered the wrong part. A whole week passed before he got the right part. Asked to leave the car overnight again, same problem. Another week goes by and it was finally fixed, eventhough they left the car filthy. I had to go back there so they could wash it.Spent about $150 on uber/lyft alone during the time I had no car.Giovanny said he would talk to the boss to see what he could do, then later told me he would send a check for $60 or $80 along with the plates he would send me. It took me 40 days to get the permanent plates, and when they came in the mail, no check. Terrible experience.

Will never purchase here again!! The service engine light was on i left it so they could repair it but they just cut it off. They changed the warranty from 90 to 30 days and claim they never said 90. My emails went unanswered... this place is just trash!!!!!
