Needs a little more organization cleaning needs to be maintained daily

I love to shop at the Dollar Tree! You can find some really great products there and it just tickles me pink to only have to pay a dollar for it. However; this particular Dollar Tree isnt my favorite location to shop at. The store is almost always a mess, the shelves have big empty areas where the products they sale are supposed to be displayed for purchase. Im not sure; so dont quote me on this... But in my opinion; someone needs to be trained properly on inventory and ordering. Im not trying to be mean or rude; Im just telling it like it is; you wont get any sugar coated nonsense from me. Especially on topics such as this. Other than that little discretion; Dollar Tree is in my Top 5 Gotta go to stores when its time to go shopping. =)

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

My wife and I shop at the Dollar Tree often, always finding great items for a buck and you just cant beat that unless its free of course.Im gonna be honest though, the Dollar Tree on Ham Lane is a much better store in almost every aspect.

Ive never really liked going to this store because they never have what I need and the shelves are always a disaster. Well again tonight they had almost nothing, the store was a huge mess. I will be returning.

Messiest dollar tree I have ever been in. Toy section looked like it had been raided by a gang of savage 5 year olds. The person that appeared to be assigned the daunting task of putting things back and restocking was moving slower than a clock on the last day of school. 2 stars for the nice efficient check out lady. Reviewing in hopes that corporate sees this and steps in with an overhaul on management.

This particular is almost always a mess! But most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Understaffed, dirty, empty and collapsed boxes everywhere half the shelves arent stocked its just a complete mess

Smaller store, so you can get what you want and be in & out quickly .Still a good selection of items but not a looong line for checkout.Clean store, friendly staff.

Messy as usual not organized but in the process of change to Christmas. Still love the place😜

How can you go wrong with spending $1?

Nice store with great selections, but the lack of employees working there is very troublesome! Upon going there tonight, there was only one employee working at the register, and in the store overall, and the line was 8 people deep! Way too long of a wait for only 3 items! Also no apologies given by the cashier and store was pretty messy on this night.

Always shop dollar tree for small items

The one over on the East side the only thing I liked was there was hardly any customers.But they did not even have any garden tools. Like over at the one on Ham Ln.

What can I say pandemic has hit everyone in a different way I guess for what theyre dealing with yes I agree 3.8 Stars I witness someone stealing there and they just let him go do the store policies I would see if he still a certain amount they would call the cops but he just took one thing and ran

I LOVE our DT on Ham Lane. It really looks great. The store on Cherokee has shown some great change

Dollar tree is always a great deal; but I give the Lodi store 3 stars because of their lack of items, the messiness that I observed, and the vagrants utilizing the front entrance. The staff is friendly, and only Management can fix the problems.

I got hired at Dollar Tree I really appreciate the job. And the people I work with are nice and professional.

We have to Dollar Trees in Lodi California. The one on Cherokee Lane is always trashed and unorganized and understocked. I think management should step up and do something about it. The Dollar Tree in the Lakewood shopping center on Ham Lane is always clean well organized and well-stocked.

Theres a cashier who never turns on the light that her register is open and makes all customers go to the other worker. Then she didnt want to blow up balloons that a customer asked her so she made the ONLY cashier that was working go and do it. I wish I got her name - Shes a heavy set Caucasian lady that wears a long khaki skirt and hair all pinned back. She always does that. shes lazy and doesnt want to work. it was annoying because I had to wait much longer in line thinking she was closed! Fire her or please make sure cashiers turn their light on!

This is a newer store, so merchandise is in the correct place. Everything is $1.One complaint, the sun shines right through the BIG front windows. Makes it very hot

I love it its close to home great buys and a lot of cool things every so often that you wouldnt expect to get for a dollar.

This store is good for picking up cards and gift bags. You know those things you forget all the time, last minute. The store was really messy but its the holidays.

Like this store. All the food is GMO so us gotta eat three tymz the labels servings to get anything good out it, but hey. Np. Nw.

Not a bad size Dollar Tree. Its in a good location and parking is never an issue, not to mention they have public unisex bathrooms which come in handy in an emergency. The service isnt bad either.

Wow talk about service i didnt get her name the girl who help me with the ballons thank you in and out 5 minutes with 7 ballons fast eficient and kept her customers at ease because of how fast she set them up. Thanku

Restocking is a must outta alot of items but like the isles and Valentine isle is great.

The have Memorial day and Fourth of July decor

Doller tree never stock up on anything looks empty inside and bathroom is gross broken down.and mager was so rud the store is not clean.stuff borken in store and rude people there other one is somewhat better but need stock up.all the bathroom pipes were broken were the hell dose employees go pee.

MARCOS was very rough, I buy some wine glasses and I request some paper to have the wine glasses rap, and he responds was they dont rap glass no more, and I said they do it at the others dollar tree,. And he responded again we dont do it at this store, and all the customers that were on line were so surprise at his remarks., I will go back to the twin city dollar tree they dont have no excuses., good customer service

Dollar Tree General is a cheap but nice store! Good little things to buy when you need something small but saves you a buck.

Went to find Halloween decor but left with very little. Disappointed with lack of supplies/selection this year. The store was clean and organized though.
