Thank you Thurman! I have personally gotten 3 vehicles from this location, each time being very different. I am pleased to say the 3rd time is the charm, and Thurman truly was the best salesman I experienced. He was so patient with my kids and took the time to make sure I got the best deal and price I needed. I appreciate your kindness as much as your integrity to make sure my experience was flawless!
Hailey assisted me from the beginning and did everything absolutely to find me the perfect car for me. She is friendly, funny, and kind. Hailey kept me entertained while I was getting all the paperwork processed for a used vehicle. So far I am loving my Kia Soul and my table fits perfectly on the back. Thank you for the help. I recommend talking with her for any question or concerns.
I was shopping for a Forte car lease. Filled out their contact info. - spoke with Mark and he gave me lease rates. I was turned over to Steve and relayed the information of the rates I was given. I called and made an appointment with Steve via Mark. I was given an appointment - I also emailed Steve and told him of my appointment and that I wanted to lease a Forte. The appointment was placed wrong when I received a phone call the previous day. Called that evening and spoke with the receptionist and told her I that the appointment was earlier no problem it was changed - told her too that I was leasing a Forte. Showed up the next day and was greeted by a sales person. I told him I had I had an appointment with Steve. I explained to him the leasing numbers that I was given. I said to him should I speak with Steve - he said no that I would be speaking to him anyways. I was told their was no Fortes and their was only one car to lease. I asked if the other Greenway dealers had Fortes. He said we don’t do that. I asked what the lease was on this vehicle and he gave me numbers twice to 2 1/2 times higher than what I was told. He also told me that we don’t sell cars at the msrp - it’s at least 10,000 over invoice. The vehicle he was showing me had no sticker. He also stated that their dealership doesn’t just give out numbers over the phone or internet to get people in - this dealership does. Too many inconsistencies with numbers that are given. Not there really to help you - basically take it or leave. It’s been awhile since I’ve been this upset with a dealership. I told the sales person to tell Steve I was there - on the way home I was called by the dealership if I was still coming for my appointment. I said I was already there and told them the numbers I got previous to my appointment and the numbers that I got when I was there. Told her it was 2 to 2 1/2 times higher. She said someone would get back - that was Sunday and it’s now Thursday’s. Lack of. Communication. 🙁
Called ahead asking about a vehicle in stock. They reassured me multiple times that the car was on the lot. I decided to drive there and the car was NOT there. Within a few minutes they notified me that it was a mistake and I did appreciate that. Also there was a $17,000 mark up on the car that a was interested in. Kia stinger. After negotiating they told me they couldnt drop the price. When I wanted to leave they offered to reduce the markup 9k. Still being sold way above MSRP.
Service department is unorganized and does not keep you updated until they reach out to you stating nothing has been done and you have already waited 3 hours. Pulled up for an appointment and it took 20 minutes for anybody to acknowledge I was there. Don’t waste your time as they don’t value it one bit.
This is your typical sleazy car dealership. Kia has a National lease deal listed on their website I asked before making the appointment and wasting my time going if they had a vehicle that fit the $2800 down and $179 per month for 36 months. I was told yes when I arrived I told them I didnt care about color or options. Then I was brought a paper with a payment of over $400 per month. Typical bait and switch by Greenway Kia and Kia for allowing dealerships to pull these sneaky scams on consumers. Never bought a Kia before and after this waste of time never will. And please dont comment to contact the dealership because you shouldnt be trying to correct something you did intentionally
I purchased a CPO 2019 Kia Forte S with 37k miles on 10/5/2021. Great car, but I had a bit of an up and down buying experience at first. In the end I spoke with the GM, he was very friendly and understanding and made his best efforts to make up for any short comings that had occurred. All in all, a great car, a good deal and staff that will work to earn your business.
Professional, transparent, patient, personable and helpful staff. Im a worrier and a pedant, and they were very patient explaining everything involved. They were also really good about removing some maintenance and aesthetics packages that were included as normal but I didnt catch at the time of signing - its taking a bit of time, but theyve been handling the cancellation well. Happy to have bought a car from them, will definitely check them out first next time Im buying a car in Central Florida!I talked to a bunch of people on the phone and unfortunately cant remember their name, all professional and helpful. The main people involves were Clinton from sales and Sekula from finance. Top blokes!
With appointment waited over 3 hrs. I broth it for service last week and I had to bring it back cause they messed up my fuel gasket I couldnt put any gas! That was upsetting they definitely need a better staff.
The team here specifically JT and Christian is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate. They got me into a brand new car that I love that is affordable!
These people charged my mom 650$ to change a window motor today . A maybe 50 dollar part. So 600 dollars just to take off a door panel. You should feel good about yourself lol
Im not one to write reviews, but I needed to after my experience with this dealership and the salesman we worked with (Clinton). We are a family of five that is growing into a family of six. We had a nice Nissan rouge but needed a bigger car with three rows. My husband and I went to a bunch of other dealerships with no luck finding what we wanted. We came to this dealership kind of burnt out from our horrible experiences praying this would be it, and it was. Not only did we find a car we both loved, but they were able to pay off our old car, which was a blessing because no other dealer would. We are so happy we found this place. From the moment we walked in, Clinton gave us his full attention and took his time trying to find us a car that would fit us. He was super professional and very friendly! He wasnt pushy like other salesmen, and you could tell he truly just wanted to help. I would recommend him to anyone trying to look for a new or used car!! We are so happy with our 2021 Kia Sorento! Thank you, Clinton!!!
I had a great experience at Kia North. I wanted to buy a car at another dealership and they didn’t do anything for me, they were kind of tricky. But once I went to Kia North, they were always honest and very efficient. Ahmed and Cesar were THE BEST and one of the most honest people I’ve known in the car business. They really cared about me and made miracles, selling me the best car I could have asked for!I’ll be forever thankful with them for selling me my first car in the fastest, most efficient and honest way possible. Please if you go there, ask for Cesar or Ahmed, because they are the best and treat people the right way 😊
Well you cant believe everything dealerships tell you over the phone. We were lured here under false pretenses. Yesterday on the phone the very friendly associate assured us that our out the door price for the very popular Carnival EX, which they had in stock, would be $45k-$47k out the door. This wasnt including a promotion, she assured us, where they would match up to $7k of a down payment, lowering the effective price. It would be well worth the 2 hour drive to this dealership to get the deal. When we arrived, the EX had been transferred to another dealership (in Texas) at 10 pm last night. They would however sell us the cheaper trim, for $55k, or $10k above what they quoted us the day before for the more expensive trim.We brought up the discrepancy and the salesman said Well you cant believe everything dealerships tell you over the phone. Ultimately the manager told us they do not allow their employees to give out the door prices over the phone and that they would resolve the situation with the employee who spoke to us yesterday, but I truly believe this is a common practice here based on other reviews.
There is a God!! Lol but seriously this place is a lifesaver I am 50 years old I have never in my life had a new car and I didnt think I could get one but they surprised me and gave me one so heres a huge shout out to Kia and Mr Williams for getting me the car I really appreciate everything you guys did to help me you guys are so awesome and I really appreciate all the help!!
I came in not knowing exactly what I was looking for. Patricia Miller did everything she could to assist me. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!
Brought in my brand new Kia Sportage for 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Was told one to one and a half hours wait. It’s been over that and I’m still waiting. Had to ask for a update and was told a tech came in late! So that’s my problem? I’m missing time at work. Unacceptable. A simple oil change and tire rotation should never take 2 plus hours. Find somewhere else to take your car!
Nabil and Christian were extremely nice and helpful in getting me in a new car!
Lying financial manager with an attitude actively tries to scam you and tells you to his face he doesn’t care. You can do better down the road.
Patricia Miller, sales consultant, was a joy to work with on the purchase of the 2022 Seltos. Her kind personality and her attention to detail was a winning combination. David Andrew, Manager, was so helpful to assure all our needs were met. Christian Perez helped close the deal with 100% accuracy on the paperwork. What a great team! The 2022 Seltos is a good vehicle. Fun to drive and looks great on the road. Thank you Patricia, David and Christian for an enjoyable Greenway Kia North buying experience.
Very disappointed showed up after 2 days to see a vehicle after working all night and had an appt and no one came out. Saw the car opened the door looked like a trash pit. Still no phone call back about it. Very terrible. We drove all the way to St augustine and are probably buying a car today..
I do not recommend this dealership for service. We opted for the maintenance plan for convenience but it has been nothing but a waste of time. Everytime weve been in the wait has been over 4 hours and 1 time it took 6 hours. When I texted the service advisor to get updates on my vehicle she did not get back to me until I was already back home. I am stopping by later today to cancel the service package and taking my business elsewhere. This place does not have it together.
I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please use extreme caution taking your car to this dealership. I was told multiple times and days that my car would be ready. Its still there. Its not that the parts are not available, because theyve had them for days. Its not that I didnt make the car available for them, because its been there for days... All for a fix that is supposed to take 4 hours. Thats what the service manual says; 4 hours. And its been days. Now, they call me right before they close on a Friday to say..... Monday it will be ready. Thats 4 days to complete 4 hours worth of work. Service specialist Caitlin told me she would stay late and call me.... no call.... I wanted to speak to a manager... sorry, no manager to talk to he went home. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!! And this is after I bought the car there, all services completed there. THEY DO NOT CARE. BBB gets calls and emails now. Dont do it to yourself, there are plenty of other kia dealerships.
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before heading over to Greenway Kia. In reading the reviews today I can clearly see that I am not the only consumer to experience bait and switch sales techniques. My sales person was very helpful, however the used car manager Jonathan Daniel was as crooked as they come. It is a shame that old school car sales tactics are alive and thriving at Greenway Kia. Times have changed in the industry Mr.Daniel, but apparently you can not or refuse to treat people with honesty, integrity or respect.
Switch and bait for sure. I went in to buy a brand new 2021 Mirage Es in CASH, which I said in the beginning. Sticker and online shows $18130. I look at the car and denied the test drive. We go in to do numbers and they say it’s $25000! With taxes and everything $28000!!!! I’m sitting there with these people trying to come up with a number and basically get tried with their “sales tactics” that is a complete joke. I had said previous that I was paying in cash and they felt trying to bring up running my credit 😂. So basically In the end point they weren’t even listening to start with. If you wanted to sell more cars then sell them for the appropriate prices not with nearly 40% mark up because the “covid” market. Basically lost a sale because you tried to be greedy scam artists and you have a complete joke of a sales team. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!!!!
To be honest it took forever to get paperwork done. I mean I’m literally waiting while I write this 😏 I was told price was negotiable at the beginning just to find out to take it or leave it. They need a better program for people with bad credit. I ended up paying over 3k in interest. I would say this was not best experience. My salesman is still missing.
I scheduled service appointment with this dealership with their online service scheduling. There were a bunch of open appointments for today Ive chose the one to drop my car off at 1:00 p.m. . But when I arrived I was told that I would probably have to wait there at least till the end of the day because they only had they only had two technicians. They never called to tell me this so I wasted my time going up there to find this out I will be going to another Kia dealership
I went to Kia in the beginning of August and was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service Clinton gave me. Not only did he work with me in getting a car that I absolutely love but he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. I’m so happy with the experience he gave me with purchasing my new vehicle. When I upgrade I’ll DEFINITELY be back to GreenWay Kia North in Longwood, Fl!! Thank you so much Clinton and God Bless you.
Tried to get extended warranty on my K900 and they said I didnt qualify, keep in mind I called hours prior to coming in and they said YES, that mileage didnt matter, they just had to scan it. Anthony basically said the only way they would offered warranty would be by selling the car to them and buying it back BECAUSE OF MILEAGE, like the fact he even suggested that was mind blowing, I told them I literally purchased the car less than a month ago, then he came with a paper for me to sign to authorize them to pull my credit so he could GIVE ME AN APPRAISAL because at least it wouldnt hurt to know how much theyd give. But anyways, a quick trip to KIA east and they were able to offered me warranty, IS EXPENSIVE. But aye at least Im covered now through KIA. Again, Anthony was misleading and even blamed it on the manager.
The only reason I even gave 1 star is because the young gentleman that was helping me (25yr old gentleman from NY) was a star!I called and asked for a price out the door and was quoted a price by Lacey. I drove an hour to get the car and they tried to add $2000 to the price, I ask for a Mgr. A man named Caesar came out would NOT honor what their employee Lacey quoted me!!They obviously only say whatever they can to get you the door.
Had a pleasant experience at Greenway North, with my sales rep until we got down to the nitty gritty on pricing. I will take some responsibility in not asking the right questions up front. The rest remains the dealers responsibility for their truth in lending disclosures. We had our eyes on a Telluride, and after viewing the vehicle and a brief test drive, we werent quite ready to pull the trigger. We went on to visit a few other dealerships that day, but none of the vehicles we saw quite made the cut. In the end, we decided the Telluride was the best deal to be had that day, and made our way back to the dealership. Our ecstatic sales rep was happy to run the numbers, so that we could see what we needed as a deposit, and ultimately, what our payment would be. Unfortunately, when the numbers came back, there was a close to $10K market adjustment fee added to the price of the vehicle. The $37k vehicle was now north of $50k. Needless to say, this was a deal breaker. As I indicated previously, I should have drilled down to this (market adjustment) figure with our sales rep before proceeding with the deal, but, it would have been helpful if this was disclosed earlier in the process. A lot of valuable time would have been saved. I will also note that I do not necessarily take issue with the laws of supply and demand, in that, the Telluride is an incredibly desirable vehicle, and the market, by and large is willing to suffer the markup. However, as capitalism dictates, I too am free to take my business elsewhere where the aforementioned fee is not assessed. In the end, save for this market adjustment surprise, my experience was overall good. Even the spirited discussion with the sales manager, who worked diligently to save the deal was agreeable. In the end, we just could not come to a middle ground on the additional fee.In the end, although I would not purchase from Greenway North because of what I deem an unnecessary markup, I certainly appreciate everyones effort in trying to close the deal.
Enjoyed the experience found great car. Very pleasant staff
This place is great! Super friendly and no hassle, this is our second car from here. Dellis is the best, only buy from him!
If I could leave a zero star I would. I had my car towned in on Wednesday because it wasnt starting. (I told them I believed it was either the alternator or the starter). They called me on Friday and said it was just a dead battery. I was suspicious of this because my car was not responding to attempts to jump it but allowed them to move forward with the install of a new battery trusting that they were telling the truth. I paid $290.10 for the battery and was sent on my way. The next day my car wouldnt start again. I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership where I was told it was now the starter that was bad and that it would be 5-7 business days before they could get the part in stock. I was treated like an inconvenience and recieved such attitude on the phone with almost every person I spoke to. I tried multiple times to speak to a manager to be left on hold for 45 minutes at one point before someone came and picked up the line and then hung up on me. The lack of professionalism is one thing - I own a business and would NEVER treat my customers this way - but to knowingly sell me something I didnt need is outrageous. I called Greenway Kia East and spoke to their parts manager who informed me that he had a starter that could be installed right away into my vehicle and that even if he didnt have one it would take 1-2 business days to acquire one.To say I am disppointed in my experience here is a understatement. Greenway Kia North is closer to my home and to my office and I will HAPPILY drive out of my way from now on to get services elsewhere. Completely unacceptable the way I was treated by the employees and by the service department in particular.
Some time in the evening I was told an audi was available at a certain price out the door. Once I got there I was told the car got sold the morning 🤪. Finding it a little hard to believe that “the system wasn’t updated”. Kind of sounds like a bate and switch tactic being used to lure customers in the dealership then into something they didn’t ask for. 🤷🏽♂️ I’ll pass.
I just took my car here for a recall on my Kia Vehicle, the advisor that attended me wasnt the best from the beginning but I let that go, as long as my car is worked on correctly and on time I dont have to complain. Unfortunately thats not the case.... i called to ask for an update on car, they originally told me is was going to take 4 hours, so 3 almost 4 hours have passed and now because of they are unorganized and irresponsible I will not have a car when it was supposed to be expected, now I have to change all my plans for this Holiday weekend because this dealer cant get things straight or fix, now my car wont be ready until the next day (and even thats not guaranteed) First and last time this people will see my face around this place.
In case you don’t click the tiny print details when car searching…There is a $2K “Recon” fee and $950 dealer fee. Safely add at least $3K to any internet price you see before document fees and TTL. They had my friend waiting for 4 hours before they put a document in front of her to show her the sale price, which included all of these fees. The sales guy was so confident, he had the car cleaned before he showed her the sale sheet. Thank goodness she walked.
Dont waste your time planning to look at a specific car. I called yesterday to confirm that they had the car I wanted to come look at. The lady assured me they did, and scheduled me to come see it today. When I got there they had me and my fiance circle their lot looking for it, and then the guy comes out and said they sold it at 7:30 this morning, even though they dont open until 9. Even if they DID sell it that early somehow I received no call to say hey, we sold that car. So I drove an hour and a half for absolutely nothing. Then the sales associate told me what Im looking for is unrealistic in the fact I want a newer car with less than 90k miles on it for less than 12k. But the car I went to see was a 2019 with 10 miles on it for just over 10k. Horrible experience, complete waste of time
Treated with respect and professionalism. Made to feel like family.Clinton Romain SP and David Anthony GM are top notch excellent.
Terribly inconvenient for scheduling services. Maybe its that way with all dealerships? I use a national brand auto shop for service and repairs of my Kia Soul, and they are leagues better than this place, both for convenience with scheduling and with personable customer service. Very pushy sales department here as well that kept calling to convince me to purchase a car after I already declined their offer. I only use this place for the rare recall notice to replace faulty parts.
I woke up early on a day off to see if I could make and appointment to have my car looked at. It is a 2020 Kia Forte and only has like 4,500 miles on it. I have had a few computer issues come up with warnings flash on saying I had a collision but did not. I got an appointment for 11:00 am that day and said I also wanted a tire rotation and check the breaks. I arrived early at 10:50 am and was checked in. I reiterated what was going on and then was told it would be like 4 to 5 hours before getting a diagnostic done on the car. I said never mind then just do the tire rotation and check the breaks. Two and a half hours later I still do not have my car back. I check with the service person to see why it is taking so long. She tells me they should have my car in soon. Why did I even make an appointment. It should not take that long for a tire rotation and check the breaks. I was so frustrated I said never mind just give me my car back.
Karen Pinedo is the sales representative that schedule an appointment with me, and she didnt show up. To make matters worst the cars I had the appointment to see was not even available because it was in the mechanic shop. The poorest customer service ever.
Talked to Megan about a truck. Made an appointment to go look at it, got there and someone completely different made me walk around the entire lot, saying the truck could be in 2 different places., after we got finished he then says they sold the truck an hour before hand. Was I interested in an avalanche or car...WASTE OF TIME!! Do not recommend.
Expect to pay $30,000 for 2021 Kia Forte BASE model and HUGE $3500 mark up in fees on used cars. The salesman was professional. We couldn’t close a deal because of their enormous fees. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Would have save a lot of time.
Had an issue with Enterprise Rental Car charging me when it was covered by warranty. I spoke with personnel in the service department. They gave the information to the service manager. Ive called multiple times with promises the service manager would call. Its been two weeks now. He still wont call me.
Went in trying to lease a K5 GT-Line and was helped by Gemoi. Even though I didn’t end up leasing the car, I have to commend Gemoi’s customer service. He was very patient and understanding of my situation. Gemoi is a rare salesman to encounter and one that should be appreciated.
Very disappointed in the management along with our sales representative. Don’t go here unless you want the manager to come up and try to sweet talk you then crumble up the paper when you say no. First off our female sales representative was sassy and rude when we didn’t want to chat and just wanted to see certain cars. We ask for one price and they came back to us $5,000 over the price like??? We decided to let her go back to her manager to see if they can give us the price we asked for and she comes back with her manager who looks like the the biggest sleazeball there ever was (long story short he was). Save yourself a trip and go to a different location.
Staff was courteous and friendly and very patient in answering my questions. I would definitely go to that location again.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER -- and Ive been buying cars for nearly half a century. First: Price Gouging, like ~$6-10,000 over MSRP. Second: Very High Pressure Sales Tactics. Disgusting. My wife and I walked out and went to AutoNation Honda in Sanford and bought the car we wanted on the spot. Totally different atmosphere. Best of all: Not a penny over MSRP.
1. Sales staff worked to meet my requested features and pricing. Great attitudes (esp. TJ and Manny). Sales mgr also very accommodating, offered loaner vehicle until purchased vehicle arrived.2. Cashier was very pleasant3. Finance mgr processed my deal efficiently
I went to this dealership a few weeks ago and worked with a rookie salesmen, we are experienced car buyers, and we’re very patient but still firm with our requests. We found a car we liked, and asked for the price, we were told it was illegal for them to discuss price options with us? And the car was new to the lot and did not have it posted on the window, they requested more and more information from me regarding my trade in I shared as much as I was comfortable sharing with out knowing the price of the car and was continually refused the price of the car. The salesmen then brought out the sales manager and he was so extremely rude and condescending, I was truly Prepared to purchase that car that day, but left immediately. Do not waste your time here, the dealership is run down and dirty to top it off. I drove straight to auto nation Toyota in winter park and received quality service that I highly recommend.
Bait & switch on a used car. Several times we asked before driving over & the second we walked in too. Getting detailed as someone bought it in the last 30 mins they said... When only 10 mins before, we have a text saying, I walked out and saw it myself. Its here and available. Could not produce car. NO we dont want another car .. lie once, cant trust you after. Walked out. .
This was one of my best experience with purchasing a new vehicle. The process was not stressful at all. My salesperson Patricia went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and my budget.
Pulled the old bait and switch. Vehicle was “good price” on Car Gurus at $24,800. After the test ride they brought us the paperwork. The new price? Over $29000, which included our $3k trade in. Then the “closer” came and sat down and talked and talked about why they add $995 “add on” and $1450 “recon” fee which we were told was reconditioning, which should be dealer overhead. The guy tells us he has to pay his “guys in the back” to recondition the car. Well I can’t say what reconditioning is needed on a car with 24k miles. Certainly not cleaning as it was filthy outside and oak leaves in all corners under the hood and trunk rails. We found a button in the cup holder with the words Gang Gang. The car had been tossed around the different Kia dealerships since last August, and had 3000 miles out in it since in dealer hands. We were told the managers use it as their personal vehicle. When we couldn’t arrive at a deal, the “closer” said to us as we left, “I’d sell it at wholesale before I meet your price!”. Have fun at the auction. Don’t fall for the bait and switch and the dealer “add ons” and reconditioning fees.
PATRICIA MILLER was Terrific! Its been a REALLY long time since I purchased a car. So I was a little nervous about the whole process... not to mention we are in the middle of a global pandemic. Nice time for me to car shop! Patricia Miller was recommended to me by a friend and she was awesome! She was patient and helped me achieve my goals without a lot of run around or hassle! And something important to me for the time being was that she put on a mask when she saw I was wearing one (sign-o-the-times.) I really appreciated that.I would recommend Patricia if you are looking for a KIA in the central Florida area. They had a nice selection of cars and I was able to find the one I wanted rather quickly! Thanks again, Patricia!
If you’re gonna buy a car, buy it from Dellis! He was very helpful and fun to talk to. -Angel/John
Recently brought my car in and got it back after almost 2 weeks. My service advisor, Bri, told me they were very busy so I am understanding of that. However, I had to call them multiple times each week to ask for updates and each time I called I would be put on hold for at least 10 minutes. I was originally told $1700 for my repair. Then was told it was going to be $1200 or $1300 for my repair. Finally, right before I went to pick up my car was told the price was back up to $1700. I’m unhappy with this service I was given, and think the fluctuation in price was very unprofessional.
Went in based on a call from Kara to see about trading in our current Ki fir a newer model. We haven’t been able to close on the right car yet but she has been amazing! No pressure, very patient with us and genuinely interested in US coming away with a purchase that made sense for us both personally and financially. She was excellent and would recommend her if anyone is going to Greenway Kia North.
UPDATE: If you can avoid this place, please avoid them at all cost. In the month of September and I still cant get my car registered. They dont return phone calls or emails so you have to get lucky enough to catch the person you are trying to reach. When I do finally reach someone, they take no type of accountability on their end. After giving me the run around and placing the blame on me and the bank I financed through, I come to find out now that they never even transferred the title to my name when I purchased the vehicle, so its still titled to the previous owner. This has been the biggest headache ever. I usually dont leave reviews, but Ive left 2 now about this place because they are that bad. I wish I could give negative stars.- Duwan JacksonSo initially my experience was good. My salesperson, Malique, was outstanding! I told him my story, what I wanted, and he was able to help me with no issues. The wait for the paperwork seemed like forever, but I got my car! Fast forward a bit, its been 3 weeks and Ive still yet to receive my new tag and my temp tag expires in 2 days!! The finance manager, who told me to follow up with in 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, has yet to return my calls. I text him, no response. The few times he does answer my calls, he says, Ill have to call you back. and then never does. And thats not even all of it!!! By far my worst experience with a dealership. Seems like I will have to physically drive 3hours to their location just to get results.. More to follow.
They got my vehicle on a recall part for 4 days and the keep giving me the run a bout cant give me a answer to wen my vehicle will be ready, Im getting ready to contact a lawyer! Worst service ever, do not bring your car to this dealer
So I found a 2010 Chevy impala FOR SALE online. Made an appointment to come look at and test drive a 2010 impala! When I get there this particular car hasnt been inspected yet and is not available for sale or test drive! Here comes the bait and switch! I have the cleanest 2002 Honda accord in the same price range! How do you go from 2010 impala to an almost 20 year old car! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! The person who made my appointment was going on and on about how the manager was pushing to get these used cars off the lot and is making crazy deals. Well they definitely lost my sale!
I recently bought a new Kia back in October with Patricia but my credit wasnt where it needed to be to be the car I really wanted but she did great and still got me into a new car. I came in yesterday for an oil change and Christian P saw me walking around stretching my legs and talked me into trying again. Needless to say I walked out with another new car in six months and this time got the car I wanted. Both experiences were amazing and I will return when Im ready to upgrade again. You guys rock!!!!!
They helped me get a car for my daughter and my salesman and the finance manager were great, But I sent one of my coworkers there to buy a vehicle from them and he did. I was told I would get referral money from them for sending him over and it has been 3 months now. All I keep hearing is that they will check on it and get back to me. once you buy a vehicle from them, they dont care about you after that
I had a great experience with Patricia. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my time.I would recommend seeing Patricia Miller for a great experience while car shopping.
Bought a Kia Sorento there for what I thought was $17,500. Went into the financing guys office and was distracted with his talk about politics and other subjects and ended up signing without paying attention to the details. Apparently he had added $6000 in maintenance, GAP coverage, and other thievery without me noticing. Went there to complain and obviously they denied everything. Obviously there’s nothing I can do about it because they have my signature. If you are planning to buy a car there please pay attention, read everything before signing. Don’t let them distract you from the details of the contract. If they start talking about politics and subjects not related to the contract tell them that you have no interest in Smalltalk.
Do not come to this place !! I drove an hour to buy a car. When I got there they couldnt even find the car and then to my surprise it had been crashes on the passenger chair and they didnt tell me! I had told them over the phone to please clean the car and have it ready because I was going to buy it on the spot and 2 different people told me it was clean and ready to go and when I got there it was dirty and had oil bottles inside the car. Then Cesear said he had other vehicles he wouldve liked to show me for the inconvenience and the one that stood out to me was no where to be found! If I could I would give them 0 stars
An absolute disaster of a dealership (at least where service is concerned)! Every SINGLE time I go there, something happens. Whether it is the cashier mad at me because I pick up the car 10 minutes before they close (I have a job too!) or the guy not having any information about the appointment I booked weeks ago -- it is miserable every time. Today I brought my Sportage in on my scheduled appointment for a recall that apparently, if not dealt with will cause a FIRE. Anyway, after a 15 minute wait of some of the slowest-moving people Ive ever seen, the lady tells me they have to order the part and I have to wait 7-10 days for it to come in. But then she says, I needed to come in anyway so she could SCAN THE VIN -- like I couldnt just give them the VIN over the phone and they type it in somewhere... no they have to SCAN it and get the mileage -- which makes no sense since the mileage is going to be different in 7-10 days. None of this, of course, was on the site when I specifically clicked the link they sent me to schedule the recall in the first place! Needless to say I had a ride follow me there and we just wasted the whole morning. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. It is a complete dumpster fire of clueless, uncaring staff and ridiculously dumb processes. Id give zero stars if I could but Google wont let me.
Hello,I just want to share my experience, to deliver my message to the management to make sure that we support and you compensate whoever works hard.So my experience at Greenway KIA north was really perfect, my salesman Ahmed welcomed us and get us water first then he helped me out through the entire process and made it very easy, honestly, and convenient. He was very Covid conscious, he wore his mask the whole entire time.It really made us feel safe, and was a truly pleasant experience!.I would recommend Ahmed and give him 10/10 to anyone who needs help getting in anew vehicle! .
Great experience, detailing department leaves much to be desired. Gemoi was very professional and the gentleman in the finance office was straightforward and honest.
I am so very glad I called Greenway. Bree in the service department is the Best and very professional. Everything taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you 😊
Everyone I dealt with at Greenway Kia North was very friendly, helpful and courteous. My salesman Dominic Abel was professional, honest, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Olu in Finance was kind, professional and detailed. My cashier (I did not get her name) was very friendly. Jonathan Daniels has a fantastic group working there!
This place is a joke. Me and wife waited 5 hours and they had all of our paperwork wrong. Letting other customers skip us like we not customers. Manny are sales person was ok. Then he kept lying saying we was next and we need to sign and we will be out. This was the worse dealership ever.
Called in the morning for the Kia Carnival. They told me they had it in stock. Made the appointment the same day. Got there and was told, we just sold it an hour ago. Then offered to see a totally different car. Could of called me before I drove 1 hour each way to get there and back. Wasted my time. Will see more negative feedbacks on Facebook also. You need to stop wasting people time like this. This is not the way to do business!
Bait n switch ….wasted my time….Lease special advertised did not exist…they jacked sticker price up 7K due to market demands as they told me…sales rep asked me how many Fortes I saw on the lot (very Rude) like I was supposed to see they had limited supply and they could jack up the price….never again !!I went to sport Mazda north and love this dealership, very honest, no markups, and great service ! The sales reps Igor and Jose are superb reps!
Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by Miss Monique and she took us on a tour to see the car options according to our budget. After choosing a model, Ms. Monique took us to the office to review the down payment and monthly payments while she went to check that the car was in good enough condition to purchase it. The car we had chosen was not in good condition and she chose another model for us and left it at the front of the office after test driving it and checking it. She gave us a document about the down payment and monthly payments for us to sign and make the down payment so we could call the insurance company. She called the insurance company and at the end of the day we went to the finance department to finish the paperwork and complete the purchase of the car.Miss Monique helped us through the whole process and was always attentive to any questions and doubts that arose. My family and I are very grateful to Monique for the attention and help provided from day one. We loved this experience!
Today I came in and was greeted by an amazing car salesman called Ahmed. From the very beginning he was very polite and courteous to all of my questions. We checked out multiple vehicles and at the end I settled for the amazing Kia k5! The sales manager, Ceaser was also extremely helpful ! I went to multiple car dealerships before this one, to shop around for the best deal and I would have to say that Ceaser definitely went above and beyond compared to any other manager that I have met. Whenever I need to buy a new car or anyone I know needs one, I will be sure to tell them to contact Ahmed and Ceaser! They were both amazing.
Don’t trust the prices they advertise online. We tried to buy a Kia K5 today that was advertised on greenways site for 33,000, when we arrived it was 43,000
Diagnostic fee is quadruple what other dealers are. Wanted almost $300 to look at my headlights. Bill Bryan Kia charged $100 for same diagnostic. Waste of a trip. Just tell people over the phone that youll Rob them so they dont waste 2 hours driving.
Ahmed and Steve helped me get into a brand new car swiftly and with a smile. Great people here, highly recommended if you need a new ride!
Loved working with Christian! Friendly and knowledgeable. Easy process from start to finish.
Hailey was wonderful to work with! The last time I went to a dealership it was a nightmare and I was left stunned at how smoothly everything went today!Thank you again to Hailey, you are the BEST!
CLINTON WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!I was originally looking for the east location because it is closest to me but when I submitted the credit application it sent it to the north location. My car died on me and I needed another car quick. I didnt had anything saved as it all happened suddenly. I got a car through carvana first since in my mind it is easier to get approved for a used car rather than a new one. I was able to get one but the interest rates are extremely high for a 12k miles 2020 car. In which came to mind isnt better to get a new of the year car with 0 miles and pay almost the same thing? Needless to say I was at my last attempt on getting a new car. I already checked two dealerships prior to this one, so my hopes werent that great. My salesperson was Clinton, he welcomed and helped me so much. He not only he radiates positive, kindness and helpfulness, he isnt the typical stereotypes of a salesperson which is being pushy or just putting a lot of pressure, making you feel less if you dont have a high down payment. He first gave me a tour to the car explaining the features, the exterior, interior and special features. The car was absolutely beautiful more than I expected but then again I wasnt getting my hopes up that I was getting this car. Clinton kept telling me dont worry, we will get you this car, I got you. I really felt comfortable with him. He is a very funny person too. After almost 2 hours of going back and forward with the process he came up to me saying that I got the car. I couldnt believe it, I was in shock because I really thought he was going to say I wasnt approved. After finishing signing everything and made it official I wanted to cry of happiness that I got a 2021 Kia Forte GT-Line. Clinton was definitely a life changer in making me change the way I think of going to dealerships personally. He not only helped me every step on the way on getting the car, he explained everything in a way that I could understand, he had the patience, knowledge to help me through this important step I did. I am extremely happy that my very first brand new car of the year experience was with you guys and that my sales person was Clinton. Thank you Greenway kia North and thank you too Clinton and Abdel on making this a reality for me. Sincerely from a single mother. The only thing I would say it was missing was the big bow in front of the car lol 😂
Had a fantastic buying experience with Hailey.
Very good service, everyone was wearing masks and there were notices that everyone should be wearing a mask. Employees were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. For reasons out of their way we had to reschedule with no problems. Thank you very much, going back next week for service needed.
Haha this company literally has a “bait & switch” tag. Fits it perfectly because if you want to learn textbook bait and switch, this is the place to go. They have a squad of incredibly dedicated scammers. They have an internet price they double when cars aren’t even inspected. This place is a joke. Do not go here.
I bought a Kia Soul 2 months ago. They lost the second key. I am still waiting on the second key. When I call now they act like they don’t remember. Such crooked behavior. Clinton the salesman and Cesar the sales manager. Don’t trust them.
Marissa helped me get my new car a week before my birthday… thank goodness for her !! Very nice young lady & professional.
Had to to do a recall on my Kia forte and services department was completely unprofessional, I gave them my phone number and email they never contacted me to let me know if my car was ready or that they would need till tomorrow and when I called at 4 pm (left my car there at 11am that day) they told me it will be ready by 6 pm, when I arrive they tell me services are closed and they do not have my keys and wouldnt even give me a shuttle car to come back home because that was services job, this place would only treat you good if you were buying a new car I highly recommend going elsewhere, when I told them what am I supposed to do they pretty much said they didnt know but to come back tomorrow, worst expirence Ive ever had they even stated that they didnt even have a service ticket made for me, how is it possible to leave a car there for 8 plus hours and not even a service ticket ready. Completely unprofessional I suggest going to a different Kia they at least might have some respect for customers coming back for recall repairs.
Terrible customer service!!!The dealership put down a bank as the lien holder. I paid the car in cash and I told them they were wrong and to fix it. All this time I thought it was fixed. I have been trying to contact the finance or the dealers manager however, nobody is willing to help me.
Our sales rep was nice, but wow...Beware of huge mark ups over MSRP. I was so bummed because I was really excited to potentially get a new Carnival. This was my first time visiting Greenway Kia North. Weve always had good experiences with Greenway Ford. I called Greenway Kia North about the Carnival. They had two in stock, but would not disclose anything about pricing over the phone (by comparison we were also looking at Honda Odyssey and every Honda dealership we talked to was more than willing to discuss price). I was hesitant to go as that was a red flag, but we decided to go anyways. We drove 30 mins to find out the reason theyre not disclosing their prices over the phone is because theyre marking them up $16k from MSRP! Yikes! The car we looked at has an MSRP of $35k and they marked it up to $51k. I get that supply is down right now and dealerships everywhere are selling with no incentives at or a little above MSRP, but thats really extreme. Do your research on what the model is selling for and be prepared an extreme mark up before you drive out there. Theres a reason theyre not sharing prices anything about prices over the phone.
They deserve 0 stars. They use a bait car for a great price online to get you in the door, then they give you a fake story after they have wasted your time to get you into a way more expensive vehicle (mean while the advertised vehicle isnt even there). They are frauds I wouldnt recommend buying anything here.
We inquired about a listing we saw on auto trader. Contacted the dealer who would not talk numbers over the phone. Was only interested in getting us into the dealer. Told us that they were paying more than KBB on our trade. We came in today to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was NOT the trim level they had listed on the site it was the next trim down (same VIN#) we test drove it anyways and decided that we could work with it.and started to talk numbers. They came back with a trade amount way below KBB. We were only looking for the low end of KBB and they wouldnt even do that. Then they came back with a vehicle purchase price $10,000 higher than what they have it listed at. They even verified the listing and would not honor their listed price. So we now drove a hour and a half to the dealer, found a vehicle that is nit what was advertised, with a trade value below the minimum at a price 10K above what was listed. This vehicle was 43K they came back at $53K. This felt like the classic bait and switch scenario and we will never do business here.
Mark Jama was great. In and out real quick. 5 stars
Ricky gave us a tour around the dealer, showing us all the options and making easy the buying process
I was interested in a 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 which was advertised at Greenway Kia North for $53K (see attached photo). I received a text from Meghan asking me to book an appointment to come see/test drive the car. She also offered a $50 gift card as an additional incentive to come in this weekend. Well, I booked the appointment and then my wife and I came in for the appointment. I was less than impressed by the sales staff or the showroom - I had recently visited a Genesis dealer and an Acura dealer which were far cleaner and more professional, so maybe my expectations for Greenway Kia North were too high to begin with. After taking the car for a test drive, the salesperson (Manny) came back with a price of $65K. When I mentioned that the online price for this car was $53K, he replied that they have a $7K markup over MSRP due to high demand and a shortage of new vehicles. After Manny (supposedly) spoke to the sales manager, he came back and said that the price of $65K was pretty much firm. OK, so this was a big waste of my time. I suggest that you update your online pricing to reflect the true price of the vehicle. If you arent planning to sell the vehicle for the price you have advertised online, you are bound to upset many potential customers. I can assure you that once the pandemic is over and life returns to normal (and computer chip supply returns to normal levels), I will remember the poor experience I had at Greenway Kia North and Ill be sure to recommend that my friends and family stay away from this dealer. Raising your vehicle prices because a pandemic is happening and there is a shortage isnt much different than price gouging for water/gas/generators after a hurricane blows through - your taking advantage of an unfortunate situation to make a quick buck, but in the long run you lose customer goodwill and loyalty. One final note, as I was leaving I mentioned to Manny about the $50 gift card that I was offered. He left for a minute and then returned with 2 cards each in the amount of $25. When I followed the instructions to redeem these cards, it turns out that they are not even gift cards, they are simply coupons (meaning to even redeem these rewards you must make purchases and then you might get a BOGO or 20% off your purchase). Just another scam from Greenway Kia North. Stay far away...
Good customer service, I was sold a new car with 1100 miles on it and not told about it till I drove off. The vehicle was also not fueled, it was given to me with 1/2 tank. They did clean the car.
I was happy with my purchase I got a good quality car that was in good condition actually it was in very good condition! Thank you Chris
Absolutely poor customer service. I usually frequent a Kia service department in my hometown. I was out of town during vacation, and I picked up a nail in my tire. I called this service department, gave them my tire info, and made an appointment on Friday at 2pm. When I called, they said they could have the tire in stock for me by Saturday at the latest (this was fine with me as I was in town through Sunday). Well long story short, they took almost 20 minutes to check me in. Then the runnaround started. They claimed it took over 45 minutes to get the work approved for the road hazzard insurance. Then they had to talk to the parts manager to get the tire. Finally after being there for almost two hours, they then informed me that they couldnt get the tire in until Monday. Jeez - I called ahead and asked at the time I made my appointment as to verify they would have the tire for me and while I was waiting I asked not once but twice! This is not the service I would expect from an authorized Kia service department. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time!
