I purchased a 2007 Lexus GS350 from this dealership and I can not stop loving it. I wanted a certain vehicle and after some time it came down to a Lexus GS350. I have searched around the area at other dealers for this vehicle but none had it in the condition, the CARFAX, or the price that would make me want it. I decided to go to this place after passing by it going to work, noticing that they had one. I couldn’t have been more ecstatic to see that it had everything I was looking for. Audry was very tolerant with me as I was very picky with my vehicles. As someone like myself who knows the ins and outs of cars, saw that this vehicle was sound both mechanically and electrical, so I couldn’t let this car go. Audry then made the buying process easy and straightforward and by the next day I was driving home in my new car. I can not recommend this place enough and would buy again at this dealer in the future.

Owner told me to leave his office after I challenged his $600 doc fee. Would not let me test drive the car, the 2011 Sonata. Advertised car as no accidents, but when I arrived to see car, the car obvious was in accident. Claimed was not reported...thats illegal. Further, all four tires were bald and would not pass a NYS inspection.

Purchased car 2 months ago, still waiting plates and registration! The way everything is playing out is screaming SCAM LIKELY! I’ve retained a lawyer.

The salesman carmine rushed the sales process, an offer of more than $2,000 above list price had to be made in full before test driving vehicle. The salesman lied about body damage and mechanical condition of the vehicle portraying it as a clean factory car with no problems or mechanical defects. The car has been fully repaired on the driver side, repainted (poorly), filled in with bondo, and he said “the small dents” had never been touched. I paid Above the list price, full amount, and was lied to with the car sold as is “due to the year” (2012) and left the lot with a check engine light no more than 3 hours later reading for new high pressure fuel pumps costing over $3,000 at a dealership on a car I just paid $17,500 for “with no problems or defects”. Carmine threatened me and my family when I asked why he lied about these issues during the inspection saying he was going to show up to my house and not to forget that he knows who I am and where I live. I could go on about the way the owner, Jack, wanted to assess the situation as well but I’m sure it’s not necessary. Overall there would have not been issues if carmine did not lie, hide things, and portray his knowledge of the car the way he did to me at time of inspection and purchase. When I called him the next day and he started threatening me he all the sudden knew a lot more about the car that he wasn’t willing to disclose the day prior. There’s a hundred dealerships in that area all with nicer and same quality vehicles and salesmen and owners that don’t treat their customers and sales the way real deal motors do. Carmine asked condescending, degrading and sarcastic questions when I asked about test driving the vehicle when I had already placed a paid in full offer that was $1,500 higher than the listed price. I even saw him ask another customer if they were collecting unemployment before introducing himself to the sale.

SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This place is the definition of a STEALERSHIP. wanted $1500 over asking price once I got there from 2 hours away. Jack could’ve told me this on the phone. The car wasn’t what it appeared in pictures either. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else! Waste of time.

Had a good experience with Jack at this dealership. He let us take the time to make a decision which meant a lot to me. After negotiations and test ride, the car was given a full detail. A+ for customer service will be returning here in the future for another vehicle.

Jack sold me a 2017 pre owned c 300, I took it to a mechanic and found out that the frame was bent . Then he tells me my warranty is voided because I put aftermarket wheels on it. I have never dealt with more inconsiderate person than jack, and he is probably the worst person to deal with. Horrible service. Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Carmine might honestly be worse but I didn’t really have to deal with him.

Jack was very hostile and he pressured me very aggressively. Carmine sat back and watched his little puppet manipulate the poor people of Lodi. I have never been treated more poorly, they talked to me like a second class citizen. This establishment is a plague on the town of Lodi. The people here were genuinely bad folks. They were hostile and suggestive. I will never, and I mean NEVER return to this horrible, wicked, and down right despicable place. I still have a bad taste in my mouth.

So I JUST bought a 2011 Acura TSX and let me tell you... Jack (the owner) and Carmine his work partner were amazing to deal with. They made me feel comfortable and were very helpful during the buying process! I felt that they had really good intentions towards selling me the car. I bought a vehicle over 2 months ago and was insisted for 3 weeks that the title was being overnight mailed to me as I am in another state. Jack and carmine continued to tell me they did not have the title after they had already faxed a copy to my insurance company a week before. Once I asked about that they cussed at me and told me “we never said anything about mailing or overnighting a title, we don’t mail titles, you have to come back and pick it up in person, I know it’s a 6 hour drive...” it’s not your title to hold Jack, there isn’t a loan on the car it’s nobody’s title but mine. Can I have it ?

No Jack, carmine told me he did not want me test driving the vehicle until a full offer had been placed especially being that it was stick shift. I offered $1k above what the vehicle was listed on the website and he still would not let me test drive the vehicle making comments indicating he didn’t believe I could afford the car (list price $15,995, initial offer $17,000). The final sale was above $18,000, paid in full zero finance. The “test drive” did not last more than 5minutes and did not exceed 2 miles distance. You were not open an hour and a half late, 10 minutes after close time carmine said “so what do you wanna do we’re supposed to be closed”. No warranty was ever offered carmine actually told me the car was exempt from warranties due to its age (2012), you know that? Why are you lying to make yourself look better on google? Why would you say I declined a warranty offer that never existed unless you know you sold me a car with mechanical and body defects and cleared the codes prior. I called to resolve the issue I did not cuss or yell, your actually the one who had to take the phone from carmine when you heard him say “p**sy a** f*gg*t don’t forget we have your name and information and know where you live now, I’ll come to your house” I don’t know why you have to lie. I arrived at your dealership at 615pm and was inside debating and negotiating papaerwork before 7pm due to carmine being so rushed about the close time, how does that make is possible for me to inspect and drive the vehicle for hours like you say? The car was not running when I scanned it carmine made very sure I wasn’t to touch anything as he told me that you Jack were supposedly under the belief the “computer tool” he called it then could “mess all sorts of things up”. Besides that the test drive was no where near long enough to trigger any codes previously cleared. 2 weeks prior to purchasing the vehicle I still have not seen or heard anything of the title for a vehicle I paid in full for, with carmine insisting and ensuring me each day that it will be overnighted to me the next day. Another week goes by making it 3 and the owner Jack tells me they do not ship titles and it’s my job to come back to New Jersey and pick it up in person. Bottom line is carmine lied to me about multiple things and swore, threatened, and yelled at me when I asked him about it. On top of that carmine needing for me to place an offer $2k above list price to test drive the car becuase he suggested I wasn’t serious about buying the car or couldn’t afford it when I had established I was very serious had driven 5 hours to look at the car and was treated like that.

Jack and Carmine were very helpful and fair and easy to work with. We will be repeat customers for sure.
