I have been here a few times for phone purchases for myself and my kids, for help with phone set up and other random issues. Everytime I have been in, I am always greeted by someone cheerful and never leave without being perfectly satisfied. Diane takes her time and explains everything clearly. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and they have always been happy with the customer service. Love this store!

I went into the store to get help with my new iPhone. I did not know how to do a few things on it since I am new to the iPhone family. I was assisted by lacy who was very sweet and explained all of my issues extremely well! She was patient with me and definitely made me feel more comfortable with my iPhone!! I will definitely be returning to see her :)

I switched from sprint originally and have had att for 2 years now. I love coming here with any issue, they don’t make me feel like my questions are stupid. The staff is the best at finding a solution and often go out of their way to do so. They are super happy and friendly always. Because of the great customer service I will not switch to another provider

The ladies who helped me were very friendly throughout; one remembered me from my visit nearly 2 months ago, and even asked me how my recent trip went (which I had mentioned when she helped me last). They were both incredibly knowledgeable and expeditious while assisting me, 10 out of 10! I will highly recommend this business to my friends and coworkers.

All our questions were answered. The girl was very polite and greeted us as we and other entered the store. She Helped all of us with respect. She was able to get our phones ordered and told us what the charges would be. She explained all the steps and what to expect in the on the next bill. She was very knowlediable and caring.

This store is amazing. I was greeted promptly by the representatives, who were very friendly and there to help. I was browsing looking for some accessories for my phone and while I did not feel pressured the representative showed me plenty of options for my phone. The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide selection of cases and accessories. I also met the store manager Diane who was so friendly. She really seems to care what’s going on in her store and takes great pride in how it looks and runs. People like her should be kept around and cherished! Awesome service, Christian the manager helped me and my wife out with our account. We were about to switch to Verizon but he helped us get an excellent plan and we are really happy to stay with att. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend this location!!

I went in with my 5 kids & Diane was so patient with us! Even though they were screaming and knocking things over, she was calm, polite & was so helpful when I forgot my Apple ID & helped me reset all my passwords, she even transferred all my info! One of my kids even threw up on the counter & she gave him a 7up & crackers to make him feel better! Diane also helped upgrade my plan & I ended saving money! I love this store! Will be returning when my kids are old enough to have phones!!! Thank you Diane!

Having issues with service to my hotspot. Paying 150 a month business plan jst for the hotspot plus cost of service on 2 cell phones. After 3 months you would think they could fix this problem. Im jst about ready to ca celebrate service after many years with them.

Diane was so helpful and patient even with my son continuously being a total monster, she stayed calm and knowledgeable answering all questions and was able to get me exactly what I needed even telling a number of jokes making my experience at a phone store enjoyable for the first time, this girl needs a raise!!!

I only stopped by the store for “tech help” as my phone storage was “full”!!??? The staff really took time to check into my data but was unable to resolve the problem. They encouraged me to wait for the manager to return from the bank to see if he could assist! I was so grateful that they didn’t just shrug and sent me on my way because Christian returned and spent considerable time investigating my phone data. I was so amazed that he didn’t give up, and eventually found an unusual glitch happening in my “shared photo” storage! (We are talking an hour of painstaking research on his part to free up my phone from what turned out to be another person’s photos and videos that were downloading on mine!) Christian is my new hero!!! He also informed me that since I have phone insurance that It gives me access to a LIVE tech advisor should I have any future questions!!! (WHAT!?) I was just visiting Lompoc and live / shop in Santa Maria, but it’s worth the short drive to get such personalized professional attention from the friendly staff at this store.
